I am very impressed. I thought my appointment was at 8:45. They said 830. They still took me late and when I got there, they all were very professional had great attitudes! The doctor herself was also extremely professional what I like about this office is that they mean business. They got answers for me right away! I just really appreciate the professionalism, the flexibility and the care. I had such a great experience so I want to sing some praises for the Henderson location of Las Vegas Sinus & ENT. They helped me to take care of my life long breathing and sinus difficulties with a few appointments and a quick in clinic procedure (balloon sinuplasty). The procedure and recovery were a breeze. They provided great pre and post instructions too. All of the staff in every position here takes such great care of you, are incredibly kind and are true professionals. I’ve never received such wonderful care with scheduling and being checked on. Giving my review on behalf of my partner who recently had an appointment with Dr. Schall and Isabella. For starters, the staff in the front office are so professional and friendly, and also helped him to get an appointment right away! He did not have to wait months which was amazing. His first visit with Jaclyn was so informative. She explained everything in a way made sense, and she took her time with him. She made him feel heard, and that his nose and sinus concerns were real and very much valid. His procedure with Dr. Schall has been nothing short of life changing. To see my partner feeling so much better after having his procedure is something we are both so grateful for! I only wish we would have made an appointment here sooner! First visit here and what a great experience from the get to - calling that morning and getting an appointment same day - easy to get to, plenty of parking, and the office waiting area wasn’t crowded/plenty of seating with a little coffee station.

The front desk girl was so sweet and conversational - asking how my weekend was, what I had to do after my appointment, saying goodbye when I left. And I believe there was a different girl who handled scheduling (Amber) when I called initially, and she was patient with my questions.

After checking in, I only waited about 5 minutes before getting called in. I was surprised and was still scrolling on my phone!

Brooklyn - the medical assistant- did the CT scan of my head, to get an idea of what was going on with my ears and sinuses. Then I was led to the patient room, and a few minutes later met with Jaclyn who was super bubbly and kind, easy to talk with, and explain my problems. She got right down to business with my impacted ear wax, took a few tries but she kept checking my discomfort and pain levels throughout. She was persistent because it was hard to get the hardened wax out since it was pressed up against my ear drum. But she did it without using softening drops/coming back a few days later, which I was grateful for because it would have been challenging to come back another time due to my work schedule. I got a prescription for the ear pain, to ensure no further issues. It was sent to my pharmacy, easy peasy, and they also have rx inform to give you an idea of the medication cost beforehand plus a savings card. I didn’t need it since insurance covered it for super cheap.

Overall a great experience, and I had been putting this off for a year due to worry about the pain, etc. but this experience was so positive, I’d come back again ASAP if I noticed any issues rather than prolonging it for a year!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves it. I was able to get an appointment the same day, the staff made my dad feel comfortable, which is huge for me when it comes to medical visits. Everyone was friendly, patient, and caring. Jaclyn explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and I never felt rushed. It’s rare to find a clinic that’s both efficient and compassionate, but they really nailed it here!

I've lived in the valley most of my life and my experience at this office today was the best experience I've ever had in a medical office in this town. I saw Roxanne for ear infection and blockage. She was so kind and skilled. She cleared the blockage within seconds with no discomfort to me. She also did a CT scan and went over all the imaging with me to educate me on how to keep things healthy in the future. She also showed me everything on the camera in my ears and nose which was so helpful. And she is super sweet, as were the scheduling and front office staff. So accommodating. I wish every medical practice could take notes from this place!!!

I am so beyond pleased with the quality of care that I have received from Las Vegas Sinus and ENT centers. I have been under the care of Jaclyn Crame PA-C and her lovely ancillary staff and couldn’t be happier. With their in-office CT Scan and nasal endoscopy, I was able to undergo instantaneous diagnostic imaging that allowed Jaclyn to confidently recommend a non-surgical sinus balloon septoplasty, done in office by Dr. Hershcovitch. Finally breathing again! I’ve struggled with chronic sinus pressure for years, and the team at Las Vegas Sinus & ENT Centers in Henderson is the first to actually get to the root of the problem. This ENT clinic is amazing! I was feeling very sick and horrible, and was able to get a same day appointment! The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to get my forms done ahead of time, but was helped out by the girls at the front desk. I was taken back very quickly and was able to do a ct-scan. They are very thorough with everything. My provider was Jaclyn Crame, and she explained things so well to me. I was prescribed medications and I will be having a procedure there that I know will help with my symptoms. I am glad that I found this place, and will be telling everyone to come here!

I had a really great experience here at the Henderson clinic. I've been having problems with my ears and did not realize it was coming from my sinuses until coming to this place. I've been to 3 other ENT's but they've been the most thorough by far! The entire team made the process smooth and comfortable from start to finish.

Jaclyn the PA was especially amazing. She was incredibly informative, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the procedure and recovery. Her caring and compassionate approach really helped ease any nerves I had going into it.

Their tiny but mighty clinic was hands down some of the most accommodating and helpful professionals I have ever trusted with my care. The experience that my husband - Andy had after his balloon sinuplasty was FANDAMNTASTIC! That was his reaction during his follow up check up a month after the procedure. He doesn’t suffer from sinus, ear and migraine problems anymore. Everybody were great from the front desk to the medical assistants, the PA, nurses, the doctors. The clinic in Green Valley is very nice, clean and huge!!! They have the latest equipments and gadgets that I did not find in some of the ENT clinics. Nobody knew that he had a Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and the other ENT’s keep saying he will be ok and the ear pain and dizziness along with balance problems when he has sinus flare ups is temporary but he keeps getting worse. We have been around so many clinics. This is probably the 5th one but it is worth it!!!

Amazing service from start to end! Amber scheduled my appointment! I was greeted by Amber as soon as I walked into the office and felt super welcomed . I came in to see what was going on with my sinuses. PA Jaclyn saw me and said I had a really bad deviated septum. I had to get multiple procedures but I was in and out of there within an hour. Dr. H did an amazing job, once the splints were out the difference was very noticeable. After my procedure Brooklyn made sure I was doing well post op. I can smell better, breathe better, and I feel like I even sleep better.
