Okay, listen up everybody! We have been living in Henderson for about 6 years now and this is our 3rd Dentist. We finally found a Dentist that does not try to pressure you in to trying to get more work done on your teeth than what is needed. Dr. Ronnie is awesome and Evelyn is the best! It's a little far from our house but it is totally worth the drive. I would highly recommend them to anybody who feels they are being pressured into to having unnecessary work done. Consider yourself lucky to have found them!

I hear people complaining about the customer service at doctors offices so often, and most of the time it’s 100% accurate. Here at Sunrise Mountain they have the most incredible staff! You can tell that the front desk worker absolutely loves her job and loves people. She’s always smiling and friendly and so helpful. The dentist was fantastic. I just love their staff. I got Invisalign here a few years ago as well and that was a good experience. I highly recommend this place whenever someone asks!

I just met my new Dentist, Dr. Ronnie. He was super friendly and gave me a lot of pointers on how to keep my teeth healthy, since I am a grinder. Some of my previous dental cleanings hurt. Dr. Ronnie did a great job cleaning my teeth and the assistant was super friendly and helpful too. They worked well together. I hope he stays with the company a long time!!!

I have a lot of dental anxiety after a previous dental office left me in pain and charged me for work that wasn’t actually done, so I was extremely nervous walking into Sunrise Mountain Dental. But my experience here has been completely different in the best way.

From the moment I sat in the chair, they were so kind and patient. My second appointment I mentioned I was cold and they brought me a blanket. They checked on me when I was shaking a little, explained everything they were doing, and never once made me feel embarrassed about being anxious. The whole team truly goes out of their way to make you feel safe and comfortable.

Reception is also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I’m genuinely relieved to have found a dental office that cares about their patients this much. Highly recommend.

As soon as I walked in to the office, Evelyn is there to greet me with a big hello and tells me I will be seen shortly. It took less than 5 minutes to wait before I was led into the room to see Dr. Ronnie. I had a small filling done and then a teeth cleaning. The whole process took about 40 minutes and then they set up my next appointment and I was on my way. The entire staff is so awesome and Dr. Ronnie knows how to take care of business. I highly recommend this dental office if you're looking to visit a dentist soon or even switching from one you're not happy with any more.

These best dental office I have ever been too. I am always happy to go in and get work done because the staff is always kind and understanding. They always explain in detail everything. They work with u on dates and times for appointments and understand that life stuff comes up and they do a really great job accommodating reasonable requests. Not so happy with today's service. You have a sign saying you will penalize us if we are 7 minutes late but you were 16 + minutes late to calling Ray for his appointment. So Ray canceled his appointment. He will give you one more try to do the right thing. If the next appointment is as bad as today he will be looking for a new Dentist

Have been coming here since I’ve moved to Las Vegas/ Henderson area and they are lovely. Incredibly patient staff members and a dentist who explains what they’re doing! The dentist takes her time explaining her practice and informs you on dental procedures, no beating around the bush. I consider myself more sensitive of a patient, I’m shy and don’t enjoy getting my mouth worked on very much but this place is very accommodating and even offers laughing gas. I recommend this to place anyone who is in fear of the dentist, they will treat you kindly with patience.

I would recommend this practice to everyone, in fact, the staff here actually makes visiting a dentist a positive experience. I tried their 49 dollar introductory exam and received comprehensive x-rays, a thorough cleaning and examination by a dentist. The staff did not pressure me into signing up for additional care. Visited Sunrise Mountain Dental today for my 6 month checkup. There is a new Dentist, Dr. Lupe Gutierrez on staff, as the previous one moved to Seattle. Dr. Gutierrez is a pleasant and welcoming addition to the Practice. Anna, his dental assistant, along with support staff Evelyn and Sarah, are very efficient and sweet as well. I don't enjoy going to the dentist, (who does?) but this staff of professional, thorough and cordial members helped to make my visit go smoothly. The Practice has special dental plans for those with no dental insurance - very fair. The office is bright, modern and clean. They are conveniently located at 256 E. Lake Mead Parkway in the Walmart shopping Plaza in Henderson. If you are looking for a local dental/orthodontic office, look no further than Sunrise Mountain Dental and Orthodontics! I went for a second opinion on a tooth that allegedly needed a crown. The Dr. examined, took an X-ray and reassured me that nothing was wrong. No treatment was necessary! I've been with sunrise mountain now about 2 years, and recently decided it was time to bite the bullet and get some crowns and a bridge replaced. I greatly appreciate the discount they give to those of us without dental insurance, and love all their hi-tech equipment! They can take photos of your teeth so you see exactly what is needing to be done, and then have an amazing machine that images your mouth for crowns and bridges so they return perfectly made! I love the dentist and all the staff. While dental work is never fun, they make it as painless as possible!

