I like the business model of The Joint. You prepay for visits, then just walk in and get adjusted on a first-come first-serve basis. The thing is, with that system, you would expect them to move ’em in/move ‘em out and rely on volume for profit… you would be mistaken.

Dr. Steng remembered me from my first visit and is genuinely concerned about my ongoing skeletal health. He asks questions, listens and we discuss how to address the issues.

When applying his treatment, he is still communicative, caring and gentle.

Okay, to start I will advise you that I have suffered from serious lumbar degeneration and cervical degeneration for at least 35 years. I have gone to at least 10 different Chiropractic doctors over those years, due to either me moving or them retiring. Once I find a good one, I stay loyal. My wife and I are new to Las Vegas and I have had two adjustments so far by Doctor Streng. Both times my spinal issues had reached a point of considerable pain, making it very difficult for me to get up from a seated position and to walk straight. Today just like my last visit, Doctor Streng took the time to inquire as to what my issues were and what I had been doing different that may have caused these issues. He addressed the issue by manipulative treatment and now five hours later, I am feeling considerable relief, which is a very fast response for me. I am sure that by tomorrow I will feel even better. I am very happy with Doctor Streng's methods of treatment and I intend on going to him for any future needed treatment, which I know will happen due to my spinal issues. An added note: The office attendant (I forget her name!), has been very pleasant and helpful both times I have been there. She keeps me up to date on how many pre-paid visits I still have, which is very helpful. She and Doctor Streng make you feel like they value your business and care for your wellness.

I’m so grateful I walked in and met Dr. Streng. I had a pretty gnarly wipeout while snowboarding that left my whole body tensed up, and I may have even fractured my tailbone. I was in a lot of pain when I came in.

Dr. Streng’s approach was incredibly gentle and strategic. He took the time to ask a lot of questions both before and after the adjustment, which made me feel really cared for and confident in what he was doing. After just one visit, my pain significantly decreased. I’m almost at zero pain now.

I also noticed I slept better that night, and my posture feels much easier to maintain. Even during my workouts the next day, I felt more balanced and nimble while stretching.

I’m truly grateful for Dr. Streng and also for the kind woman who helped get me signed up when I arrived. The whole experience was welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!

It’s the same generic routine over and over again with some of these guys they just don’t care. DO NOT GO HERE!
I went for a dislocated hip/knee in Feb. For some reason Dr. Cohen decided to "adjust" my atlas by manipulating my neck. I have a small bulge on the back of my neck now. My entire vertebrae feels like it's on fire every day including my occipital area. I constantly have headaches and migraines now. Every night I literally cry myself to sleep because my nerves hurt so much. My spine has never been the same. I would have much rather preferred to live with my hip and knee pain. Now everything hurts.

It's been almost 3 years (this coming Feb.) since my visit with "Dr." Cohen. For the first 8 or 9 months after the visit I wasn't able to walk or move without agonizing pain. This was during the pan-dem(ic) so I was working from home (thank God). I went to get some X-Rays done, and the x ray tech said that everyone has a natural curve to their spine, but mine is flat as if I've been in a car crash. They also said my collar bone and breastbone are cracked, and my floating ribs as well. I can actually hear and feel the cartilage on the floating ribs move. My ribs feel compressed and it's very difficult for me to yawn. Not being able to get a yawn in is probably the most frustrating for me. I still have a small bulge on my neck and I'm still in pain every single day of my life since the visit, but least I can move and walk now. I can no longer work out like I used to. I stretch every other day to relieve some of the pain on my neck and spine. They did get back to me and asked to come back to correct what they did, but who the hell would want to go back after all of this?
Now I remember why Cohen freaked out when I walked into the back room with my phone in my hand. He does not want you recording anything. Rightfully so, that way you can't sue. He told me his patients never come back because he's healed them. Wrong! they never come back because he's probably injured them. This isn't a sob story, it's a warning. If this man still works here, BE CAREFUL!!

So "Dr." Cohen ruined my life. My life is no longer normal and I can't function properly anymore. I live most of my days laying down with an airplane pillow on my neck and can only stand up for a limited amount of time until the pain comes back. This injury has caused me to have TIAs (mini seizures), hypotension, constant headaches, aside from the head pain that feels like fire in my brain due to the nerve damage. I cry every day and I don't want to be here anymore. Sir, this is not a review for YOU. It's for the people. So there is no need for your response because it isn't worth anything to me.

I went in today at 3:45 for my appointment at 4pm as a new patient. There were a lot of people waiting so I expected it to take time and it didn't bother me but around 4:30 Dr. N came to the receptionist and asked her how many more new patients he had and then told her to stop accepting them because it's too much for him and he can't do it. He walked back to the NEW patient he was with she looked over at me and smiled. After hearing that I didn't feel like I would get the same thorough exam or treatment as his other patients so I gave her back the check-in card and told her to cancel my appointment and left. If you don't want new patients then don't advertise a special for NEW patients and then get upset when it works and say things like that in front of an almost new patient.

I went in because I've been having a lot of sciatica pain on my left side. I chose this location because I love Dr. Brim. He is very thoughtful and goes over all of your issues so that you understand them. His adjustments really help and when you're done he tells you things to do that will help in between adjustments. He amazing. The only thing I'd change is that I'd love to do the $75 a month plan but I wish there wasn't a 6 month minimum for the plan. I wish it was just a 30 day cancelation policy. It's an amazing plan but it's hard to plan my life out for the next 6 months sometimes. So I wish I had the flexibility to place it on hold or cancel before 6 months. The office was clean, as are all of their locations, and the lady at the desk was very nice. Thank you for providing quality, affordable chiropractic care for everyone.

We came into Las Vegas on Wednesday of this week. I needed an adjustment for the low back something terribly, I had a difficult time just sitting, sleeping was very uncomfortable last night. My husband found this office which was close to where we were staying, I was kind of hesitant to go, but needed some kind of relief. I was so very much pleased with the whole office, the receptionist who was very helpful, the chiropractor was very very good, very knowledgeable, it was wonderful, I felt instant relief, the receptionist offered a plan that this clinic carries, which is nationwide, that was great news, the payments per visit are cheaper than our insurance co-pay, I recommend this nationwide known business highly.

I honestly like my first visit a year ago from Joint Chiropractic but this recent visit was not good at all. First time the doctor adjusted my back and it felt amazing, he asked me were the pain was and even took a picture of me to show where my posture was off and what adjustments he felt was necessary.I felt the difference in my posture and when I went home to activities(gym) and sleep.This time (new doctor)it felt like it was a in and out, I had an appointment. That doesn’t make me special but I would like at least a consultation.and it was not a busy line I even called 2 hours before.I wasn’t there no later than 5 minutes. The doctor didn’t adjust any of my issues and this time my pain was worse than the last time I came in.The doctor popped my neck twice and that was it, the lady at the front could see I was visibly in discomfort; I told her as well that I was still feeling heavy stiffness and pain. Ive been to a chiropractor numerous of times I never had an adjustment so non helpful to a serious back issue. I love joint chiropractic but I don’t believe I will be coming to this location anymore it felt like a waste of money and time.
