Bought four pairs of prescription glasses here in April 2025. A small gold trim piece fell out and now they don't fit. Was told it should have been glued in and if I had the piece they would glue it in for me. I said since it wasn't originally glued can you please replace the missing piece? They said no since the warranty was up I'd have to get new frames because they don't have replacement parts. I asked who the manufacturer was and didn't get an answer. A little bit of research and I find these glasses are made exclusively FOR Visionworks. But they won't replace a TINY little piece of gold plastic that keeps falling out! I won't be buying another four pairs of glasses at any Visionworks. Sometimes you only get one chance to do the right thing. Perfect pair of Chelsea Morgan prescription sunglasses that I cannot wear due to a piece that keeps falling out, a piece that I'm told was SUPPOSED to be glued in. Refusal to repair, even though they manufacturer these frames. Make it make sense!

Customer service was excellent from looking at frames (prior to exam), checking in for eye exam, eye exam, to having assistance on finding the perfect frames and figuring out what we needed with our glasses (we both bought two pairs). I'm not happy, went in there twice for adjustments, and they're still sliding off my face. I haven't had time to go in there again, but no, I'm not happy, and I wouldn't go here again, nor recommend to friends and family.
And the doctor speaks way too fast, I kept asking her to please repeat what she had said, and at one point I did tell her she spoke way too fast and I was having a hard time understanding. Not good.

I had such a disappointing experience at this location today. My partner and I came in to look at some glasses, and when my partner asked if an associate, Gabe, could see what her insurance covered (since we had come to this store after being referred by her insurance), he took none of her information and then made a sour face and said, “oh Medicaid?”… the negative connotation and assumption threw us both so off guard, we started to laugh in discomfort and said no. She gave him her ID and insurance card, and he looked up only her name just to tell her “yeah, you’re not eligible, i don’t know”. I wish i could accurately describe the look on his face, but i was so appalled at his overall unwillingness to help and looks of disgust throughout the entire interaction, i just said, “we should really be more careful how we say things,” and we left. So sad to see this kind of blatant discrimination so alive and well in 2025, and I will never be back to this location due to Gabe’s utter ignorance.

I had a great experience at this location. I came in to have a frame adjusted that hadn’t been properly fitted at a different place. I was immediately welcomed by Heather and after explaining the issue she promptly started adjusting the frame. No problem at all they came from a different place. She even offered to adjust my other pair as well. I was looking for a back up pair and I received honest advice as to which frames fit and looked good on me. The doctor was nice, the staff in the store was also professional and nice. The only two problems I had with this store are:
The people at the front desk for the doctor's office are rude.
It takes more than a half hour to reach someone to make an appointment. I tried calling again later to get my prescription information and sat on hold for 45 min. I am not sure why it would take so long for someone to pick up a phone but this process needs to be improved within their location. It took less time for the exam than it did to get someone on the phone.

As a first-time tourist visiting Las Vegas from out of town, I wasn’t sure where to go when I accidentally bent my Ray-Ban sunglasses while hiking at Red Rock Canyon. Do not go to this company. You’ll get pigeon holed into a specific ridiculously expensive brand of contacts on your Rx and won’t be able to get it changed. I paid $160 for a useless Rx and now have to pay a different company for a new one. I’ve called twice and was on hold for a total of 25 mins and the first time they hung up on me before answering the line. I’ve also emailed twice. I’ve had to wear daily contacts continuously for several days because I cannot order contacts due to having only one specific expensive brand on my Rx - this should be illegal. Total scam and worst customer service once you pay them.

Customer service is amazing!!! I went on for my son to get glasses and walked out while also getting mine done, Heather was amazing and so knowledgeable I got transitions for my son and while for myself I was indecisive for sunglasses or transitions. Well once I found out any frame I find I like can be made either regular glasses or sunglasses I bought both and they had an amazing deal going on so I was able to buy both!!
Even when the prescription was wrong visionworks made it right and got them back to me in a week.
Plus you can track your items to give you an idea when they would be ready. And when they are not only text but call and email to make sure you know they are ready. I have already had 3 of us here to do our glasses and will be coming back with the last 2.

Highly recommended! They were really kind and friendly to help you to find the affordable glasses and give you honest advice for selecting the right products. Also, optometry is right next to it so that is really convenient. Gabe was our associate and he was really nice and helpful. I am glad that we found the right shop!

From the time I called with questions, to setting up an appointment with the Dr. for an exam, to walking in the front door, to getting the protests, to see if the doctor, to picking out glasses and lenses to checking out---EVERY one of the staff members were friendly, thorough and helpful! Wow! I was impressed with the customer service I received at this store today. I left today with 3 pairs of glasses thanks to Ally and Gabe’s help! Came in to buy a new pair of glasses since my old ones were 7+ years old. I also checked out their sunglasses, since I've never owned a pair of prescription sunglasses. They had a sale for buy one and get the other 50% off, so it seemed like a perfect time to get a nice pair of shades. The workers were kind and really helpful when choosing they type of lenses and coatings. I never felt forced to buy the most expensive materials or coatings for both the glasses I chose, they just gave me their honest opinions on what would be best for my prescription. They even offered combinations that would give me the lowest total price. In addition to putting in my order of the glasses, they even offered to change the nose pads on my current pair and even made adjustments that made them more comfortable than ever. I was able to get both glasses in a week and a half, which is pretty fast for two glasses. Went in to pick them up and they took the time to make adjustments to make them the most comfortable glasses I've ever owned. Recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Above and beyond! I am literally a perfectionist, and when it came down to choosing my glasses, I spent almost 3.5 hours trying on frames and contemplating which pair is the most comfortable, best looking, and most suitable for my own face. A worker called Heather was legitimately so hospitable, and although I felt like I was being too much, her warm and friendly energy never withered away. I spent 3.5 hours asking questions, getting her opinion, asking for adjustments, etc. (which would normally get anyone frustrated or irritated to say the least), but she kept offering help in every way and gave me no negative attitude whatsoever. I felt like I was dealing with a professional that’s very passionate in this field, and that’s how I knew I was at the right place. I also found a few pairs that I liked that weren’t as comfortable as I hoped, and she took the time to make some adjustments to make sure that I’m completely satisfied. Incredible service, thorough, and well-informed. Super worth it, I’ll for sure be visiting again when needed. Thanks a ton!!

Visionworks is an approved provider through my vision insurance benefit. I got great help picking out frames and lenses and a lot of great information on the various options for lens type - thickness, what it's made of, and coatings. I wanted bifocals and learned what was available and what was covered. One week later, I just picked up my new glasses. I got a great custom fit, tips on wearing bifocals for the first time and I think they look great. Excellent, friendly staff. Nothing was pushed on me and I had plenty of time to try on lots of different frames until I found something I liked and it wasn't what I expected. I will definitely go back.
