I've worn contacts since I was 17 (I'm 52 now), and this was my first exam with this office since my longtime provider closed. The exam didn't follow the process I've always experienced — normally you're checked with your current contacts in first to establish a baseline before any change is made. Instead, they had me remove my lenses before any evaluation, and wrote a new prescription from there. They also didn't have 30-day lenses in stock for that prescription, so I was given a single pair of daily lenses to trial — not much of a chance to properly evaluate a new prescription. The next day, doing computer work, I had to grab my reading glasses to see my screen, which has never happened to me. I put my old contacts back in and my vision returned to normal. I came back in, and your office re-examined me and confirmed my old prescription was correct, writing a new prescription that matches it — so they acknowledged their original exam was wrong. Despite that, and despite being able to simply order replacement lenses in the correct prescription and brand and absorb that cost as a business, they chose not to. Instead they offered a $50/box clear lens brand instead of the $150/box colored lenses I paid for, and said because I purchased through Costco, "there's nothing they can do" — even though the error was entirely on the exam side and the fix was fully within their ability to provide.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DESIGNER! I purchased Chanel frames from here and they are all defective! I tried over and over again to be refunded and they just kept ordering me new Chanel. All the Chanel frames have an arm higher than the other side so they are crooked on your face. They are so unprofessional, they act like they need your money to keep their lights on. Their staff absolutely is not educated enough to be working in a optometrist office. It seriously feels like you’re arguing with a dam nail salon on how terrible they do business. They wouldnt even return my vision benefits so I can elsewhere and get real professional service. They burned my lenses in their heater to try and fix the crooked first Chanel pair. Acted like it was my fault they burned them and then used my warranty to order another pair. They also tried selling me a USED Chanel pair from their sales floor that was visibly worn with scratches and faded lettering. Its just absolutely disgusting how these people are. Now i have Chanel I cant even wear and Im out $440. This place SUCKS.

At first everyone is so professional. That 2years ago . But today I have an appointment for 4pm but the lady said it’s 1:30pm . Yesterday I walk in for check up 3:30 pm they said they schedule is full . Today they schedule me 4pm but still is full they last scheduled is 4pm . I wonder why they changed my appointment without informing me or text me . It’s a waste of time to come . . I come to this branch because is so convenient closer to my place . I had such an amazing experience at this eye doctor’s office! I came in for a contact lens visit, and Yvette, Sayra, and Priscilla were absolutely incredible. They were so patient and kind while teaching me how to put my contacts in for the first time — they made what I thought would be a stressful process super easy and comfortable.

They explained everything step by step, encouraged me the whole way, and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for taking my time. You can really tell they care about their patients and love what they do!

The experience was okay overall, but the staff seemed unprofessional. They were mostly talking and gossiping instead of helping patients. The only person who actually did her job was the doctor. She seemed a bit upset or annoyed, but she completed my eye exam professionally.

After my exam, the doctor handed my paperwork to the staff, but none of them did anything with it. There were three people still there, and about six when I first arrived, yet no one helped me or even seemed to care. I eventually just left because no one offered any assistance until I was already walking out.

That is why I am giving this place 3 stars. The doctor was good, but the staff really need to be more attentive and professional.

My first visit here I felt welcomed and they seemed very excited to help me unfortunately when there was an issue the service changed. I was concerned about my prescription when I explained why the only question I was asked was what location I visited then I was transferred to an answering machine, that was about a week ago there hasn’t been a call back. I do wish the staff was more helpful as I still haven’t gotten any assistance and with so many other offices that do eye exams the service should be top tier.

Man I have to say I have received some the best of customer care / service that I have gotten in a long time Prisila is such a kind and caring person and wants to be certain that the customer (me) is treated with due care and respect and that the customer is fully satisfied. I’m sorry this place has done me so wrong I bought 2 pairs of glasses I still can’t see or read anything I have told them my other glasses got stolen the shade 1s and they don’t even care all my money went to waste never again I can go on but I’m to upset my sons glasses were off balance nothing

Every step of the way the technicians and doctors here are focused on customer needs first. My glasses broke in a recent trip, and when I brought them in, I assumed they’d be sent out to get fixed. I thought it would be expensive, but no. They had me back out the door in minutes with a smile on my face!

Its the best experience I ever
had. I would and will recommend them to anyone on Rain Bow. I went in on Tuesday 6-21-24 and 6-27-24
they phoned and text me glasses were ready. I picked
them up today 6-28-24. I'm very happy with them. Everything was great and needed no adjustment.

This Optometrist is a one stop shop! I got my first 2 pairs of eyeglasses here, and I can't sat enough about them♡ Great all around experience. Love their Modern Contemprary style office. They offer all your Designer brands, but I personally liked their other contracted styles better? I got a discount on these 2 pairs, one Computer/single vision & the other progressives. I was a new patient they set appt
for 9am & said to be there at 830am.
No less than 5 texts & calls confirming that! I get there at 830am on the door it says open at 9AM & door is locked. Finally at about 845am I see cleaning lady so I go up to door around 850am & am told 5 more minutes. Onxe inside they insist no staff member would do that. No apology until Iam in car leaving then they call. Offered an apology & a free service. We will see how it goes when glasses come in.

Very friendly staff from the moment I walked in to my appointment and out! Yessenia was very sweet and helpful! She explained everything step by step on how my insurance worked with the glasses. The doctors here are amazing they really do take the time to make sure the testing is to your fit. Would very much recommend 😊
