Optimal Therapy is a terrible company. Beware of this place. My child was extremely ill so I had called to say to cancel an appointment and 3 months later I get a message that I owe $50 for a charge because my son had a no show for an appointment. I then checked my calendar and on my phone and I see I did call them to cancel the appointment so please beware of Optimal Therapy and their billing department for taking advantage of customers like this. I will be opening up a case against them now for their service in this matter and their treatment about this .

I had a great experience with the occupational therapy team here. The techs Carlos and Alma were amazing. The therapists Jackie and Julia were all knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely cared about my recovery. They made a frustrating finger injury much easier to deal with and created an environment that I actually enjoyed coming to.

They helped me regain my range of motion, sensation, and strength, and I was able to meet all of my therapy goals. I’m extremely grateful for everything they did for me and would highly recommend this team to anyone needing occupational therapy.

I’m so grateful for pelvic therapy and the incredible care I received from Jackie, Unique, Jyselle. After having my baby, I struggled just to walk comfortably for 10 minutes, and it was frustrating not feeling like myself. I was dealing with constant pelvic pain, and it really affected my daily life. Thanks to 3 months of therapy, my pelvic pain is gone, and I’m now able to walk for 2 hours, jog again, and even dance like I did before I was pregnant! It has made such a huge difference in my confidence and overall quality of life.

The therapy team was always so kind and accommodating. They even helped take care of my daughter so I could finish my therapy sessions without stress, which meant so much to me as a mom. That extra level of care made such a difference. The front office team was equally wonderful—scheduling appointments was super easy. The support and treatment I received were truly life-changing. Today was supposed to be my first appointment, which was scheduled last week. I arrived on time and waited 25 minutes, only to be told that my therapist was running behind and would not be able to see me until 5:30 PM, even though my appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM. My daughter has had great progress here but the authorizations are taking longer each time. I understand sometimes it's an insurance issue but I don't have this issue with her other authorizations. These delays can cause her progress to push back.

The therapist was very nice and took her time but couldn’t actually do much because I still had stitches. The floor in the room was very dirty and the walls near the light switch was dirty from touching it. Also, one of the chairs had a hole in it. Occupational/physical therapy should never be dirty. That’s a breeding ground for infection.

Optimal Therapy has been great for our needs so far. We transitioned out from another clinic earlier this summer for OT. Although we were nervous, the move was worthwhile. The evaluation with Jackie was thorough and attentive. I felt like she took the time to understand the concerns that we had for our son. We were able to get on schedule very easily and so far it’s been great. Our therapist Jyselle is incredibly patient with our son considering his medical conditions. She also gives great feedback and truly takes the time to understand what works well for our son. Our visits have been consistent and on time each week. Office staff Leti, Katie, & Michelle are very sweet, patient, and accommodating every visit. We are always checked in promptly and assisted with scheduling future appointments for our son that work for us considering our already busy schedule. We look forward to continuing services here and are excited for the progress we will make.

This is going to be a long review because this place deserves every acknowledgement that they deserved. First off I search this city for a PT and OT that would take an appointment asap but to no avail. A friend of ours recommended Optimal with hesitations but from the moment I made that call to the moment we sat down for evaluation I knew in my heart that we are in a good place and those hesitations went away. I will give a shout out to these people individually. Katie & Michelle. Not your typical front desk. The smile we get whenever we walk in all the way to the second we walk out just pure excellent customer service. Lobby is not boring and conversations about life just makes everything at ease. Sonya you just didn’t champeon our kid but you are a beacon of hope to so many. Thank you for just being your amazing self. Julia, Jyselle, Unique, Jose and Daphne. definitely miss Katie. No, knock to the staff there but the new staff move a little too fast. My son has cerebral palsy and during his second evaluation they had a trainee take him through it, which caused him to have a intusion to his elbow bone so he couldn’t use his arm for 2 weeks and the doctors actually had to put him in a stent. I just think when it comes to dealing with different patients every patient isn’t the same and I think they need to start using people that are really good in those areas because when you use people that are not used to it, these problems can happen. It was really sad to smhwra Katie left. but overall, the front desk staff is great and loving just when its comes to the PT and OT sometimes you have to see who loved there job and who is just doing for a Paycheck.

