I can’t thank these amazing professionals enough for taking such great care of me. I have a lot of anxiety that’s driven from previous horrifying experiences with dentist in the past. The dentist took the time to listen to me and we set up a care plan where I take medication before coming in for the deep cleaning. My dental hygienist is literally my new hero. He was gentle and kind and knew exactly what he was doing. Because they took the time to listen to me and took such great care of me I’m able to not have such fear of the dentist. the stars are for the location, good parking and few friendly faces. However, I will not be back. I was an established patient with this office for a little over a year and each visit was a timeshare presentation in which they try to sell me via fear on additional procedures and add ons not covered by insurance. If you don’t mind fake smiles and sales tactics this is a lovely place to get your teeth cleaned. 😅

They also transparent about the teeth they are watching, possible future dental work, insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses. There are rarely surprises. Dr Cong is great & so was the assistant who helped me. The conversations were great with folks in front office as well. I’m glad I came here for a second opinion because she wasn’t trying to do any unnecessary work. The best dentists I've had. My wife and I have been patients for several years. These professionals have had top training and approach the practice very professionally. It must be a good place to work because the turnover is almost non-existent and the staff is very friendly and caring. The Doctors listen to the patients, provide excellent feed back, and explain procedures clearly, professionally with all options. At other practices I felt they were always trying to up sell. Dr. Smith is an absolutely amazing dentist and my son and I have seen her for many years. Unfortunately, since she sold the practice, this is not the great place it once was.
First, my son had an appointment and their office called to confirm and asked if it would be okay if he saw the other dentist Candy Cong at his appointment. He had seen her before and wanted to only see Dr. Smith moving forward. He was at work so I called back and rescheduled it for the next day with Dr. Smith. It was a huge inconvenience because he doesn’t drive and I had to drive all the way across the valley to pick him up for this appointment because it was a day of the week he doesn’t work from home (the original appointment was a day we both work from home). However, after his appointment he told me that they had him see Candy Cong and didn’t even tell him in advance or explain why. Not okay.
I have been seeing Dr. Smith for YEARS and have had implants, crowns, purchased mouth guards, all kinds of things. The new policy is that you have to pay ½ upfront to order a mouth guard. Not a nice way to treat long time patients. The prices have also gone up a LOT.
There is a lack of professionalism. The lady that calls to confirm the appointments has a real problem with interrupting you in the middle of a sentence. She actually had the wrong patient pulled up when I called because she cut me off while I was speaking and did it to me at checkout of my own appointment as well.
Lastly, the last assistant to take me back kept saying “Hey beautiful” to me which I don’t really think is professional. It is a whole different vibe and not a good one. Save that kind of talk for the salon.
We will see Dr. Smith because she is the most talented, kind, and funny dentist we’ve ever had, but if she leaves, we will definitely not continue to use this office.

This is the first time this happened after years of being in their care. Waited about 30 mins to be checked out! In the past, you go up to the counter and you are out in 5 mins or less. In addition had to spend another 15 mins or so to listen to the the wrong treatment process that had to be confirmed with Dr. Smith.

They took care of somebody behind me.

On the other hand Dr. Smith and Lewel (I hope I got his name correctly) are amazing. The very nice lady who took x-rays and did the prep was amazing
