I am very satisfied with the service and care that I get from Village Medical. My doctor, Laura Addis is awesome! She is very caring and takes time to go over any medical issues that you may have. I feel that she cares and I’m just not a person for numbers. I would highly recommend Village Medical the staff is excellent also. I can’t ask for a better primary doctor.

I made a last minute appointment to go to Village Medical as I wasn’t feeling well for a couple days. My appointment was with THERESA WALKER,APRN-C and let me tell you she was wonderful. Very helpful and kind. Gave me all the time I needed and I didn’t feel rushed. She listened to me , checked my medications and gave me great advice. I felt better in no time. Thanks

If I could give zero stars I would. Wait Time is out of control the Dr takes forever to see you. A trip to this doctor will take forever. Dr Addis is a great caring doc. But very slow.

Dr. Laura Addis was excellent with any questions I had and recommended any screening based on my age. The front desk lady who works on Fridays (can't remember her name) there was very friendly and recommended the good Quest to go for labs as I'm not the best patient with this. Dr was very respectable and made the whole experience relaxing at least. You might wait a bit as she can get a bit behind but this was the only appointment I had today so five stars.

During online check in as well as when I made the appointment I was clear on the reason for visit…growth in my neck. Get to the faculty pay my copay. And find out at the office that the PA no longer sees patients with issues like mine. They had multiple opportunities to let me know this before I arrived. So now I have to wait for another appointment with a different Dr. I have a growth in my neck! And it’s getting larger. This type of behavior is irresponsible and could put people in danger by delaying treatment. If I could give negative stars I would.

BEWARE! The scheduler will you to arrive 15mins early for a 1 o'clock appointment, but they are CLOSED mon-fri from 12pm-1pm for Lunch.
I am standing outside of LOCKED clinic doors with my two year old trying to run in and out of Walgreens automatic opening doors as I type this, and I am not happy about it! I ubered here so I can't wait in the car.

Absolutely, hands down, the best medical practice I’ve been to in the Henderson area. NP Walker was just outstanding. Front desk staff and medical assistant were superb. Great experience and I have a follow-up appointment scheduled next month. I had been going to Forte Family Practice and they were just horrible. I tried Village Medical after receiving an email from Walgreens and I’m so happy I did. I can’t say enough good things about them. Theresa is now my Primary Care medical professional and I won’t be going anywhere else.

When I arrived for my appointment which was scheduled at 240pm, I was informed that it was at 2pm. The appointment was confirmed via text message. I was still seen but I didn't understand how the time was incorrect. Dr Addis was very thorough in reviewing new med list and sending in my prescriptions
I also complained that I received texts about other patients appointments. The text even included patients 1st name. This unacceptable and I believe this is violation of HIPPA laws. The text included why the patient needed to call.

I have been so fed up with healthcare, especially in this city. After being treated very poorly by yet ANOTHER doctor, I took a chance (based on reviews and the philosophy of Village Medical) and drove 25 miles each way to see Dr. Addis.

That was single-handedly the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor and clinical staff. I was not left waiting way beyond my appointment time, the front desk staff and medical assistants were very pleasant, and Dr. Addis spent an HOUR AND A HALF with me.

Dr. Addis listened to my concerns, ordered all the tests and then some, spent time finding great providers for referrals, and talked me down from a couple different ledges with her no-nonsense (yet kind) approach.

Thank you, Dr. Addis and Village Medical. As someone who works in a helping field, I know it’s important to let you know that you all have restored some of my faith.