My husband recommended this office and he was very happy with everyone. I on the other hand, procrastinated seeing a dentist. But when I chipped my front tooth, they were able to accommodate me right away with my emergency. I was really due for a check up and made appointments for follow up. I have concerns and questions answered. I had a second emergency and again, they were able to squeeze me in and keep them posted if I get worse. Everyone is there to help whatever your need requires. The entire staff is warm and friendly. The office is welcoming and very unique. If you love movies, you’ll love this office (too bad I can’t have popcorn) I have never been to one quite like it. I would like to send them a bill for my time. After doing everything I could to get away from a turbulent work schedule and appointments that went long, I flew across town and walked in the door at 2:08pm. My appointment was at 2pm. Yes, I was late. I filled out the paperwork, and at 2:12pm, they told me I'd have to reschedule because I was more than 7 minutes late. I never imagined a dental practice would turn away a patient for being 8 minutes late. I was the only person in the waiting room. I'd like them to reimburse me for the fuel it took to drive an hour there and back and the time out of my work day. If I were another patient, I would gladly wait the extra couple of minutes for someone who is doing their best with a busy day. People have real lives.

I came to this location late march to get a scan for Invisalign and to get my cleaning scheduled. I started my Invisalign in April. All of the staff has been super helpful and kind when I’ve gone in.

Evelyn has been there every time I’ve gone in for an appointment. She is the sweetest. There’s not a time we don’t laugh when I’m at the front desk. She is a great person to have up at the front desk to welcome all the customers. She’s always smiling and always has a good attitude. The very first time I went in there I was nervous and had anxiety but Evelyn and Dr. Anderson helped calm that with the way there personality’s are, and how sweet they are.

Dr. Anderson is my orthodontist. Since day one of getting my Invisalign scans she has acted like she’s known me forever. She makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. She’s always the sweetest when I go in for my ortho appointments. Her assistant May is just as sweet. They both make you feel very welcomed and super comfortable. They are both super helpful if you have any questions. There’s not a single day I have felt nervous going here.

Dr. Sangroy and his assistant Alicia did my cleaning today. Dr. Sangroy has done 2 of my cleanings so far. Whenever it is time for a cleaning I always get anxiety. They both act like they know you personally and ask questions about your day and how you r been etc. They both made me feel comfortable and I was in and out. Alicia and I bonded our dogs. It’s hard to have conversations while you are at the dentist seeing how they are working in your mouth but they always find a way to make conversation to see how you are doing and make you feel comfortable.

I definitely would recommend this place to friends and family. All of the staff here are super caring and super professional. I love going here!

I found this office because they accepted my insurance Tricare and the reviews looked good. I am so glad I came here! The staff is amazing and Dr. Liu really took her time to explain what I needed and why it was needed. It ended up being more affordable than the quote I got at my previous office. Bonus! Playing the video games in the kids area was fun while I was in the waiting area. They also have TVs for you to watch while getting your work done. I really really wanted to love this place. I am a new patient and was extremely happy when I was able to book an appointment for Monday, since it is my only day off. I work swing shifts, so an early appointment is always difficult, but I wanted to see how great this office was so the time didn't matter. I drove 40 minutes just to have the receptionist tell me that their X-Ray machines were not working and that I would have to reschedule in order to get any fillings (which was the main purpose for my visit that day). The receptionist stated that she tried calling to reschedule and left a voicemail, but that was untrue. I only received a call to confirm my appointment. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with this office. So much in fact, that I went ahead and cancelled my Orthodontic appointment with them as well. I will not be coming back to this location.

