I cannot say enough wonderful things about PA-C Karanjit Sohi and the entire team at Las Vegas Sinus & ENT Centers. My mom , Cheryl B. was in desperate need of seeing an ENT, and after calling multiple practices across the valley, we were being told the wait would be a month or more. We were incredibly fortunate to find this practice.
From the moment we called, the entire staff went above and beyond to help us. They were compassionate, accommodating, professional, and genuinely caring. PA-C Sohi was absolutely wonderful with my mom. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made my mom feel comfortable and cared for during a stressful time.

I had an exceptional experience here, best I've had at a doctor's office in a long time. I was seen for chronic nasal congestion and had a balloon sinuplasty done.

Here's a summary if you don't want to read the whole review:
* Staff is super friendly, efficient, and excellent follow-up.
* Everything was explained well
* I never waited for more than a couple minutes
* Procedure went really well
* This is the standard of care I wish I got everywhere

First, I was able to schedule online and complete patient forms which is something I appreciate.

When I came in for my consultation, the check in was smooth and I waited only a couple minutes before they called me back. They immediately did a CT scan. Then the PA reviewed the CT images with me on screen as well as using a camera hooked up to a large monitor so I could see everything in real-time. After explaining everything, she recommended the balloon sinuplasty and I was scheduled for a couple weeks out and sent home with prep instructions which were very clear.

I was called twice before my procedure to make sure I was able to get my medication ok, and make sure they answered any questions.

The procedure was done by the doctor and was quick and easy. I was called the next day to make sure everything was ok.

Follow-ups were also very efficient.
Best of all, my congestion is 100% better.

Everyone - front desk, assistants, PA, doctor, etc - we're all super friendly every step of the way. I really appreciate the care I received there and would highly recommend them to others.

To the staff - please keep up the great work! You've set the bar that I wish everyone would follow.

I was nervous, haven’t been in for service in many years. That also paired with a lapse in insurance so expecting a hefty bill. Jaclyn and her team provided a quick appointment and had my hearing restored in less than an hour.

I had something stuck in my ear. Turns out I also had some mucous build up in my lungs from cleaning poultry manure, and they informed of some medications I needed. Everything I'm about to say takes place at the Henderson office. First thing is I live 20 miles from this office and I have bad tinnitus. I called them up and made an appointment and told them that I have Humana insurance, they said no problem we take your insurance and they said my insurance is excellent. I waited 3 weeks to get an appointment with them, I finally get my appointment and they do testing on me and tell me that they will be able to take care of me no problem. They tell me that my insurance is incredible and I will not have a problem getting the procedure done by the doctor. They told me my insurance is so good that all I would have to do is pay for the copay. I had an appointment set for the doctor to do the procedure a few weeks later and they end up calling me telling me that we have a problem that our offices are in negotiations with your insurance. I said what the hell are you talking about you told me my insurance was excellent. Over the next four weeks my nurse and I had called them five times asking them what the hell's going on, and they said we can't help you because our offices are negotiating with your insurance. After 2 -1/2 months my nurse and I decided that LV sinus and ENT in Henderson is the worst place ever and we found a different sinus and ENT place. The office in Henderson by far has the most incompetent management and office staff my nurse and I have ever seen. I feel sorry for the doctors there. They wasted 2 -1/2 months of my life and also probably have made my tinnitus even worse by making me wait so much longer than I needed to. This place is a joke, beware.

I must say what a wonderful office this is.

I had the most terrible ear pain and wax blockage. Plus, I had others issues preventing a quick fix. It prevented me from working and basically anything.

It took the doctor hours to fix it. She was patient with me and kept trying until it was fixed. She never gave up. What a difference, now I can finally hear again out of my R ear.

They got me in right away for an appointment and I can't thank them enough.

For starters, the staff in the front office are so professional and friendly, and also helped him to get an appointment right away! He did not have to wait months which was amazing. First visit here and what a great experience from the get to - calling that morning and getting an appointment same day - easy to get to, plenty of parking, and the office waiting area wasn’t crowded/plenty of seating with a little coffee station.

The front desk girl was so sweet and conversational - asking how my weekend was, what I had to do after my appointment, saying goodbye when I left. And I believe there was a different girl who handled scheduling (Amber) when I called initially, and she was patient with my questions.

After checking in, I only waited about 5 minutes before getting called in. I was surprised and was still scrolling on my phone!

