My 1st time here. He is my husband's Cardilogist. This is the most down to Earth calming Dr. Ever. He had all my Dr's records & tests. Took his time to show & explain things to me. Then kindly asked if I had any questions . Also the Staff here were Super Kind & polite too. I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Dr Ip. and his staff. ! Thank you so much....

Dr. Ip is understanding and a caring doctor!
He listens well. If something is needed it is scheduled. He took over the location of where I go, for Dr. HSU. His medical Assistant Christie is great. I feel comforted by her. Her personality is what I listen for. She cares. Very happy to have her.
I have no complaints about any Doctors in the group!
They are all what a patient needs.
Highly recommend all locations and Doctors.

Would've been 5 stars if the office wasn't so out of whack. Tried to cancel our appointment because whomever was checking doesn't understand PPO and not having to get authorizations for treatment, not to mention already being an established patient. I had to take MY time and check on the insurance to verify Dr. Ip is in network. Yes, I know my insurance is my responsibility, but if you are working insurance claims you do need to know the ins and outs. Apparently, this person doesn't. Hopefully, they also won't fail again about scheduling the Holter Monitor that was supposed to be done back in November. Otherwise, have no complaints about Dr. Ip. He's usually pretty thorough, but Dr's usually have no idea what's going on in the front office. Maybe the office manager will pay attention to this.

Facility was very nice & easy to navigate. Check-in was quick & easy. Receptionist was helpful & friendly. Called to the back on time. MD assistant asked appropriate questions & explained what she was doing well. Dr. Ip was knowledgeable & to the point but had no medical info due to a computer input error which the receptionist corrected. Due to the error, I feel the time with the doctor was not as good as it could have been. Doctor seemed rushed. Overall, a good experience.

I was referred to Dr. Randy Ip to go over my lab results not very happy with his bedside manner which he lack. He doesn’t explain well regarding my lab results. I will be looking for another Cardiologist. I’m very disappointed with him. Avoid .
