As a parent of two children with different therapy needs, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Optimal Therapy. My son with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) experiences inflammation and pain at times, and my other son has cerebral palsy and attends both occupational and physical therapy here. Finding a therapy center that not only provides exceptional care but also understands the realities of a busy family schedule has been an incredible blessing.
The entire staff goes above and beyond to accommodate our hectic lives. I regularly work 70–84 hours per week, and the scheduling team is always incredibly flexible, organized, and willing to help make appointments work for our family. Their kindness and understanding truly set them apart.
My boys have worked with Gerald, Lauren, and Chris in Physical Therapy, as well as Matthew and Lauren in Occupational Therapy. Every therapist has shown outstanding professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine compassion. They make therapy engaging, encouraging, and tailored to each child's unique needs and goals. My sons look forward to their sessions because of the positive relationships they've built with their therapists.
I also want to recognize the amazing front desk team Carina, Inyse, and Angie. They are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we walk through the door. Their warmth, efficiency, and dedication help create such a positive experience for families.
Optimal Therapy is much more than a therapy clinic; it feels like a community that truly cares about the children and families they serve. I am incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement, and exceptional care my sons receive here. I wholeheartedly recommend Optimal Therapy to any family seeking physical or occupational therapy services. They have made a meaningful difference in our lives, and we couldn't ask for a better team.

One of the things this place needs to work on is treating people like they matter. Twice this week my daughter with special needs is blown off & her apt is started late. The first time after 20 mins which is supposed to be 30 they try to put her out & I need to remind the teacher that we will indeed be staying in for the full 30 mins (mind you this has happen at least 2x previously). Then the 2nd session in the same week we start again 10 minutes late. It's one thing to start late but it's a consistent theme here. Yes once we're in the sessions the teachers do lock in & help but what's the point of scheduling an appointment two weeks out just to start them late. I can easily have my referral transfered. I appreciate my time & my daughter's time being treated with the same level of importance as everyone else.

Therapy has been top notch! My son was seeing another PT in our home for 6 months and she literally told me that she couldn't do anything else for him to help him walk.

Once we started seeing Miss Meg and her team, he just started walking today after 5 sessions with Meg! 5 stars!! She's also is so kind to him too. He literally just screams the whole time because he's uncomfortable with the movement and is mad he has to practice walking. She just moves right along and does her best to keep him happy . She's fantastic!!

Meg (Meghna) has been my physical therapist for my current and past physical therapy needs. She takes her time with her patients, listens to their concerns, is caring, makes you feel comfortable and is always watching to make sure the patients are doing their exercises correctly. Meg is simply the best in her field. The techs are also very nice and helpful. No matter how busy, Andrea, the front desk receptionist is, she is always friendly, professional, and greets you with a smile. I highly recommend the Windmill/215 location and Meg for your physical therapy needs, she treats both adults and children.

I went to Nicole at Optimal Therapy to help me with my vertigo. I had tried some home remedies, but couldn’t seem to get rid of it. Nicole did some tests to try to figure out why I had getting it and then did some adjustments. My symptoms were gone by the time I left.

She was friendly, thorough and extremely helpful. I will definitely go back the next time I get vertigo.

The care I've received at Optimal (Windmill location) has been incredible- I've been a patient there off and on for years, and they've always been incredibly patient and attentive. They really take the time to get to know each person who comes through the door, and everyone is SO welcoming and kind! Starting physical therapy can be scary, but they turn it into something that I can look forward to every week on the road to recovery. They are some of the most caring individuals, and I am so grateful! Thank you, Optimal!

i love the entire staff at Optimal Physical Therapy, Windmill Office. Everyone is so nice. i especially appreciate all the help that Alysa has given me at the front desk. Matthew has been so helpful and encouraging— and i love working with him. i also really appreciate fellow New Yorker Marisa. Over the summer I got to work with her a lot, and she is fantastic!!! I have missed her since she returned to school. But i hope she will be back, and that i will be able to work with her again!!!

I can't say enough great things about the staff here!!! Everyone is so friendly and professional. My daughter has been working with Matt and Marissa for 2 months. She is recovering from a knee dislocation and is almost better than she was before her injury. Matt/Marissa and the whole staff made her feel comfortable, safe and confident from the moment they started working with her. Not only were they concerned with rehabbing her injury, but also strengthening her other knee to try and prevent an injury while she is playing basketball and other sports. I’m extremely grateful for the care my daughter has received. There is such a positive energy through the entire office. I highly recommend Optimal Physical Therapy!!!

Worst place ever for children with special needs!!! If you want your child to be looked at like they are trash and discriminated against based on their disabilities, then this is the place for you, but I will never go back again!!!!!

If you need an acceptional physical therapist I recommend Optimal Physical Therapy. It is very hard to find a good physical therapist much less a good physical therapy group here in Vegas. These guys have in it their name... Optimal. They focus on every patient individually and are highly knowledgeable about the work they are doing. It took months to get rid of my headaches associated with cervicalgia and herniated cervial discs, but when I started going here, they did everything they could to heal and retrain my musculature that my headaches went away within a matter of days. I’ve been to two of their offices and feel that they are both highly qualified to help those with chronic musculoskeletal pain and have a lot of compassion for their patients. Thank you Optimal Physical Therapy!
