While the physical facility is more utilitarian than fancy, the facility is more than adequate. The operating room was sparkling as was the rest of the facility. The people made this surgery truly a five star experience .

The front desk, Jenn and Cristal, were efficient, professional and very pleasant. Janie handled my preoperative preparation. She was very pleasant and did everything, successfully, to make the preop prep very comfortable. While I briefly met Phoebe and Katy I felt they had my care primary. Josephine in the recovery room was great.

My doctor and the anesthesiologist both were at the facility on time. I arrived at 6 am, was in preop at 6:15 am and was home by 9 am.

I felt all of the people at the surgery center, my doctor and the anesthesiologist were concerned solely with my care.

I had MCP (Thumb) surgery on 8/15. This is only the 2nd surgery I've had in my life and the 1st time using a surgical center. I don't think anyone goes into surgery without some anxiety. The center itself felt cozy and boutique like ( at least in the waiting room). Every single person who took care of me was absolutely wonderful and caring. Shoutout to Heather, who got me ready for surgery, Jo and Marcos who wheeled me in and assisted in the operating room and Amber who took great care of me in recovery. I met Dr Jones, the Anesthesiologist pre surgery. He had a very calming demeanor which really gave me confidence about that part of surgery. When I went back to my surgeon, Dr Jones, (yes, 2 Dr Jones in 1 surgery!), I let him know what a wonderful surgical experience it turned out to be. Of course both Dr Jones were the most important people in the surgery, but they know there are extremely caring and competent nurses taking care of their patients after their job is done. Thank you for all that took of me!

I just want to say THANK YOU to the amazing team at Sunset Ridge. I came in this morning absolutely sobbing and filled with anxiety — I mean, who really enjoys the thought of surgery, right? But from the moment I walked in, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. Everyone was kind, patient, and so reassuring.

I was especially nervous about anesthesia and being put to sleep, but honestly… it felt like I was Sleeping Beauty. Before I knew it, it was over! The whole procedure was quick and smooth, and I felt so cared for the entire time.

Thank you, Sunset Ridge, for turning such a scary day into something peaceful. You truly put my anxiety at ease, and I’m so grateful. 💛

From the moment I arrived until I went home was nothing short of amazing. The front desk, nurses and doctors were so friendly and kind. My surgery went smoothly and my recovery time was great. This is the best experience I have ever had at a surgical center and I’m grateful for being in such wonderful hands of these skilled professionals.

No one likes to have surgery but it could not be a more pleasant place to have it.
From the time you arrive they make you feel welcome. They are very interested in making sure you are comfortable.
Heather the nurse was compassionate and warm and very caring. She gave an IV that was virtually identical unnoticeable. Jeremiah was also very concerned about comfort making sure warm blankets are placed on you prior to going to surgery.
In a time when customer service not what it should be it’s important to recognize facilities and people who go the extra mile to make sure you are taking care of.
There was another individual who placed the compression stockings and EkG that was also incredibly polite and helpful. A shout out to him as well.
I would recommend this facility for surgery without hesitation.

I am 51 years old and had experienced my very first surgery here! WOW!! If this is what surgery is about, then I will surely always get any future surgeries HERE! My experience from start to finish, beyond EXCEEDED my expectations!! Cristal at the front desk was polite and friendly and gave me a feeling of comfort.
Amber and Christian( pre operative staff) had the most amazing bedside manner you could ever imagine. They communicated with me every step of the way, telling me what they were doing and asking if I was comfortable and answered any questions I had along the way!! They laughed at my "nervous" jokes and talked to me like I was more than just a patient.
To be honest with you, I do not remember my procedure staff,( thanks to the relaxing drugs) Katie and Diana, but after my surgery, I did not have much bruising by my incision, so I know that they you must have taken special care of me!
Finally, a HUGE thank you to Heather who assisted me in the recovery room with dressing and making sure I was recovering well enough to go home!
The entire team was professional, courteous, polite, and very personable! This is definitely a place you want to go for surgery... 10 stars!!

Recently had surgery here, and as I am a retired surgeon from California, I can tell the staff here are very well trained and sincerely want to make your experience pleasant and pain free. Thank you to Jamie and Christian in Pre-op. And Neisha in Recovery. Jeremiah, Neisha said you took care of me in the OR, but honestly I do not remember even seeing the OR. Let's credit great anesthesia on that! You all have a first class operation going.

The surgeon, that happens to own this center was in my NETWORK, however, the surgery center is NOT IN MY NETWORK. Oh, now after a $5,000 deductible & $2,000 co-insurance and the $2200 they took from me before the surgery...they want another $13,000. This is not right. In the process of fighting this.

Although I had a successful surgery, my experience here was not the best. One of the nurses was extremely overweight and it effected her work. When putting the IV in, her uncontrollable heavy breathing / shaky hands lead to a pretty gruesome bloodbath. She also in-efficiently put the IV in my left arm which was the arm that was being OPERATED on. (BIG NO NO) After coming back to consciousness, both nurses rushed me out of there.
