I love my primary care physician--Dr. Michael McGrew.
First of all, Dr. McGrew is very handsome. Dr. McGrew has a great personality towards his patients, and is very good at explaining medical things to patients in a way that we patients would understand.
I am very glad that I was paired up with Dr. McGrew for my primary care.

Dr. McGrew is a rare find in Las Vegas. I have received great care from him. He left no stone unturned to find the cause of my medical condition and took immediate action to put me on a path to wellness. He takes time to listen and studies the facts before him. His advice is sound. He cares about his patients and it shows in his demeanor. A credit to the medical profession!

The office is overbooked an unavailable and unwilling to provide any reasonable or necessary accommodations. The staff is unable or unwilling to schedule appointments during initial phone calls. Their line is busy and hold times are excessive. Once you are able to talk to staff, they blind transfer to make the process start over again. Additionally, they are unable to provide basic services within a few months. Good luck getting in to see the doctor.

Absolutely terrible. Waited 6 months for a “new patient” visit only to show up and be told “your appointment has been cancelled (even after I called the day before to confirm). Then was told.. “we can reschedule you in 3 months. Ridiculous. But not surprising after I saw the people that worked in his office. Totally unprofessional.

This is the most unorganized dr office I have ever been to every time my prescriptions are due I have to hunt them down I like I’m a stalker it’s ridiculous I’ve never had this issue before my dr left and since then it’s been a nightmare I have to wait months for an appointment this last one was the last straw I finally got ahold of someone to get my refills a week late and they told the dr wouldn’t refill them until I came in I told them I had an appt in a month and that’s the earliest they could get me in and they still refused to refill them until I came idk what’s going on buts that’s no way to help people.

My husband and I love dr mcgrew. He helped us out so much and truly listens and gets a lifetime history. He helped my without prescribing me any medication, just suggested a supplement and it helped so much. He is a true DO.

Worst experience ever. This doctor won’t listen to you. He says what he wants to say and moves on. I came for a follow up but he said he cannot see me as I do not have new labs. How can I get new labs if he didn’t tell me to get new labs? I have several medical concerns I want to share with him but he has nothing with them as I don’t have new labs. Left his office and bowed not to come back.

Stay away from this office!!!! Went last week to discuss labs and get a referral for my chronic back pain. Never got the referral and now they want me to wait until the end of July to see him for two minutes to get a referral. Not to mention he is NEVER in the office. This guys office is a joke and is staff are monsters over the phone. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Dr. McGrew is a great doctor, but his management is horrible. They don’t help, and it takes months to get an appointment. I have bad arm pain which I needed a referral to a specialist. They refused to authorize that referral until July, while my specialist appointment is next week.

Today (Tuesday, March 16, 2021), I met Dr. McGrew for the first time. He is extremely kind, wonderful, thoughtful, thorough, and caring. If I could give him ten or even more stars, I would do so. He truly is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend him. I am so grateful to him. I am glad that he now is my primary care physician. I moved to Las Vegas slightly over one year ago from the southern part of California. The entire staff at this medical office is great and very welcoming. Jerry, the person who did my blood draw, did an excellent job. I am an extremely happy patient! This medical office is awesome. Thank you.

So glad I found Dr. McGrew and his staff! Excellent care and a friendly office that follow up and seem to care about your pain. Jessica and Cassandra are rockstars! Dr. McGrew takes care to refer his patients to specialized care facilities that are equally awesome! Late hours are offered which helps me to stay a full day at work. I love this office! I recently moved to the Summerlin area so I was in search for a new PCP nearby. Dr. McGrew was patient, kind, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr. McGrew found a congenital disease that no other doctor had taken the time to look at or even review my past history to see if all of my health conditions were related. Not only did he find the abnormality on blood work (from another doctor who ignored the elevated levels), but he explained everything very carefully and then re-reviewed my information the next day and found a specialist who can work with me on the rare condition could definitely cause heart attack or stroke, which is a true possibility for me, because I was never treated for this disease and am now 48. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. McGrew. I was the third person in our family to see him and my husband and son feel the same way. He is caring, thorough and a very careful doctor who explains everything and then ensures he explained it in a manner that we could understand. JUST AMAZING!!
