What a pleasant surprise to have a young professional person show up on time and totally prepared for all my questions AND have very valuable information regarding my health care. Along with other additional information regarding Hospice and it's functions related to my health. She also took the time to fill out the Nevada POLST form that I have wanted now for some time.
