I was very pleased with my recent visit to my Intermountain doctor's office. The overall office staff was very professional and courteous. Plus, I actually got to see my doctor and not a physician assistant. Although PA's are good, I still prefer to see my doctor, Dr. M. Paul Singh. Dr. Singh is awesome...!!! I've been his patient for about 8 years and I highly recommend him, he has great "bedside manner.." 5 stars all around..

Dr P M Singh has been my primary for 24 years we’ve had our differences and are up and downs I’m not claiming we have had a perfect relationship but whose relationship is perfect? I can only share my opinion he is a easy going Doctor as long as you show respect, he will do everything in his medical powers to help you get better he won’t make it difficult for you to get tests or medication you need he cares about human life he has a good heart..

Not the best experience-my electronic id cards were no longer accepted and then someone scheduled me with a doctor that I’ve never seen before in my life! When I asked who he was he basically just walked out.
On the positive side-The nurse that helped me was very nice and figured out how to get me an appointment this week with the correct person.

The sign-up survey was as painless as possible, so very little paperwork to complete upon my first visit. The staff were awesome, the facility was well cared for, and I experienced no delays or undue wait times.

Dr. Singh has been my doctor for the last 20 years. He is amazing. My only complaint is since IH took over, it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get in to see him. When you are sick, you want to see your doctor and would have waited a coupke of days. Instead I was told to visit the Urgent Care off Lake Meade.

Update after a 7 days and 3hours of being on hold phone . Spoke to medical assistant and was toothed provider was given the request on December 20 but didn’t complete it until today 12/27/23 while I stayed on the phone. There was NO apologies until mention it…. Poor taking care business and no customer service…..

Saw Dr, he put a new prescription but didn’t write the instructions so the pharmacy would not fill. Call Wednesday and spoke to medical assistant, he said he would call the pharmacy right afterwards but didn’t. Call to check on the prescription to see if it was taken care of on Thursday. Was towed no communication was done from the doctors office.. Called again to the doctors office Genesis office, left a message at the medical assistance and then turn around The front guest was put on hold for over 12 minutes and then was transferred to the medical assistance where it was another recording called back, asked to speak to a manager or the Doctor No manager in the office. The doctor wasn’t there, but was transferred to the managers voicemail, which I doubt I’ll hear from them, I guess I just won’t have my medicine. Very sad service.

Been going here for 2 years. Drs/Physicians Assistants are compassionate, knowledgeable, spend adequate time with patient. The staff is rude, yells, uncompassionate, confused, don't listen. Appointments are an hour behind 75% of the time.

I am a long time patient here with PTSD, social anxiety and disassociation. I had not had meds in 2 days cause they re peronist didnt make my appointment as it was on the card eent in as a walk in with only 3 people ahead of me, waited almost 2 hrs. the doctor Paul sing cane in and left abruptly and caused me to have a panic attack. as my wife who witnessed it all tried to calm me down, dr sing came in yelling at me and threatening me knowing full well my condition and that I was in immediate need of medical help and possibly the er as he continued to yell at me and threaten me and withold my meds on purpose to teach me a lesson per his words. he lied to make a show in front of the office saying I was threatening him in fact is was the other way around and lied and called the police when he caused the situation and mistreated a long time patient. this man should have all his licenses revoked and be under investigation. dunno ever go here!

This office has terrible service. You can never get through to talk to anyone. They place you on hold over and over again. They won't follow up with you if you leave a voicemail. Nothing they do is punctual!!
