Dr Patel and the staff were so lovely and nice. At first I felt embarrassed in my part since it has been years since the last time I had an eye exam. Dr Patel did sit me down, answered all my questions and concerns and being very professional with my high prescription.

I have never had such a pleasant experience as I have with Dr Shawn Fitzpatrick with getting an eye exam. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. He’s definitely a great addition to the Len’s Crafter’s team! Also I have to acknowledge the front staff, they are as equally commended on their professionalism. My over experience is 10/10!

I hate this LensCrafters location specifically the other locations I’ve never had a problem. These people always reschedule You because they don’t even know the doctors schedule. They rescheduled me four times?? That boy and girl who handle the phone calls don’t even know anything they will keep you on hold to ask a simple question. How do you work there and don’t know basic questions like when you guys open and close . I’m on hold for 30 minutes for a simple yes or no question.

The staff use poor communication skills and the doctor has no etiquette about how to respond to a patient’s distress. Also the doctor looked like he was a front desk employee.
After my visit a lady reached out to me by phone she was very nice and helpful I don’t remember her name, that’s the only good thing about this location .

0 stars Worst experience. Waste of my time. As soon as I told the doctor I had a bad experience with the other LensCrafters he started asking who it was and he guessed and was like oh that’s my friend. Then before any exams he started to tell me oh I agree with him. He told me he felt my vibe was off and I told him yeah because I felt like he wasn’t helping treat the issues I’m having or listening. His advice was to not stare at a computer all day. I wasted my eye exam with my insurance for this. Come to find out looking at my papers him and the other doctor have the same last name.
