I would like to give VIP Primary Healthcare a 5-star review, especially for Dr. Rillo. She is an amazing, intelligent, and kind doctor who truly takes the time to listen to her patients and address all of their concerns.

What I appreciate most is her holistic approach to healthcare. She looks beyond just prescribing medication and considers other factors that can affect your health and well-being. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly in a way that is easy for the patient to understand.

Dr. Rillo is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping her patients live healthier lives. She provides guidance and support every step of the way, and I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor. Highly recommend her.

Great atmosphere, professional staff and super clean office. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kristy at the front. Medical Assistant, Daisy was gentle, kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. Dr Rillo made me feel heard and answered all my concerns/questions thoroughly with a solid treatment plan. My visit didn't feel rushed like I was just another number and left feeling confident in making the right choice in a provider.

Been going here for a little over a year. The staff are very nice (front and doctors). However, getting your prescription refill is a real pain. Every time I call, I wait on hold, don't end up getting someone, have to leave a voicemail, and don't get a call back. Then have to follow up for multiple days. Very frustrating process. Seems like they're short staffed in the front for the last few months... Update: changing to 1 star because they literally haven't called me back in over a week. So unprofessional its ridiculous

WAS ASKED AND TOLD THE MD NEEDED INHALERS.
SHE LISTEN TO MY LUNGS FROWNED . I TOLD HER. SAW NEW PCP WHO DID NOT EVEN DO THAT OTHERWISE.. I WOULD NOT OF HAD TO BE AT URGENT CARE,,
WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE..

Quite possibly the worst service and care I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Jameson is awful. Didn’t examine anything just told me it’s probably this and sent me to do a bunch of tests. Had to call 4 separate times to get my prescriptions and after a month and a half later they still got it wrong. I’d look elsewhere because I know I am.

Horrible experience . New to the state I picked VIP because of location. The NP was polite and a nice guy. I went in for SEVERE stomach pains. He ordered a specific blood test at My Quest. They said they don’t do that blood tests??? After emailing him and telling him about my failed blood test VISIT he did nothing . Literally nothing! Still in pain I HAD TO schedule to see him again which took about two weeks. Still in pain . I went to the VIP office for my second visit and waited 45 minutes beyond my scheduled time. I had enough and left . Finally after another week of nothing he emails me and says he is scheduling me to see a GI something that could have been done in the first five minutes of seeing me. No thanks. If you want quality service with the most basic sense of urgency DO NOT go here.

The NP at VIP Primary Care is excellent! She took great care with my sons check up and answered all of my questions about my sons growth and care. The office was clean and well kept and everyone in the office was friendly, prompt and professional. We are very satisfied with our new primary care team and would highly recommend it for all ages. You can tell these people really care about your health!

I visited last year with Dr Rillo with no problems. This week she was sick (totally understandable) and the substitute Andrea Mapa saw me instead. She spoke to me with her back facing me the entire time and rushed out of the room within three minutes. She then sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy after confirming the correct one. The entire time I was uncomfortable, please do not go if you are not seeing Dr Rillo!!

Changed my PCP to Dr. Rillo and I’m so happy I did. I’ve been able to get appointments quickly and they’ve helped me get an ultrasound scheduled right away. She immediately contacted me to go over the results and let me know next steps. I haven’t had any issues with referrals or medication refills. The staff at the front is super friendly as well.

New to Henderson, my husband and I were fortunate we found Dr. Rillo and her group for our primary care physician. From the very first sick appointment, Dr. Rillo identified the lingering chest cold I’d developed as something my asthma maintenance inhaler and medicine wasn’t ever going to be able to kick out on their own. She prescribed prednisone and in only two days, I began to feel significantly better. She also worked up an asthma action plan outlining how I should respond to different levels of breathing difficulty. I have it taped inside my medicine chest so I can refer to it immediately if necessary. More recently I became very ill with severe pain in my colon. Dr. Rillo ran blood work and suspected it was caused by an infection. She immediately started me on a regimen of antibiotics and after eight days, I gradually began to feel better and slowly gained my appetite and strength back. Good thing, Dr. Rillo didn’t stop there! She sent me for further tests — an x-ray and MRI scan, showing I have diverticulitis, which caused the infection. She explained very clearly what it is and how I need to avoid foods with fibers so I can give my colon a “rest”. She is also referring me to a gastrointestinal specialist for further care. Dr. Rillo has proven to be a thorough, compassionate and competent physician who I can’t thank enough for her quick and knowledgeable responses to my health issues. In addition, her group is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Rillo and her group to anyone who is looking for top notch healthcare in this town.

I moved to Henderson this year and was referred to VIP Primary Healthcare as the healthcare provider to look into. Starting with the front desk receptionist and throughout my doctor’s office visit I felt very comfortable. Dr Rillo listened to me about my concerns and my health problems. She offered her expertise in my areas of concern with solutions to benefit my overall physical and mental well-being. Dr. is unethical. She has a wellness clinic and that is her priority. Even if you have insurance but require PAs for meds she will aim for you to pay out of pocket. Get a doctor that does not have or is part of a “wellness” clinic.

I am glad I was directed to this place because the service was exceptional, Dr. Arlene Rillo was thorough, efficient, very knowledgeable and had excellent Staff, Tyler & Kristen, Very friendly environment and they will treat you like a family. The clinic was also very clean and bright and Air-condition is just enough for you to be comfortable and easy to get parking. It was the best experience I could have hoped for.

This office is beyond wonderful. If I can give this place a 10 star, I would. They staff are all personable and you will see Dr. Rillo herself. She explains everything to you and make sure you are taken cared of. I witnessed first hand where they don't turn anybody away. There was a patient who was late because something happened that was out of her control, but she needed help and they managed to see her and help her out. This is the kind of doctor I would entrust my care and that of my whole family. Tyler, Kristen, Sean and especially Dr. Rillo are phenomenal and I definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a primary care provider, 100 percent !! 🙂❤️

If I could leave a negative -100 star I would. The office is always very hot. The office manager seems to be nice but is always very passive aggressive as well as the medical assistant Kristen. I have made so many complaints about her to Tyler the office manager but does not seem to care. I needed referrals to be placed and all I received was a "Google your own doctor near you and ask if they take your insurance or call them to verify. What kind of office is this you are the doctors office you are here to help me not the other way around. They had a wonderful front desk about a month ago and she's no longer there she would go above and beyond to help me without hesitating bright smile.
