Southwest Prestige Pediatrics is a concierge-style pediatric clinic in Las Vegas, founded and owned by board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner Kayla Sweeney. We offer personalized, family-centered care for children from birth through adolescence.
Our services include well-child visits, same-day sick visits, vaccinations, and chronic condition management in a private, modern setting. With no crowded waiting rooms or long waits, our clinic is designed for your child’s comfort, safety, and convenience. We were referred to Kayla through our previous pediatrician, who we adored — we loved her so much that we even see her daughter for our own adult primary care. We had been with our original pediatrician since my oldest was just starting school, and when my husband and I decided to have another child after 16 years, I fully planned to stay with her. But time does what it does, and she retired — not before making sure we were in good hands with Kayla Sweeney.
My son takes time to adjust to change, so the transition of care could have been really hard. It wasn't, and that's entirely because of Kayla's attentiveness, awareness, and genuine kindness. Over time I've come to love and trust her, and more importantly, so has my son — which means everything to me.
I'm so glad we found her. Or maybe she found us. Either way, I'm happy.

Dr.Sweeney has been providing exemplary care to my children and foster children for a couple years now. Dr.Sweeney gives ample time for visits, gets you scheduled the same week, and listens intently to your concerns. Kayla is both reliable and knowledgeable. I love the fact that me and my kids can be seen at the same time making her practice unique. Kayla customer service is top tier, always remembering the little things. To top it off she is also very personable which helps you to discuss sensitive issues. The office is both calming and inviting. I highly recommend Kayla to anyone.

Kayla was a nurse practitioner at our former pediatrician’s office and has been seeing my boys for over a year.
