this office is really accommodating. you can tell there hearts are in the right place. the whole team works together. and have a real love for there field. I have special needs kidos so we can be a challenging family to work with . they are always professional, welcoming and can accommodate my crazy schedule. they get us in when we miss an appointment . and I'm thankful for all the work they do . we've had to do surgery before and they are just amazing. thank you so much guys for all the years of service.

One this about this place they are very UNprofessional . AFTER GOING HERE FOR 9 years theirs no grace Period. So DONT WASTE YOUR TIME . They expect PARENTS with children to be on time no grace periods. The desk lady & LILLY at the front desk is rude . Like she make the rules . She said no grace periods never and she don’t have a boss to report to . She said her boss is the owner LILLY AND THE FRONT DESK GIRL IS UNPROFESSIONAL . And needs to be replaced . They bill insurance monthly seen or unseen and they don’t have a grace period . They just want free money ! I’m going to switch after this treatment . U won’t get another payment . She left the front desk unattended for about a hour . So unprofessional . Again DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY WILL CONTINUE TO RESCHEDULE with no grace period But it suppose to be a children’s dentist ! Then when you leave a bad review they don't rectify the situation. They don't offer the compassion they lacked in the first scenario. No! No! Not here! They will call you and leave you a voicemail at 236pm to return by 3pm and if you don't they will be calling you at 945am the next day to harass you about how your review was incorrect despite none of the facts in my review being untrue. I was yelled at about how they offer Disabled Veterans and everyone compassion in their office and was told I need to remove my review or my kids can no longer be their patient. I find it highly entertaining that my first review changed nothing in your office you were just more rude to me. If you're looking for a good compassionate dentist that helps your anxiety ridden children, this isn't the place, they are rude, no one has the same story and when you voice that they just remove you.

Love, love, love!!!! I fully recommend!!! They treated my 2 sons & myself like family :) Ahlan is the patient :) Starting from the front desk Jackie and Lily they are super sweet they always have a smile to give & very kind not to mention Laura the Manager super sweet & kind as well. Which I can see why she has such a great team!!! I took the time to ask for there names because not every dentist or doctors office the staff is in the same page!!! I have been in places where I don’t get greeted & look at you like your in the wrong building lol No lie!!!! Maira thank you for always making my son feel welcomed you help

I’ve always had great experiences at this dentist, but after our last visit I’m not too sure I’ll be bringing my children back. Front desk and dental assistants are always kind and great to interact with, but their dental hygienist who I believe is new had no sense of bedside manner or worry for her patient’s. She talks like your child isn’t sitting right there, and seemed like she was irritated by doing her job. The dentists have been great even within the short interaction. I’ve really liked this dentist for years now, but as I said it may just be time to find another.

I’m never going to this location again. They take a month or 2 for your kids appointment date. I was late 18 minutes due, to a car accident. I show up. They tell me they can’t take me in. I called 20 minutes ahead of time telling them to understand, they said they’ll wait for me. That I had 15 mins to be late, there was a person in a bed that they were putting him in the elevator, so my daughter and I take the stairs. We get there 2 minutes over the 15 minutes they gave me to be late. I explained the situation, they refused to take my daughter. She missed school, I let them know she already missed that school day to please take her in. They rudely told me no. I’ve been taking my daughter there for 5 years. I had never been late for them to treat us that way. The staff was extremely rude and not understanding. Hopefully, people stop coming here and they replace the staff. For employees that have empathy over clients.

Only thing I hate about this place.... Front desk staff - ALWAYS late. Seems like, Every. Single. Time. But, if YOU are late, they will charge you and cancel your appointment. I have been here only twice, and both times... staff comes in late w. Food and they come in late as a group.

Front desk staff needs to do better. It's a horrible look and quite unprofessional to walk in (in front of "late" pt appointments waiting outside) with handful of mcdonalds and personal gifts. This is a business..... do better guys.

Dr. Sanders is a good dentist.

The office staff, however, are difficult to work with. Simple requests like asking for legal documents before signing are met with resistance and then denied. They told me I had to sign first and only then would they provide me a printout. When I pressed the issue because I wanted to know what I was signing, staff told me to sign or they'll cancel, which felt threatening because my kid's treatment was time sensitive. I was forced to sign a document they wouldn't show me so that my kid could get served.

Staff can't answer simple billing questions. Instead they get defensive about their outsourced, third-party billing systems. Laura and the office team have little desire to understand frustrations and instead hold tight to legally questionable processes to save face.

Ultimately, it's an unfortunate situation because the doctors are good dentists, but it is absolutely distressing to deal with their office personnel.

