It started out as a not so great experience. My glasses were lost by Target Optical’s shipping service. The store manager went above and beyond to make things right. Marven Nicolas apologized for my missing glasses which I really needed for work. Then he told me that I could choose any frames in the store (except the AI frames). Marven helped me choose my new frames and expedited the shipping to and from the lab for me. Although my original glasses must still be MIA, that’s okay, the glasses I have work perfectly and are of excellent quality. Thank you Marven and Target Optical for making things right in such a kind and customer friendly manner.

This shop billed my insurance without my consent even though I did not proceed with any services or purchases. No products were received and no authorization was given, yet a claim was still submitted under my name.

This is extremely unprofessional and concerning. I now have to dispute charges that should never have existed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and closely monitor their insurance claims.
I will not be returning and will be escalating this matter further

Recently had to get new glasses and was struggling to find an affordable option with frames that I actually liked wearing. Honestly, I had low expectations of Target, I didn't even know they had an optical center until this past month.

They had a pretty good selection of frames, some fun colors, styles, and a good selection at an affordable price. The tech helped me select frames that worked for my style, and that would work for my crazy prescription lenses. They helped verify my insurance options and even offered additional information of pricing options.

The only part that I found frustrating was that I never got the communication that my glasses were ready. It is a possibility of my missing it, but I never had a call,text, email that I can recall for notifications. They were very polite when I reached out and arranged to pick up my glasses.

I didn’t actual buy anything at this Target Optical but I did experience top quality customer service from Kathy and her colleague who worked in the AM on Saturday 22nd September. They helped me with two issues I had that had nothing to do with Target Optical which I really appreciated. They were welcoming, friendly and so helpful. Thank you again both. Two issues they helped solve are below.

First her colleague physically walked me to the other optician that has their office just inside Target as I mistakenly went to Target Optical and missed the other optician’s entrance.

Then after the other optician mistakenly gave me the wrong contact len prescription and I only realized it 2 hours later and came back to get them changed. I found the other optician had closed early for the day (even though they should still have been open). So Kathy from Target Optical went out of her way to help me get the right prescription lens after I went back to Target Optical to see if they could help!

They did not have to do either of these things as they were linked to the other opticians.

I Brought my husband's Rayban sunglasses to Target Optical for repairs. I had no idea Rayban owned them and they do free repairs to any Ray-Ban sunglasses. I went to get new contacts at this location. It’s my first time trying them out.
I get there and they are running late.
I get it, it happens but I would have appreciated a text, call, or email before driving to the location. I didn’t get anything until I got there for my appointment.
This was the only day I was available to get this done.
Now, I’m scrambling to find a different location. 😑
