Dr. Miao is the man! I had a bad experience at my last ortho, I’m very happy I switched doctors. Having been to multiple Orthos due to multiple knee and soon to be multiple shoulder surgeries, I can safely say that Dr. Miao is much more meticulous, which after my bad experiences in the past, I know this is the kind of Dr. everyone should want! The guy is thorough and knows what he’s doing. After all, these people are opening us up, so make sure you put trust into the right Dr. and don’t choose somebody who will treat you like a number. Choose this guy, I can tell Dr. Michael Miao cares.

DOC was a pleasant experience; There's plenty of parking; The waiting room is spacious; Reception was very nice;
Nurse Tiffany was really great about explaining my future procedure;
Dr Miao was terrific; Very professional; He explained my injury and made sure I understood how he would repair my injury;
Dr went over my MRI to show the damage in my shoulder; He provided the options available to me; With the severity level of each choice;
I really felt great after our discussion of the damage to my shoulder and how surgery and recovery will go;
I have no problem saying I would recommend Desert Orthopedic center to anyone
