Dr. Katie Bass continues to be consistently great.

20 years ago my Son was dying, no one could figure it out - except a new Physicians assistant. He cured him with a couple home remedy's and a strong antibiotic that snapped him back into normalcy... my whole family changed to his care.

We moved and I was so worried I would not find the same type of care.

Details and seeking resolution... It was my favorite PA in San Marcos CA
But now Its Dr. Bass

She is great, no hinderance in thoughtfulness and result.

Do I post this and tell the world of this great Dr. or do I keep it a secret?

Let me tell you, it’s not easy to find a health care provider in the vegas area that actually listens and doesn’t make you feel like you’re a burden to them. They also do blood work at the office which is very helpful. Thank you Katie for being great at what you do 💕

I've been seeing this provider now for a couple of years. She has been so amazing and always listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain information. Occasionally, the office can take a bit (a couple of hours) to respond, but as they are a small office I understand as it can get pretty busy. I went through primary care after primary care before I found her, people who would harp on the wrong things and ignore my symptoms, no explanations, and I felt awful. Katie is always positive, understanding, and does not make you feel judged. I absolutely recommend her if you want someone who cares about her patients and not just the bottom line.

I have been seeing this primary care provider for 2 years and am very disappointed in her service. I have paid so much money to get test after test just for her to put me through the same test. She is not efficient and I really don't understand what she does besides refer me to different doctors running the same tests over and costing me a lot of money and time. I have proficient evidence of serious problems just for her to act like they are nothing. I would not recommend this nurse practiser as a primary.

DO NOT GIVE her your money or time!!! This was the worst doctor experience I have ever had in my 28 years. Best part is I called to make a complaint, but she owns the clinic and ALL complaints go straight to her. I have never left a doctor's office in tears before, but this was insane. She was absolutely disrespectful and plain mean to my fiance and I and did not help whatsoever. She was already in a terrible mood when she came in the room. At the end of us talking to her, she STORMED out of the room very angry for no reason whatsoever. Her med student that was also in the room was even taken aback from her behavior. She would not help in any way with a knee injury and blatantly told us that not even a pain management doctor would do anything for us. She wouldn't even give us a brace. There is a ton more, but - This was absolutely disgusting and she better bet I'll be taking other measures.

I had a doctor for 15 years and he retired. I was very nervous about getting a new doctor. Katie Bass was amazing. She listened to me and took the time to get to know me and my needs. I highly recommend her. You will be lucky to have her as your doctor.

Front office never answers the phone calls. It's impossible to get through to even make an appointment. Instead you must leave a message, then when they finally call you back days- weeks later , you cannot even be seen for weeks out. Last appointment I had and emergency came up so of course when I try to call and cancel, I was not able to get through to anyone. A couple weeks later I get a message from Dr. Bass dropping me. This doctors office is horribly ran. She definitely cannot handle this office. Would not recommend.

Highly dissatisfied with the services I've received. She was very excited and quick to get things going at first. Also quick to send a bill for the first visit and PHONE CALL. After that she has been slow about telling me results, giving me referrals so I can find care for my issues. The office staff seems uncaring and cold. Money seems to be the only concern. I also called the office today. No answer. I then immediately call back on a blocked number and they answer right away. Funny, isn't it?

Update, they now shared my private medical information when replying to my review. Does that not violate hipaa?

I have never given a review but Katie Bass deserves one. My husband and I were new to Henderson and did not have a physician. My husband saw a banner with Revolution Health on a building and said why don’t we try her. I called and got in right away. Both my husband and I were just coming off a terrible case of COVID that had put us both in the hospital in Texas so we were really wanting to find a good health care place. The very first time I went to see Katie I was overwhelmed with the compassion and time she took with me. I had never experienced a health care provider that cares like she does. She made all the arrangements for all the tests I needed for the Covid related problems I was having. My husband went to her was amazed at how she listened to him and took care of his issues, and believe me he is one hard guy to impress for health care as he thinks most of them don’t care and are only looking for a pay day. But not Katie, she really knows her stuff and truly cares. I cannot say enough about her. Please if you are looking for a provider or are wanting to switch to someone who actually listens and cares Katie at Revolution Health is the one to see!
