Very bad experience. I was not told about a large copay when advised they were going to clean my dentures. This was not a $10 copay, but $87. I’m 90 years old and live on Social Security and really can’t afford this and would have declined the service if I knew the cost.

Absolutely love the staff. We're out of town, and my husband's tooth was given him extreme pain. This office was not only able to get him in same day as I called but since my husband is truly fearful of anything dentist related, and was iffy on having it done with no sedation, they offered and was able to get us in immediately (by that I mean literally went from one office directly to the other) with an oral surgeon who offered oral sedation that day. Its rare to see a dentist and their staff care more about the patients needs than the bottom line, and I can't shower them with enough accolades for it.

After waiting over a month for my appointment, I showed up on time only to be told they couldn’t see me because the doctor “wasn’t in the office.” I had already taken time off work and rearranged my child’s schedule, so this was completely unacceptable.

Instead of taking responsibility, staff tried to blame their call service, despite the fact that my appointment and insurance were confirmed directly with the office. I was then told I’d have to wait even longer to be seen. When I expressed frustration, the staff member chose to end the conversation rather than acknowledge their mistake.

This office shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time. I’ll be finding a new dentist, and I suggest others do the same.

They make & install faulty dentures. So when they brake they charge the customer / patient money for the repairs of their faulty dentures / merchandise. Then they also try to tack on additional charges, in the mean time, saying that you owe money for past visits, when everything was previously initialed and signed off on what the insurance was covering. They have tried to add on & charge me for different things at least 3 - 4 times now. They are very untrustworthy. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We had a good experience. The dentists and assistants were compassionate and didn’t rush my daughter who was so very scared! I felt bad as I know time is money. I feel like they took extra time to be sure she wasn’t in pain. After seeing the same doctor for over 25 years at another location and not having any issues with cavities or cracks before, I decided to come in to North Ranch Dental Care office for dental care. I was told I had two cracks on back molars and 3 cavities. I think I will get a second opinion for that. Very dishonest when quoting I have paid this dental office 600 dollars for one cleaning that lasted around 45 minutes for 2 sessions. Not transparent on costs and what insurance covers now they say I owe them an additional 180 dollars more. For what now I’m paying 800 out of pocket for a simple cleaning and they expect me to trust them to bill me for more procedures. Would not give me an estimate until I did the cleaning which is not worth 800 plus insurance. Very ripped off not returning

I was charged $275 upfront for a 5-minute crown cementing—without them even submitting a claim to my insurance. My plan covers 70–80%, and there’s no copay, but they completely ignored that and demanded full payment immediately.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with dentist Ross. She had absolutely no gentle touch while working on my teet. I’m not even a sensitive patient, but it was genuinely painful. What bothered me even more was that she didn’t explain what she was about to do or give me any warning before starting. I had a very disappointing experience at North Ranch Dental Care. I was charged significantly more than expected before any treatment was done, even though my insurance clearly states that 70–80% of the cost is covered and there’s no copay. According to my provider, the office should have submitted a claim first, billed the insurance, and only then sent me a bill for any balance due—but instead, they demanded full payment up front.

When I tried to ask questions, Samantha at the front desk was rude and completely unhelpful, giving me inconsistent and confusing explanations that didn’t make any sense. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the situation even more frustrating.

The treatment itself was just as bad. The dentist, Raquel M. Ross re-applied a crown without any care or sensitivity. She didn’t use a syringe or numbing gel, just blasted air directly against an exposed tooth, which was extremely painful. I’ve had the same procedure done before at other offices and it was quick and painless—this was the opposite.

I will be reporting this to my insurance company and requesting a refund. I feel completely taken advantage of. Avoid this place if you want fair billing practices and a compassionate dental team.

Since day one the services and professionalism at North Ranch Dental have been top tier. As someone whose ALWAYS has major anxiety from dentist visits, I can honestly say I look forward to my appointments. My 1st appointment I had a tooth extracted and the process from the needle to the after care was handled with care. My hygienist is so detailed with cleanings. This office is a gem.

I've been going to this dentist office for a while now and I can honestly say it's been a great experience every time. Dr. Ross is super friendly and very professional. The whole staff is just as great everyone's welcoming and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. It's not always easy to say you enjoy going to the dentist, but they really make it as smooth and pleasant as possible. Definitely recommend this office if you're looking for quality care and a friendly team.

First time ever going in for an extraction and Dr. Ross killed it. She has a light hand and under 2-3 minutes got my wisdom tooth out with no issues and or complications. It has been 3 days now and so far no discomfort and no pain no medication needed. Thank you Dr. Ross. You are the best.

North Ranch Dental staff are both welcoming and thorough. Their equipment is state of the art, and both Dr. Chambers and Hygienist Jane explained my diagnosis and recommended treatment plan.

The receptionist presented me two estimates so I know what procedures should be done now, and what can wait until a later date. The location looks brand new and all areas are very clean. I highly recommend North Ranch Dental.