Brooklyn - the medical assistant- did the CT scan of my head, to get an idea of what was going on with my ears and sinuses. Then I was led to the patient room, and a few minutes later met with Jaclyn who was super bubbly and kind, easy to talk with, and explain my problems. She got right down to business with my impacted ear wax, took a few tries but she kept checking my discomfort and pain levels throughout. She was persistent because it was hard to get the hardened wax out since it was pressed up against my ear drum. But she did it without using softening drops/coming back a few days later, which I was grateful for because it would have been challenging to come back another time due to my work schedule. I got a prescription for the ear pain, to ensure no further issues. It was sent to my pharmacy, easy peasy, and they also have rx inform to give you an idea of the medication cost beforehand plus a savings card. I didn’t need it since insurance covered it for super cheap.

Overall a great experience, and I had been putting this off for a year due to worry about the pain, etc. but this experience was so positive, I’d come back again ASAP if I noticed any issues rather than prolonging it for a year!

I've lived in the valley most of my life and my experience at this office today was the best experience I've ever had in a medical office in this town. I saw Roxanne for ear infection and blockage. She was so kind and skilled. She cleared the blockage within seconds with no discomfort to me. Really good experience at Las Vegas Sinus and ENT Center in Henderson. The office was clean, staff was friendly, and everything moved pretty smoothly. Amber helped me during my visit and she was super nice and helpful. She explained things clearly and made the appointment feel a lot less stressful. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place if you need an ENT in the area.

This ENT clinic is amazing! I was feeling very sick and horrible, and was able to get a same day appointment! The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to get my forms done ahead of time, but was helped out by the girls at the front desk. I was taken back very quickly and was able to do a ct-scan. They are very thorough with everything. My provider was Jaclyn Crame, and she explained things so well to me. I was prescribed medications and I will be having a procedure there that I know will help with my symptoms. I am glad that I found this place, and will be telling everyone to come here!

I had a really great experience here at the Henderson clinic. I've been having problems with my ears and did not realize it was coming from my sinuses until coming to this place. I've been to 3 other ENT's but they've been the most thorough by far! The entire team made the process smooth and comfortable from start to finish.

Jaclyn the PA was especially amazing. She was incredibly informative, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the procedure and recovery. Her caring and compassionate approach really helped ease any nerves I had going into it.

The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, and the office environment was very welcoming. I’m already noticing improvement and am so glad I chose this clinic. I highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with sinus or ear issues!

10 stars for your other clinic: thank you to the staff at your sister clinic on the Northside of town. Their tiny but mighty clinic was hands down some of the most accommodating and helpful professionals I have ever trusted with my care. The front desk ladies Gladys, Shuli, and Nely were amazing and the wonderful techs that assisted in the procedure were calming and gentle- thank you Natalie and Nadine!

I went to er for sudden hearing loss then scheduled appt 2 days later w your ent. you told me to do nose rinse, then a balloon thing and then told me an audiologist was not necessary.. now a whole 6 wks since our last visit i get diagnosed w SSHL AND CANT RECOVER ANY OF WHAT WAS LOST. THANKS

The experience that my husband - Andy had after his balloon sinuplasty was FANDAMNTASTIC! That was his reaction during his follow up check up a month after the procedure. He doesn’t suffer from sinus, ear and migraine problems anymore. Everybody were great from the front desk to the medical assistants, the PA, nurses, the doctors. The clinic in Green Valley is very nice, clean and huge!!! They have the latest equipments and gadgets that I did not find in some of the ENT clinics. Nobody knew that he had a Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and the other ENT’s keep saying he will be ok and the ear pain and dizziness along with balance problems when he has sinus flare ups is temporary but he keeps getting worse. We have been around so many clinics. This is probably the 5th one but it is worth it!!!

Amazing service from start to end! Amber scheduled my appointment! I was greeted by Amber as soon as I walked into the office and felt super welcomed . I came in to see what was going on with my sinuses. PA Jaclyn saw me and said I had a really bad deviated septum. I had to get multiple procedures but I was in and out of there within an hour. Dr. H did an amazing job, once the splints were out the difference was very noticeable. After my procedure Brooklyn made sure I was doing well post op. I can smell better, breathe better, and I feel like I even sleep better.

I was seen and treated by Jaclyn Crame PA-C for ear blockage. I left the office so very impressed. All the treatment was very throughly and cogently explained. The blockage clearing itself was done professionally and gently. The support staff from the front desk to the assistant were helpful and engaging.
