I had an outstanding experience at Optic Gallery on Blue Diamond, and I especially want to recognize Dr. Elizabeth Peguese and the entire team.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about me and my eyesight. Dr. Peguese took the time to listen, performed a thorough examination, and discovered that I had been wearing an incredibly old pair of contact lenses. She carefully explained my options and fit me with multifocal contact lenses that have a small reading area, and the difference has been amazing.

The improvement felt like going from an iPhone 1 to an iPhone 17. I hadn’t realized how much I was missing until I experienced the difference.

What impressed me most wasn’t just Dr. Peguese’s expertise—it was her kindness, patience, and the way she made me feel heard. The entire staff worked together to make the visit comfortable and enjoyable, and it was clear that they truly care about their patients.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and Dr. E. Peguese. The customer care, high-skill treatment, and corrective contact lenses made especially for my unique keratoconus condition have been controlled. I have been a patient for over 15 years now. Each and every time I come for a checkup or have an issue with my eyesight, Dr. Peguese goes out of her way to treat me and others as a priority! We brought our entire family here, 5 kids and 2 adults. We were so impressed! The doctor was awesome. Majalee was so patient with our 5 year old and made her feel so comfortable during the exam. Cat and Stephanie helped my 13 year old with her contact fitting and were so encouraging. Alex helped me check out and made sure all the financial stuff was perfect. Thank you all so much!

Just overall excellent service by everybody there I don’t remember names but if you look at our appointment time, you can see who helped us. The only issue I have is having to wait for my glasses for more than a week, but I understand that’s not their fault it’s because of Covid stuff.

Walked in for my appointment and could not find anything in the system. The whole place was unorganized. Once I notified them who I talked to and all the details they just left us standing there. I left when people take time off work and this is the service a business provides not worth giving them a second chance. Do better

Wow, what a breath of fresh air at the Optic Gallery at 4860 Blue Diamond Rd Ste. 120, Las Vegas, NV 89139. You can't help but feel the pleasant vibes from Dr. Elizabeth Peguese, OD, and her staff. These people know how to make you feel comfortable and appreciated, especially Dr. Elizabeth Peguese.

I'll come right out and say I am a terrible patient. I can scare off the best of them, and I told Dr. Peguese just that. I also told her getting me to stick my finger and lens in my eye may be next to impossible. But one day later, I'm looking forward to my next appointment with a particularly oversized hard contact lens to deal with my unique vision issue.

Dr. Peguese and her staff are well-trained to handle patients as difficult and complex as I am—and there are almost none more demanding than me.

I had been going to a different Optic Gallery location for years but recently visited Blue Diamond for the first time. Perla was the office manager at my prior location and transferred here, so I decided to follow her. With her amazing attitude, charisma, and willingness to help, I’d follow her anywhere! It was very seamless to schedule an appointment over the phone. At appt day, everyone was very welcoming and professional. Dr. Peguese is just amazing. She was very attentive and gave great advice with my vision concerns. Perla was great as always and ensured I had everything I needed. I absolutely recommend this location!

I’ve always wanted contacts but putting them in and taking them out was so frustrating I was close to losing my patience and just staying with glasses another thirty years even though I’ve never liked them on me. Perla was very cool, she was a friend to me in a moment where I was embarrassed and ready to quit, she got me to shake off my failures, lower my BP and take my own time until I got it.
Perla, the doctors and other staff all made my family and I feel valued and I’m glad I have a team I can trust with my eye care. I scheduled an eye appointment for my son April 1st at 1:30 pm. My son who right after school headed across town to his appointment called ahead and his he will be about 10 mins late. They responded as long as you arrive no later than 1:40 you are okay. My son arrived 9 mins after his scheduled appointment. They said you have no ID no payment so lets just reschedule. I had filled out the forms the night prior. He had his student ID the forms and payment. So my son walked out as he should. I called and I addressed that the whole front staff was extremely unprofessional rude inconcederate. I DO NOT recommend this place. RUDE RUDE front staff . It is a shame because they have two great doctors. NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was thrilled to find out that Dr. Peguese was still practicing in Las Vegas! She is by far the best Optometrist I have ever been to in this city.
