I highly recommend Sunset Endodontics, Dr. Biggs, and his staff. Dr. Biggs is extremely knowledgeable and does excellent work — I’ve had more than several root canals in my life, and his care has truly stood out. He takes extra time to ensure you’re comfortable and checks in often, is very patient, which builds real trust and a genuine bond with his patients. His assistants are also very knowledgeable, kind, and supportive, making the entire process much easier. I feel confident in their expertise and grateful for the quality of care I’ve received.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Biggs twice, and while they have high-tech equipment, the customer service and patient care were lacking. During my retreatment, Dr. Biggs changed his stance on the procedure, saying they don’t use medication to prevent infection but just repack the tooth. I was also in significant pain during the treatment, and when I asked for help clearing saliva, I was told to swallow it. Afterward, I was left in pain and told to take ibuprofen with no real follow-up or concern. I eventually had to have the tooth pulled. I would not recommend Dr. Biggs due to the lack of empathy and proper care.

Dr.Stout is great communicator and gives you best possible outcome. I had an infection on a tooth and it looked like a fracture but he wanted to investigate the issue because he didn’t want to pull a tooth. After looking at it, the tooth just needed a little TLC, so an extraction wasn’t needed! The office was very accommodating and I recommend anyone that needs any endo work!

Amazing office and painless procedure. I was able to get two root canals done in very little time. One of the root canals was difficult and that was told to me upfront. Not only was Dr. Biggs able to complete the difficult root canal but he was able to complete the second one as well. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to answer all my questions. Dr. Biggs is personable and explained everything in a thorough manner. If you need a root canal and need to go to a specialist this is the office for you. Thanks to all involved for making the whole experience smooth and painless.

I had my first visit with Dr. Biggs today. I needed 2 root canals. Dr Biggs explained everything I needed to know and he did them both immediately and gently. He has a very friendly and professional staff. I felt comfortable and relaxed right away. My procedure was completed in a very short time.
