I am so happy that I found Dr. Wang & his team.
I had some questions and concerns and he took the time to listen to me and answer my questions thoroughly. He took his time and I did not feel rushed at all during my exam.
The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and welcoming as well.
The young lady that assisted me in finding my glasses was very patient and kind. I am very picky...sometimes too picky. But she was amazing while I looked around she also picked some frames out as well for me.
She told me it would be about 2 weeks & it was just about that when I got the call my glasses were ready. I am so happy and love that my double vision is getting better & it's just nice to be able to see & read things!!

I needed new lenses inserted into my eyeglass frames that i had purchased from my eye Dr in my hometown. I had read great reviews about this shop & i was not disappointed when i had Rafael help me. He inserted the new lenses at no charge & was very helpful answering all my questions. I didnt have to wait at all, & the staff was pleasant as well. I will definitely return next time i need help again!

The staff was wonderful, went in for contact exam, started getting terrible headaches and eye pain, I was prescribed 6.50 contacts. So I went back to my previous eye doctor, she was confused after my exam my prescription was 5.25, headaches were gone, Vision much better.

Cannot recommend this business enough. Totally professional and efficient from top to bottom. I had an urgent need to see an eye specialist and got in on very short notice. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me. The doctor was kind and comforting and took the time to help me understand what was going on. Medical providers can be hit or miss in this city and this is certainly one of the good ones.

We had a wonderful experience with the Vision Centers. They were extremely accommodating about scheduling due to health concerns and even planned on staying after regular business hours for our family. I would highly recommend this office for any families with special needs. I was also very impressed with Dr. Schneider's contact lense fitting. All I wanted was a little confidence with my new job...I went into this location hoping to get assistance with a nice pair of glasses and instead 3 weeks later I left with nothing.. As soon as I walked in I politely explained that the style of glasses I wanted was not on the shelf. I asked if there would be a catalog available to choose from and I was told yes. As soon as I walked to the back the lady had the BIGGEST attitude. Rolling her eyes and said rude responses to EVERYTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I honestly started to leave but I stayed because the Dr that handled my exam was pleasant and explained that's "just the way she is." I paid extra to have glasses delivered and they were not the size I wanted. Took them back to get them corrected and was basically told they cant provide what I requested and a full refund can not be processed. The lady that helped me was pleasant but I wish I had been more stern at the beginning explaining that if they can't assist with the frame then there's no need to start the appt. Instead I feel like I wasted my money and time

The center seemed nice enough, but it's very frustrating to leave work early for an appointment that's not going to happen. The center scheduled me for a 4 PM appointment, but the office was closed. 1 star because the staff was nice enough, but time is limited with young kids so the fact that they wasted mine is not appreciated!

The doctor was great and informative. The ladies who helped me with my appointment and who helped me pick out my glasses were very helpful. There was a pair of glasses that I loved but were nearly $300 dollars more than the other frames I liked and they brought the more expensive ones down to the other frames price so I could choose the frames I liked the best. They have a nice selection of name brand frames and others. The only problem I see is that it takes 2-3 weeks to get your frames back. I wish it was less time but with all the other pros I’m ok with the wait.
