The location itself is always clean and well-maintained, so it feels professional and comfortable the moment you walk in. I also appreciate how efficient they are. I was able to get seen quickly and I’m usually in and out pretty quickly, which is a relief when you’ve got a busy schedule. Plus, they’ve been pretty flexible with me coming in a little earlier or a little later than my scheduled appointment, which not every clinic is okay with.

Jay, the guy answering the phone, needs to be replaced. When I booked my appointment, I said thank you, and all he said was ‘sure.’ When I asked questions, he just replied with ‘yup’—super unprofessional. First impressions matter, and his attitude makes the company look bad. However, the doctors I work with and the in-office personnel are absolutely amazing—I give them five stars! They deserve better representation on the front end.
