The staff is excellent at listening to patients and making them feel heard, Lori is always a pleasure to see and schedules follow ups and referrals promptly. Went in & ended up needing testing and they were able to perform it same day, in office, which was very convenient

The office is always clean, the staff is always polite and ready to help. The most important thing is that the provider takes her time to go through your care, she is a great listener willing to understand what is needed. It is important to me that I have someone who doesn’t rush me through my own care. This provider does not do that. She is polite, professional, and always willing To provide the best care needed!

I have been coming to this office since January and all I can say is from the front desk to the Doctor Lopez all have been so friendly, kind and the doctor listens . I’m so happy that I found this clinic! The facility is clean, the staff are friendly, but most importantly, Lorimel is an absolutely wonderful provider. Such a breath of fresh air- she listens, discusses concerns, and most importantly: discusses a realistic care plan that includes you in the actual planning! Lorimel Lopez-Culanag FNP is my provider and she is great! She listens and is very proactive. There’s usually a very short wait (5-10 minutes), if any wait time at all. Front desk and Medical Assistants are always friendly. I appreciate that they are responsive to text/emails. I definitely recommend! 10/10 for service, communication and wait times.
