My daughter is a current patient here and we both absolutely love the staff here. We have had not so good experiences with several previous orthodontic offices, and coming from a completely different state, we both were hesitant and skeptical about treatment as well as the professionalism of the staff.
My daughter’s case was pretty complex but Mrs. Norma (who was our first point of contact), had made our experience a breeze. If I could name every single staff member in that office, I would to give individual positive reviews, I definitely would. Every person have been nothing but short of amazing. The care, knowledge and professionalism is top tier!!! From the time we walk in, we always feel very welcomed. Everyone is genuinely so kind and patient. I’ve also observed how everyone interacts with other patients and the team has never wavered from the professionalism that has always been given. Driving my 8 year old into town for a Jiu Jitsu tournament and of course he knocked one of his brace brackets loose. We walked into Las Vegas Orthodontics after seeing they had high reviews. I asked the gals at the front desk if they could help my son out and without hesitation they brought him back and remedied the issue. I had had headaches for over 13 years due to my bite being misaligned. I had tried clear aligners through the mail fir over a year but they were unable to correct my bite enough to stop the headaches. Three weeks in with braces from Las Vegas Orthodontics and the headaches ceased. The entire staff, from the front desk, the imaging technicians, the orthodontic technicians and the orthodontist doctors themselves are amiable, pleasant and professional. Each of them is knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. No question or issue during the entire process (two years in my case) is ever met with dismissal or derision. Every concern I ever had was met with patience and enthusiasm. On the financial end, they worked with my insurance and kept me up to date whenever I had questions. They also have an incentive program for keeping up personal care. They call it "Chenin Change", where regular checkups and healthy habit award you with tokens to exchange for things like Lego sets and stuffed animals. Seriously though I had been waffling about getting braces as an adult, that my bite would always be screwed up and headaches would be a permanent feature of my life. Not so much anymore. I didn't notice the time I had them on. My regular visits were always pleasant and accommodated my work schedule, and the visits were efficient and quick. I you are considering braces, either for your kid or yourself (as an adult) consider LV Orthodontics a dependable choice.

Two years ago I began my beautiful smile journey with the amazing staff of Las Vegas orthodontics. I was so nervous when I first came here because for a long time I felt like I would always hide my smile from others. I felt embarrassed and ashamed of my smile for so long and I cannot tell you how thankful I am that my dentist recommended this orthodontist to me. I was always told by many dentist that I had "baby teeth" and that they were not strong enough to survive my growth. Unfortunately, I had to get three teeth removed and I had to plan for dental implants. This was difficult to hear but when my dentist recommend this orthodontist to me I was excited to receive hope. I set up my appointment and was welcomed by everyone with a smile and a kind hello. My nervousness vanished and I genuinely felt like I would be taken care of here. They accommodated for all my needs and desire. Dr. Chenin and as well as all of the dental assistances and staff members are beyond wonderful. They are all so knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. My journey with them has now come to an end since my braces were removed today; however, I can honestly say that I am happy to not have braces anymore but sad to not see them every 6 weeks. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone that is looking for a family oriented orthodontist setting that welcomes everyone with an open heart and beautiful smiling faces. Ive been wanting to get my smile straight for a long time and finally finishing 01-23-20, getting my braces off today was the best part of my whole experience here at Las Vegas orthodontist everyone was really friendly and very helpful I had a couple issues with breaking the chain on my braces and i would just pick up the phone and they would bring me in right away just to make sure we didnt lost any progress. The Doctor was great. He started by asking how school was for my daughter before talking about business. On the other hand the 1 star goes to the assistant. She needs to be pleasant period, show empathy, make smile sounds (mask on), be gracious, change tone of voice to sound pleasant, bottom line be NICE. Don't be so robotic and expect that ppl would know what she knows cuz thats her job, not mine. Again, have a PLEASANT way to explain and/or correct customers. This place is terrible. They’re front desk staff is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. These two girls are so rude and unprofessional, it’s appalling. They are uncaring and borderline negligent. The attitude of these ladies greatly reflects not only on person who hired them, but the entire office. This dentist will recommend things that you don’t need done simply to rack your bill up. If you can stand getting through the terrible front desk and see the dentist, my main advice is to make sure and get a second opinion. Not deserve even a star. I take my special need kids there they don’t want to accept him. Dr. Kim says we don’t have time for him so you can take him to dental school so they will able to give him more time. And they handed me address for dental school. So this guys wanted me to trust student on my kids. If you don’t have time and you should be taking any new patient. Please don’t take you kids there it’s just wanted to feel bad that you have special need child. She also said I Will talk to owner and get back to you until now never did.