Very nice and Awesome! Though certain poses made me feel silly they are a wonderful team that works with me and my pelvic floor issues. Jackie is awesome and is very nice. Katy is awesome and is very informative. I've had only positive experiences here. As long as you don't mind the radio going from hip hop to hard-core country then to punk then this is a great positive place for physical therapy. Also the Starbucks is nearby which makes morning visits easier. Slowly but surely I'm feeling better and I appreciate this team.

Sadly, we're no longer going because they said that we have rescheduled too many appointments so they cancel our appointments that we have schedule in advance and told us to call every day we want to go and if they have an opening they will see us; kind of a silly resolution because if they don't have an opening how we are going to get better?

I have two boys who are autistic that are getting OT services here. I just love how Jacqueline and Katie both are caring and knowledgeable. Honestly my son doesn’t do well with strangers but his therapist is very patient with him and after two sessions he’s gotten used to her and the place. Came in after surgery to remove a bone spur in my elbow. At first, I could barely move my elbow even a few degrees. After a few weeks, Isaac and the crew here have me fast on my way back to normal. I have about 99% of my range of motion back and my muscles are quickly rebuilding. This team is experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate. The first time I walked into this clinic, I was greeted with an amazing staff that showed enthusiasm and care for overall progress. Neil, physical therapy technician did a fabulous job of providing proper form and education on all the exercises that I had to do. Katie was also very helpful in her scraping technique for my shoulder. My shoulder feels 100/10 after all my sessions, and can now reach for my favorite cereal on the top shelf, which was very important for me to be able to do. I first arrived here because of my dislocated knee, I was actually pretty nervous and scared at first but they were all nice and caring and each of them had something about them that you could relate to they made it fun, I had a good time there and today was my last day there after our 3 month journey and I loved every day of it I will never forget what they did for me and now I wanna be just like them I cried today saying goodbye to them because I was gonna miss all of them but all good things come to an end and I'm happy I'm leaving with good and happy memories

I have been coming to affiliated therapy for over a year and a half now. Amazing staff!!! Such a great place and very clean. I have been taking my son here for a little over 4 months. Everyone here is so nice and kind. The therapist are very caring and have built a bond with my son. He always looks forward to his therapy days. Highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough good things about Affiliated Therapy. My son has been doing PT here for over a month and the staff is amazing, we couldn't be happier with the care and attention he is receiving.

It's refreshing to have your child actually enjoy going to a place where they make him do painful and hard work, because you know that means they are taking really good care of him.

I just wrapped up my PT with this awesome group of therapists. Never a long wait for my appointment. Greeted by two cheerful young ladies, Destiny and Crystal, in the waiting area. It was so interesting to see the diverse people and children that received therapy and everyone was warmly welcomed and well taken care of.
I was recovering from knee surgery. I’m so happy to say that my PT was very successful and I’m back to walking normal again and NO pain. I had different therapists that helped with my workout twice a week, they were all professional and knowledgeable.
It was a great experience even though painful in the beginning! Don’t be afraid to get professional help, it really works!

I highly recommend Robert🥳🥳🥳He is an occupational therapist at Affiliated Therapy. He has excellent communication skills; he listens to his patients and explaining in-depth procedures and situations. He works with people of all ages who have disabilities, injuries, or ADHD etc. He is the best👍👍👍

My daughter has been going to Affiliated Therapy for a year and a half now and I'm just blown away by their kindness and professionalism every appointment. I honestly feel like family when we're there. Everyone in the office is always happy and smiling- especially the clients.

Since we've been there so long, a lot of employees have worked with my daughter and they are all genuinely good people who make therapy fun and effective. They also care about sharing enriching therapy practices with parents. This allows me to feel empowered at home, where I can continue my daughter's therapy and improve her quality of life. It's really an amazing feeling to be surrounded by people who honestly and sincerely care.

The therapy areas are always clean and welcoming. There is an area just for children to work and they have policies in place to ensure their privacy and sensory needs are met. There are also 2 very clean bathrooms, and a nice waiting area for parents with entertainment on for siblings.

My daughter is doing her clinical rotation here and Ive heard good stories. I heard they offer pediatric, teens, and geriatric as well. I heard its more better compare to other outpatient clinic because they dont overbook compare to other places. She said that patient care is valuable to this clinic.
