I came here for weight loss with peptide therapy. Im a Registered Nurse and was extremely impressed that before I was given treatment the doctor sat down with me established my goals and did a styku body composition which is sort of a three D body scan. He also advised me on nutrition and staying healthy during weight loss. I have lost 16.3 pounds. I continue to loose weight as planned steadily but not too fast as I did not want sagging skin. I cant recommend this clinic enough Im not just a number here it is really personalized care.

I recently decided to make a complete 180 with my health and was recommended Sky Health Wellness Clinic as the go-to and I am so grateful I listened to the recommendation. The staff up front are kind, thoughtful, and so easy to work with. The doctors there are the best of the best and they go above and beyond to help you with your needs.

Sky Health actually has a program in place that caters to each individual’s weight-loss journey, and I can honestly say I've never been happier since starting with them. I'm healthier and happier then I've ever been in years!!

Rude all the staff look alike and treated me like I was a villain. No one said hello to me at all even when I did. On the exit they all just stared at me like they never seen a person with darker skin before. I will never recommend this location .

This company allowed me to make a 8:00am appointment for a sick visit, upon arrival the people that were supposed to open the office did not even arrive until 8:10am. I went to the front desk and told them that I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment and they told me that there was no doctor on site at all today. They tell me I should come back tomorrow. I'm wondering why I would be allowed to make a sick patient appointment if there's no doctor available? Very disappointed in the service and very disappointed in your unreliable people showing up late to open the doors.

Called in to see if we needed an appointment for Urgent Care, and as a new clinic of 1.5 years in business they don't take basic insurance and their website states they do Xrays and other simple testing including blood work and the lady over the phone said they don't do any of those things🤔
So besides their DOT services this place is going to be a major waste of time...

WOW this spot is absolutely amazing. Front staff great so friendly and extremely professional, the dr was so easy to talk to and not judgemental at all he was infomative and i can tell he cared, iv had 4 medicals done for CDL and the others i was nerves, uneasy and just didnt want to be there which was done at Southern Nevada Occupational and will never go back there. But this place DOT express i will refer to everyone. You guys rock. Hands down best medical spot for DOT. And i honestly hate Drs but this place just made that feeling disappear.

I took my 2 kids for their Missionary Physical Exam needed for their mission. The Doctor was very kind, helpful, informative, and professional.
The staff were also very friendly. They kindly answered every question I have. they genuinely care about their patients. They helped us get the best service and price possible since we don’t have insurance.
We definitely recommend Sky Health to everyone need Physical exam.

I recommend this place. Clean, fast, efficient. I went for a physical DOT renewal. 30 minutes. Everyone was happy, friendly, respectful and considerate from the beginning to end including the ladies in front and the doctor as well. I will definitely return. Great spot. This doctor was not only extremely nice and helpful .He actually cared he also he If still has the same issue days later that he wouldn't even charge me he would just make sure I got taken care of. I just moved here little over a year and ago I think I found my new doctor. I highly recommend this man.

This is an affordable Cash Only Office, They do not take insurance, yet I still chose to go there as Yaakov Is a Very knowledgeable and caring provider. Highly recommended for Urgent care services and DOT Physical exams