At first I thought I was the only one experiencing this behavior but to my surprise it’s a lot of people . I have been coming to this place for a little over 4 years. On Friday the staffed called to cancel my appointment I have been waiting for 6 months for 4 of my kids . They said because since my primary insurance is no longer good I have to contact my secondary insurance. I called my secondary insurance and said that the office has 60 days to submit the claims however once I called the office they still told me no , that I would have to pay out of pocket total of 580 for my kids appt. Fast forward today the appointment I got there 3 mins late ⏰ canceled my appointment. They couldn’t see me because I was late . And as soon as you walk in the office . There’s a sign in English and Spanish. Do to bring short staffed if you are late we will cancel your appointment. I didn’t think this would be the case . But sure enough told me I wouldn’t be seen . To reschedule it would be 3 months before my kids could be seen . The staff is rude. They are not professional. No wonder they are understaffed. Also I wanted to get my kids records to get them into a other office they charge $5 per child . These ladies that work there just come to collect a check . What’s worse is my kids are now old enough to see what’s going on and they were absolutely heartbroken

Another place that can't offer compassion to a mom and her kid being 15 minutes late when I called and told them I'd be late. I arrived at 715, 15 minutes late, and was told we need to reschedule over a month later for my daughter to get the tooth hurting her pulled out. I will now have to bring all 4 of my kids and 2 miss school again. Why make a single mom, disabled Veteran, on a fixed income have to drive over to the office on the off chance I had a sitter for 3/4 of my kids if you weren't going to do what you said or have any compassion for my kids or family when we did arrive?

My little one and I had an amazing experience after visiting Sunrise Children’s Dentistry .

I took my eight year old child to her much needed dental appointment. When arriving to the facility, we were greeted with a big warm smile . I could not avoid noticing the cleanliness of the reception and the placed barriers in order to avoid contamination during these tough times of Covid-19 . The barriers definitely made me feel safe knowing that the office staff cared about all of our safety . Soon after my child was called with almost no waiting time , we were greeted by a very happy dental assistant by the name of Danny , he explained in detail to my little one step by step of what to expect , that just helped my little one and I feel completely at ease . My daughter loved the fact that they had sealing televisions while getting her dental services and I loved the fact the I had a beautiful scenery of The city of las Vegas right out there window . I was also delighted that I was able to stay in the room at all times with my little one . We met Dr. Sanders and he was very informative , gentle and kind . I found a new dentist for my children , I am static and I fully recommend there services . Thanks to the dentist and staff .

Sunrise children’s dentistry is by far the best little people’s dentist. 🦷

I was sent here on a referral because my son had a molar cracked all the way to his gums that was causing an infection. They ignored the urgent part and scheduled me three weeks out. I show up and they said they can only do x-rays because he is a new patient, but they will get him in asap for the extraction. The first cancelation they had I confirmed, which was a week later. I was told 1045 so I get there at 1050, they said "your appointment was at 1030." I explained that their office told me the wrong time, which they ignored, and said the next available appointment is 2 months away. Meanwhile my son is crying from the pain in his mouth and they don't care at all. Horrible staff, horrible place.

The front office staff obviously doesn’t know how to book an appointment. They send you a text message telling you your appointments at 11:30 they fill out all your paperwork saying your appointments at 11:30 then when you show up at 11:30 they tell you your appointment was at 11 and you will not be seen. My son has had a problem with his tooth for over four months now and we waited for this appointment to be told that he won’t be seen when there was no error on our part at all. I even showed them the text message for the confirmation of the appointment that their system sent me and they said their system must’ve had a problem but that’s not their fault. I talk to someone a week ago to verify the appointment time and she says when she called me yesterday she said 11. The dentist that works there is amazing and if it wasn’t for him I would leave the office completely. It is very inconsiderate that I had to take a day off of work and lose over $300 to bring my son to the dentist to not even be seen. I can definitely see how much they care about their patients.

The Dr. Is great, But the staff is rude, pushy and will no listen to reason. I was told, “I assumed that you’d be the one bringing him.” I had to leave work because the staff assumed. The supervisor and front desk clerk work side by side, and just repeated one another and offered no additional help. If it was not for them being attached to the Hospital, and a referral I would never bring my child here.

This place is horrible my daughter's braces keep breaking the two people who do the work all they do is talk about street life while they're at work they keep putting metal caps silver caps in my son's mouth I told them to stop they swell up and start bleeding then they will not accept you without an appointment my son's tooth was swollen and bleeding and they sent me away do not go here go to a dentist that cares .non-nexperienced workers here.

This was my daughter's first time here she is 1, and the staff made us feel very comfortable. The girl at the front desk ,Ale, was nice, polite, and very thorough. I appreciated all the questions so they could help my daughter as best as they can. We were later called back by Daniel, the assistant, and we attempted to get x-rays. He was so patient and sweet with my daughter when she was not cooperating at all.
We were seen by Dr. Owen Sanders . He was also nice and very patient with my daughter as well. You can tell he knows what he is doing. Definitely recommend this office to all.
