Well, I saw Dr. Reed for over 20 years and two of my daughters saw him and he did well, now he needs to be taught some manners. I'm a retiree from the City of Henderson and after receiving a letter about his 'abusive staff' who treated me very badly and I walked out after driving 75 minutes to get there and I NEVER said a bad thing about him, ever, that ends today.

Over a year after my visit, I get a letter from Dr. Reed stating just how bad his office was and he had to terminate the entire staff. So I write a letter in reply expecting a reply and NOTHING! Just like the other abusive doctors and front staff that are in this valley. They are just part of what is the 'failed medical system' in Las Vegas. Used to be you looked up to doctors, I've had emergency room lead docs that DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE!!!
And of course it's all about, 'no demands, no abuse, no threatening language EVERYWHERE and that ONLY allows the staff to do that to you! I saw the same sign at Cox and the rep was rude and insensitive as he knows he can get away with it.

NO return letter, NO communication, NO phone call and I had seen him for over 20 years and had one surgery from him. I'm a retiree of the City of Henderson and I won't recommend his office at all and I should lodge a complaint with the medical board. I nearly lost my right foot a few years back and Dr. Reed had been telling me for a few years before that of the problems with my right foot but NEVER offered any treatment! My wife and I were questioning this info right at the exam, but nothing was ever done, now it's half-dead from loss of blood flow and is disabled.

I had a schedule of procedure on my left toe which I was having consistent ingrown nail.thismade me to request Dr. Reed to do the procedure of finally cutting part of the toenail to avoid recurrence of the in-growth nail. On my schedule
on May8, I told Dr. Reed that I had pain on my other right toe which happened to be another ingown nail problem . Right away,Dr. Reed applied anaesthesia on my left toe and while waiting for the effect of the anaesthesia, he started working on my right toe to help me with the pain I am having on my right toe.

The Dr was fantastic, his nurse was great, unfortunately as most Dr offices the front office was a bit of a disappointment.
Three ppl ahead of me four came in after me. The girl literally called everyone before me, when she saw me looking then she pretend that she didn't have my insurance info. I informed her that I put my insurance info on the paperwork, also this was a referral from two weeks ago, which means the information was included.
I was on my phone while waiting and didn't notice that she was watching me the entire time waiting for a negative reaction of leaving me waiting for no reason except for being a disgusting human.
Other than that you won't find a better Dr but hopefully they pay more attention to the front office shenanigans.
