This is the most unprofessional group of people that I have ever seen. They did not inform me that I would never see my doctor again and switched me to a doctor who seems to have no idea on what he's doing. They are never in the office and they are very consistent when it comes to evading their duties. I am reporting them to the Board of Health

If you need to get ahold of them forget it. They don’t answer the phone. They say to email them but they don’t answer the emails either. The practice is changing hands but yet no letter or email telling the patients. Unbelievably bad place. Look elsewhere!

Overall a very great practice. Dr. Fortson took time to get to know me and was easy to talk to you. Dr. Roberson answered all my questions on their portal and was very prompt. I had a few problems reaching Dr. Fortson, but she was very professional and helped me resolve the problem.

I agree with all these 5 star reviews Charlie and the girls are the best. I believe her nurses name is Ebony and she’s just as wonderful as Charlie. Before coming here I didn’t know Doctors offices cared about you. They really care here and they are always happy. I never thought I would look forward to a doctors appointment before coming here.

Charlie is AMAZING! I can't say enough about her and her staff!! I had to leave for awhile due to a move. She's done so much for me. Noone likes having to go-to the dr.....but I LOVE seeing Charlie. I'd honestly go just to hang out lol!! I'm having some issues and she's on it right away!!

The Doctor really takes her time with her patients and the most important thing is that she listens to your concerns and your ailments plus she cares about your well being; and she follows up with you most doctors don't have time in a day to do that for you; and she's genuine and my family loves that and that's so rear these days!

Best Doc I have ever had. Left her for several years when a company insurer wouldn't add her to their list. Suffered a succession of billers and pill pushers until I got Medicare and just came back. She has already addressed all my issues other providers did not and my health is improving markedly.
If you want a real doctor who provides real useful care and not a business just maxing their billing - go see Charley.

I went last year in August, for a yearly exam.Its a far drive for me, but it was on my list for a free one. It was small, very awkward office. The staff was nice, but they can't seem to fill prescriptions right or they lie about it. I have dealt with them as well as my pharmacy. They are ridiculous when it comes to requests. They don't send them out unless you tell them 7 times. Charlie was nice, but she doesn't know what she is doing. She didn't ask any questions on my health, didn't want to get to know me.
6 months into my birth control, they denied my refill. Telling me I needed another yearly exam. Wasn't even a year yet!! So that was a hassle to get filled again. I repeat don't go to them! You will regret it, I went to get my exam elsewhere this year. Definitely worth it because they refilled my prescription in a few hours!! Unlike this place took me days! Don't waste your time at this place.

The customer service that this office demonstrates to their potential patients is disgraceful. I've worked in a doctors office before and I would never treat anyone like that. When people come to a doctors office it's usually because they are sick and not doing well, they should be greeted and treated with compassion and empathy. The ladies in the front should not be allowed to talk to people they should be in the back doing some type of paperwork that doesn't require communication. It's a shame that I had to tell them that they made me too uncomfortable to stay for my doctors appointment. I rather be sick for a couple more weeks while I find an office that's compassionate and caring. This review reflects the practice and the first impression of this office. Who would want to meet the PA if this is how the front office treats you? No thanks, I will not be back.

I love this doctors office I have been going here for 2 years with no problems and would not go anywhere else here in Vegas. Attentive, professional, informative, helpful, resourceful, genuine, & caring all the staff is they are awesome and Yes they do take medicaid. Great doctor! Helped my wife with depression and discover she also had asthma. Charlie knows her bones! Knew my history of broken bones just by looking at me. HOWEVER her office staff is the worst we've ever experienced.

Charlie (Charlezetta Roberson) is great, but the office never seems to answer or return phone calls. I called multiple times asking about a mere $30 payment, left multiple messages and I never received a call back. Instead of calling me back, they just sent my bill to a collections company instead, which dinged my credit. I ended up switching doctors to get better service.

This office never answers phones calls and never returns calls. This office will be on vacation staring September 19th-26???? Today is only the 16th of September and the voice message states this today. I've been waiting for my results since Monday. Over left several messages and still nothing. A medical offic shuts down completely???? I'm confused. Never heard of this.
