I came here for my VA C&P exam and had a genuinely positive experience. I was pretty nervous going in at first, but everyone was amazing and immediately helped put me at ease. Came here for a VA evaluation about 2 weeks ago and Dr. Vy Ong was amazing and very empathetic. Her professionalism and experience is shown by how prepared she was in reviewing my records before the visit. She is definitely here for Veterans and I never felt unheard, she took her time with me and listened to everything I said. The x-ray tech was also sweet (I forgot her name but she’s a British gal). The negative reviews you see don’t align with this practice at all. Thank Dr. Ong and team for being professional and putting Veterans first.

If you’re looking for a competent, caring, and knowledgeable healthcare provider, I highly recommend Serenity family practice . After struggling for a week with unbearable pain following an appendectomy, Tanya was the only provider who truly listened, assessed my condition properly, and gave me the right treatment. Within seconds of reviewing my results, she identified the problem and prescribed the correct medication—something that six or seven other doctors failed to do. Thanks to her, my pain is completely gone, and I finally feel like myself again.

Unfortunately, my experience before finding Tanya was horrible. I had to go to the ER four times in one week because of severe pain, and each time, I felt ignored and dismissed. The doctors and caregivers were incompetent, failing to diagnose my issue despite repeated visits. Instead of thoroughly assessing me, they brushed off my concerns, which led to unnecessary suffering and a huge medical bill.

Tanya, on the other hand, actually cares about her patients and knows what she’s doing. I cannot thank her enough for giving me the help I desperately needed. If you want a provider who listens, takes action, and truly prioritizes your health, Serenity family practice is the place to go.

Since I’ve been in Las Vegas, I've been searching for a a great primary care practice, since being treated at this facility I must say it is extremely clean and professional the staff are truly exceptional! Jibran Miller displays genuine concern for the health and well-being of patients. 10/10

NP miller is the man, he is so helpful and thorough. I truly would not go to anyone else for my general medical needs. He's also done exams with me before and I couldn't be more happy with him. The whole practice is very professional but miller stands out to me. I was impressed by his attention to detail and How friendly he is. He explains things in simple terms and doesn't make me feel stupid. 10 out of 10

I was sent her by QTC and I thought my visit went really smooth. I was taken in the back immediately to have my vitals, vision then my hearing test done. The MA who took care of me was nice and thorough. I was then put back in the waiting room, waited for about 5 minutes then saw the provider, Vy, she had great bedside manner. I was in and out in about half an hour. Much better than any of my previous experiences for my physical exam for the army. Won’t mind coming back here next year.

This is the BEST medical experience I ever had. I dislike being a patient at any hospital, and I was dreading coming to this appointment because I knew it was going to be long, but from the minute I walked in the door, the ambience was peaceful and the staff at the front desk were super friendly and inviting. I had a multiple labs, x-rays, procedures and a very detailed head to toe physical, and the staff was so organized with getting it all done efficiently. Everything you need is right there, so it's very convenient.
The providers were just as amazing as all the other staff members who team together to work the reception and procedures. They all focus on taking care of each patient and it feels like a family atmosphere. Thank you for an amazing experience! Highly recommend this place to anyone! They will exceed your expectations.

Clean and inviting office. Tanya is friendly and professional. I was seen here for my VA comp and pen appointment. Staff are friendly, and I appreciate them making the time to see me even though I was late due to traffic. I highly recommend this practice to others based on my experience.

If you are coming from a distance of over 25min give yourself an additional 25 minutes for construction. It took me an hour to get here from Centennial.

Unprofessional, immature staff including the PA who berated my wife who simply asked for proof of the visit. I’m a PA and cannot tolerate patients being treated the way my wife was treated. We are Army Reserve Soldiers sent to this contracted facility for a simple lab draw only to be treated unprofessionally.

I Have been treating my Sciatica problem for about 10 years seeing many specialist. I made an appointment with Tayana at Serenity Family Practice and she suggested that it could be my hip. She was right I will be forever grateful that she figured it out. Can't tell you how much time and money I spent trying to treat a Sciatica problem that didn't exist.