Through the internet search I like what I saw about Sunrise Mountain Dental and went there. The office is very spacious, bright and clean and the equipment is very up to dates. The absolute best!
I had to come in for a root canal. It should be known that I suffer from a panic disorder linked with agoraphobia. For me, this means that when I leave my house, I tend to have symptoms that mimic that of a heart attack. It's extremely frightening and makes it difficult to leave. Sometimes they happen, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they happen for no reason, sometimes I can tell what triggered it. Over the past year, with medication and therapy, I'm able to travel about 15 minutes from my home with minimal to no issues.
This office isn't far from my home, so I was able to make it there just fine.
Worried that a panic episode would occur while in the chair, the dentist and staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable and when I started to feel anxious, they would give me a break and do breathing exercises with me.
They were all very patient and understanding. The work they did was great, they were quick, personable, and professional. I am not a fan of the dentist and put off dental work because of that, but I don't think that'll be an issue anymore with this office. I'm going to take my whole family in.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Dr. Abdallah and Evelyn made us feel so right at home from the moment we walked in. Then when my daughter's braces were put on, Mae was a doll! So attentive and gentle. Love the staff. My dentist literally saved my life, I went in to get a tooth pulled and she told me she couldn't do the extraction until I went to the doctor and make sure my blood levels were right. As it turns out I am severely anemic. Now get iron infusions which have changed my life.
She did pull that tooth and every other tooth in my mouth. Again, giving me a new lease on life with these new teeth.

I wish I had before pictures to show how much Dr. Liu really worked on my teeth today. I had serious rotting on my two front teeth and she fixed them and I swear I was going to cry right there! This office is super caring. I could tell I was in humble and caring hands when i walked in, no judgement, just quality customer service and great personalities. The receptionist seemed to know absolutely every patient on a personal first name basis . Dr. Liu did not once make me feel ashamed of the state my teeth were in. No "you're bleeding because you dont floss" standard dentist talk. It was "your teeth do need some work, and we're here to achieve that for you" type of atmosphere. They are VERY flexible, my appointment today was just supposed to be a new patient exam, cleaning, xrays, standard stuff. But they squeezed me in right then and there to get my biggest insecurity fixed! I'm so excited to continue having my work done here I cannot imagine how great my dream smile is going to look! If you are doubting this place - DONT! They got you covered and only want the best for their patients!

My daughter has dental anxiety and woke up with a tooth emergency! I was frantically looking for a dentist to help. My dad reminded me of Dr. Liu and how amazing she was when he had to have a tooth extracted (he too has dental anxiety). They were not open and I was in a panic so I sent an email on their website for a tooth emergency and waited until they opened. I was so relieved when I walked in with my daughter to see a clean office with two ladies smiling behind the front desk, it was like they knew who we were. My daughter was seen right away and with such calm and gentle care from each person she encountered! I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dr. Liu and her staffs expert and warm care ! The assistant held my daughters hand and spoke calmly to her as she lay back to receive the numbing shot while I stood a few feet away watching (a nervous wreck). Thank you so much for all you do you truly are making a difference!

In the beginning, I hesitated to schedule an appt because the office is new but decided to try it out since the place is convenient for me. Would not recommend anyone to wast time here they get you all the way to telling you what u need but then schedule u two weeks(find a excuse like plaque build up etc)out to talk about the financial the whole point of sitting there for almost 2hrs is you can go over everything so ppl know what the payments are going to be not wait two weeks cause you think people are not A.can’t afford it. Or B.lazy or w.e ur thoughts are. Also the doc unsure what the patient needs done it could be this or it could not u might need this or that just wait and see and drag ppl out and make them pay for things they don’t need done. Then the whole fakeness the workers have there to con ppl in sad sorry to say there’s more places u can go to its Vegas. Just beware of going here wast of time.

We use sunrise for all of our dental needs. The team and the staff are exceptional and very friendly. The staff is very professional, and yet they also make us feel like family. Every time we go in, Evelyn and I have much to talk and laugh about. She has a wonderful personality. The doctor is also very professional and just really down to earth and is a comfort to be around. He handles himself professionally, and is also very personable. We have never had a problem with any of his work. He has gone as far as to change the music in the office for me to 90s rock so that I could feel at peace while he did my fillings. I always forget the name of the dental assistant, but I love to refer to her as Princess Jasmine because she is sweet and beautiful and looks just like the Disney princess.
Overall, this company deserves five stars cause they are just so good to my family. It took us a while to find a dentist that we loved, but Sunrise dental earns my family’s loyalty.
