We had such a great experience with Little Smiles LLC! They saw three of my kids, including my 3-year-old who is autistic, and the team was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding with him. They worked quickly but still made sure he felt comfortable, and he did so much better than I ever expected.

It can be stressful bringing little ones to appointments, but they made the whole experience smooth and positive for our family. I’m so grateful for how gentle and accommodating they were. Highly recommend them to any parents, especially those with little ones who may need a little extra patience and care!

I absolutely love this dentist, and so does my daughter! Thank you so much, Little Smiles Dentist, for being so amazing with kids. She really knows how to make them feel confident and comfortable during their visit. She takes the time to explain everything step by step and is incredibly patient, which makes such a big difference. My daughter actually feels at ease going to the dentist now, and that says a lot. Thank you again for such wonderful care!

I keep telling myself not to come here theres legit no reason to make an appointment here if they see you whenever they want there disorganized. Yet want to quickly charge $50 for a rescheduled or cancelation when they cant even keep there appointment in orders twice I've left when there office about to close and my apt time would be around 2pm and they close at five just sitting waiting around. They will call and call text and text for you to come for a follow up check up and just have you in there lobby waisting your day away with them.

Sophia had her first visit today and I loved the welcome we got and how great the staff was especially the guy who cleaned her teeth . He was so good with her . Thanks again . We will be back :)

Ridiculously unorganized and unprofessional. I set up an appointment for my son with a heart condition to have a dental surgery through Little smiles. They asked me to make a $50 refundable deposit which was totally fine. I did that they asked me to get approval through our pediatric doctor which we got, and then when we showed up to the dental surgery place that they scheduled, they let us know that since my son has heart conditions and lung conditions that he would need approval from the cardiologist and pulmonologist Which we were By little smiles. This appointment for the surgery was back in November 2024 since then I have spoken to Olivia and Karen the supervisor on multiple occasions basically every 2 to 3 weeks I’ve called back to get the same information about my $50 deposit that was refundable… That they mailed it in January and now since it was lost in the mail, they have to run it through their boss to send out another check and this is what they tell me every time I call every two or three weeks for the last seven months. I just spoke to Olivia again today on the phone and said that this is complete negligence that they can’t seem to refund my $50 over seven months…. She said “ You don’t have to call us names.” So I said, calling you negligent isn’t a name it’s just a matter of fact it is a descriptive word of the conditions of what you’re providing as service negligent service and she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the supervisor Karen, who then again told me that they have to run it through their boss Marty Lalande… The boss, who apparently has been sent these request at least six times and ignored them. So I would say in my personal opinion of dealing with this place for a little over a year…..don’t deal with them…. Go anywhere else.
