I just needed a one time checkup, and because my plan is void at end of month and they could not bill the insurance multiple visits, they denied me a appt. If insurance isn't a scam I don't know what is. Physical therapy maybe, but caring for patients is an no go if they can yank thousands out from insurance.

I have been to physical therapy in the past on three different occasions. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. After recently falling and breaking my shoulder, I required physical therapy again and found Synergy Physical Therapy. They were also friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job, but the quality of their care rose above any of my past experiences. Their front desk staff really cared about my experience, and Scott and his team took such good care of me and my shoulder that I actually looked forward to going to each appointment instead of dreading the experience. They were all upbeat and positive, and they seemed like they really enjoyed helping me and others to get better, not just there to do a job. Kathy Cooke here. I can’t say enough about how wonderful and caring the entire staff is. My physical therapist is Celine and she is outstanding! I had back surgery four years ago and the surgeon was conservative, which is probably why I needed another surgery recently. I feel I am recovering from this one much more quickly as a result of the PT I had at Synergy—and, yes, I will resume my PT with them as soon as I am cleared by my surgeon. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
