Here's my opinion. Your office on horizon ridge never answers the phone. Waits are as long as forty to an hour. I'm completely frustrated with this place. I've been coming here for a long time. I saw doctor Yee. Wonderful surgeon. Now you can't even get through to making an appointment or talk to billing. Also, my last visit with doctor heller was awful. Plus I've been waiting for somebody to call me back. So I can give them a number for this bill. They give me an extension when I finally get through with the billing department.And as soon as you push the number, it hangs up. Your company has to do something about the long waits. It's darn ridiculous. You are the only doctor's office in this town. For these long long accessive waits. I hope this message gets through to the owner.Doctor timothy trainer

Despite the very busy front office, the wait time wasn’t too long and the staff were very friendly and accommodating . Dr Trainor was amazingly informative and instilled great confidence. His knowledge and him taking the time with us was exemplary. AAA+++

He was rude, loud and unprofessional! Not only did I wait an hour to be seen, he acted like I was bothering him for a 2nd opinion. He came in the room agitated and rushed. Previous doctors gave me conflicting information that I wanted clarity on. One stated surgery and the other stated I did not need surgery. After seeing 2 doctors that confirmed a fracture in my shoulder, he called them idiots. He talked down on me telling me he did not see anything like I made it up. He would not let me explain anything and kept cutting me off telling me it was my job to bring him the films and MRI because he didnt do that. And, continued to be loud, obnoxious and dismissive in the hallway when I was leaving. Totally violated my privacy. I left his office feeling embarassed and upset and went to the emergency room where they confirmed a fracture as well and gave me a referral to their ortho dept who confirmed surgery. Someone needs to put his mean self out to pasture for retirement and I will never go to this ortho office again.

I have had my right knee replaced by Dr. Lui, and my right hip replaced by Dr. Timothy Trainer at Advanced Orthopedics. My experience with both were beyond excellent and I will for sure go back for any other joints that may be in need of repair!

Had knee surgery October 2. My only question is Why and who chose Dr Ryan Whitney to do Anesthesia? Not me. Never met him before. United healthcare denied his charges costing me $5000.00 saying he was not in network. This is totally wrong! I have done everything I can do but I have no way of proving that Dr Whitney is in network as I have been told by Dr Trainor’s office.

Dr. Trainor came very highly recommended, but after two visits waiting well over an hour each time in the waiting room, then being brushed off to a P.A. The second time I politely insisted that I had made an appt for a consult with the Dr and would at least like to see him to discuss my options. He then came in rushed and agitated and told me “surgery isn’t an option because he’s currently being sued”. He went on and on about how he “tries to do right by his patients, and that it’s just not worth the risk” to his family. He said he’s “probably just going to retire soon.” He clearly had issues he was dealing with, but this was the first time I was meeting him and it was very awkward that he was unloading all of that on me. I was then handed some names of other doctors that don’t even work on knees and then rushed out the door. I just sat in my car in shock afterwards. Overall, it was a truly terrible experience.

Such an efficient office! I’ve never had such a great experience at a physicians office. I went in for my first consultation the waiting room was packed at 8:00 am, by 8:30 am the waiting room was empty, and I was getting X-rays! I wish every physicians office was like this.

Dr. Trainor at Advanced Orthopedic & Sport Medicine

I highly recommend not seeing Dr. Trainor. I drove an hour for my wife’s appointment with him, and twice we arrived on time only to spend over an hour in the waiting room. Each time, the receptionist announced that Dr. Trainor was running two hours behind schedule. Upon hearing this, other patients in the waiting room mentioned that they had experienced similar delays with this doctor in the past.

This is extremely inconvenient for people who go out of their way to seek medical attention. Dr. Trainor does not seem to manage his time well. As a result, my wife is switching to a different doctor. I 100% do not recommend Dr. Trainor.

I did not see Dr. T. Trainor directly. But, i was very satisfied with the treament recommendations of the P.A. Andrew who ordered x-rays of left knee, administered cortozone shot and had me fitted with a knee brace which provided immediate relief relief. Morover, the brace tech, Santiago(?) explained and demonstrated the use thoroughly, answered concerns, had an excellent demeanor, etc. Shoulder follow-up in process per Andrew. My. First visit with Dr. trainer and his PA got an x-ray getting an MRI and we’ll see how the shoulder will do but they did take me out of pain. They gave me a Cortizone shot which helped tremendously thank you thank you.

The wait time was minimal, I arrived at 10:45 am, my appointment was 11:15 am. Dr. Tim said that the Xrays showed that my knee was in great condition and healed completely. Dr. Tim stated that the xrays of my lower back show that my L4/L5 are sitting on top of each other, hence the pain down my lft leg.
I am so glad that Docto Andracki referred me to Doctors Timothy and Michael Trainor. They are the best orthopedist that I've been to.
