I was told my smell was irritating my providers' allergies. Instead of wearing a face mask like most medical professionals I was told, "never do that again." I listened to her and changed my PCP and providers immediately and never returned. Hope you found a physician who can help you w/ your allergies, Mrs. Ferguson.

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Been going here 5* years. Currently assigned to Dr. Abidi. She caught a significant issue during a routine check and recommend me to a cardiologist who resolved my health issue—She’s Great! I have no complaints about my doctors or the medical staff. All are fast, efficient, and thorough. I don’t have any communications issues. I can contact them easily by phone or the patient portal (my preferred method). They stay on top of things and resolve any issues efficiently and promptly and get back to me. Appointments are easy to get and you can call in for same day appointments, if available. Also, they have an after hours call in help line if/when needed. Again, VERY HIGHLY REVOMMEND.

I go into my appointment with Dr Bailey Wagner with my list of concerns and questions. After Lisa takes my vitals and confirms my history (she is not only thorough but also very pleasant as she performs these duties). When Dr. Wagner comes in, the usual exam stuff is first (this is also very thorough). But then it's time for my list of questions and concerns. We go through them until I feel everything has been addressed. I am seen. I am heard and most importantly, I never feel rushed. My health care is a team project and I am an equal member on that team.

I had a hard time rating because I’ve always rated five stars. The woman that called us back, was asking questions and told me to put my purse on the chair so that she could take my weight. I said I weighed myself last night and I know what it is. I gave her the weight and she asked me if we were going to be discussing anything to do with my weight which I thought was out of the norm considering I’ve never been asked that before I don’t have to take my weight no matter what I’m talking to my doctor about I feel that this should be addressed because it was not professional. I just was trying to keep it light by telling her. I weighed myself and did not answer the question that she asked if I was going to be discussing my weight with the doctor. My daughter recognized that she definitely needed a more professional, friendly bedside manner is what you could call it.
Besides, all that Dr. Abidi has always been my number one go to and everybody in the staff whenever I call our very pleasant and very accommodating that’s what I’m used to so this was not a usual behavior that I was expecting from someone.

We have lived here for 7 years now and during that time have gone through several doctors, some good, but mostly not.
We have been with P3 for approximately 6 years, I was their 3rd patient at the Green Valley Office.
In 2023, we really came in to a wonderful nurse practitioner, Michael Schreckengost. He has been with us through 4 hospital stays, changed some meds, always returns call, got my disable son's HA1C down to the 5 range, and is wonderful! I am 93 and he keeps me going well! We have good follow up visits every 3 to 6 months, depending on what's going on with us.
We are all 3, in my family, delighted with him. He asks questions to find out what's wrong and answers any that we have for him.
He is FANTASTIC!!!

FNP-BC Mike Schreckengost likely saved my wife’s life. We went to P3 Medical Group for our annual physicals a year ago. Mike walked into my wife’s exam room and stated, “you have ————- — —- ——.” He ordered tests, which verified his observations. Now, after a year of tests and med directives from Mike, my wife is greatly improved. MD says she would likely have gotten worse and passed by now, were it not for Mike. Won’t be returning to Nurse practitioner Mailo Brantner, NP-C. She didn’t care for my needs at all, after I told her my status twice. Needed her to bill my insurance, she refused. There is a reason why people have insurance, right? As a medical biller & I know you can bill my insurance & anyone can be reimbursed. Per request of medical records and HIPPA medical request of records. Don’t waste your time with NP Mailo! She doesn't care about you!

My mom was referred to np mailo brantner had the worst experience from a provider she never listen to my moms concerns she never even examine her she just ask questions and was very impatient even told my mom to hurry up because she has other patients unfortunately she was not very caring as she says on her video totally the opposite of what she says she will do in her video and the promise she maid. My mom felt discriminated by her there was a language barrier and she never offer any help to provide a high quality patient care.

Wonderful place. Great doctor (Susan Shields), great staff. They are on top of everyting, always in touch, and go above and beyond. They are so good, I convinced my wife to go to Dr Shields - and she had to change her insurance to do it. She is happy she did.

I am thrilled my insurance decided to cancel my other primary! I’m now going to Dr Ritchey and he is 150%. This aft listens to you and correctly identifies and medicated you correctly!
Thank God we have found him and I never want to change Drs! The office staff is friendly and exceptional also!

We really appreciate Dr Richey and the staff at P3on Seven Hills. The staff is courteous and friendly. Dr Richey is excellent, answered all questions clearly. Never had to wait for an appointment. The office is spacious, clean and calm. We highly recommend p3 at Seven Hills!

I love the customer service here. I called wondering if I need to be seen for what was going on with me and they immediately got a hold of the physician on call. After some very great advice, she still set me up with my primary the next day just to be sure.
I've been with Susan for almost 16 years and I've followed her. I'm so glad shes finally at a place with great support system. She's an incredible nurse practitioner and is one of of the best I've had throughout the years. But no matter how good they are, if they are not surrounded by the right staff then they can't do their job right.
