This was my first time visiting Vivid Vision. I never had any issue from beginning to the end. It was quick and they made the process very easy, esp. for seniors. I was impressed by the staff. Dr. Doyle was very thorough. He filled out the DMV form since I have to renew my driver's license this year , 2026.
I didnt have a problem in finding the office because of the clear direction I was given.

What a wonderful business ( I hate to even call it that, because they are all so personable!). The parking is great, right in front of the office, and plenty of it. You walk in to such a clean chic environment, and greeted by the most pleasant receptionist, so adorable and helpful and very friendly. There was no wait, and everything was so neat and clean. Dr. Brian Doyle, was a rare find in a doctor…so thorough, answered all questions, leaves nothing out and you never feel rushed. Soft spoken, professional…yet down home personable, a family man and just a very nice gentleman. And can I add, he is in the perfect profession…his eyes are like the Caribbean!! Then having the assistant help you with the glasses, lens, and off to ordering them they go. Also, did I mention the selection? Something for everyone’s budget, and something to make all of us feel confident in wearing, up to some of the top designers out there. Quick results getting your glasses back, fitting them and out you go. Over all I couldn’t possibly say enough great things, plus, they are so accommodating getting you scheduled in to see the doctor, none of this…”we have something open in 3 months!” They also have a very nice selection of children’s glasses, and I think it always helps for the doctor to have children of his own, to be a good caring doctor for kids. Five star experience at this eye clinic. Firstly, greeted by the friendliest staff, Naedene. Beto was extremely helpful at navigating insurance with my benefits, booking me for an appointment & fitting me for glasses. I was in with Dr. Doyle with little to no wait & he was extremely knowledgeable & so friendly! Will be going here for my annual eye exams. Parking was so easy.

Had taken my mother in law in because she had a dark line across her eye, I wasn’t able to see anything and my mother in law was very worried.
They got her in right away.

I was immediately greeted at the door by Alberto who was very kinda, helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient with my mother in law.

The receptionist was welcoming and sweet. She had all the paperwork ready and believe it or not the paperwork wasn’t 100 pages long lol.

The Dr was extremely patient with her, being in a wheelchair chair and having the normal issues as we age, he took his time and repeated the question if she got confused or didn’t stay focused.

i was referred to Dr. Doyle at Vivid Vision by a friend of mine an the experience did not disappoint.

Dr. Doyle and the Vivid Vision Care team are phenomenal. Dr. Doyle took the time to listen to my concerns, performed a comprehensive exam and discussed all of my options with me in laypersons terms without pressure to choose any one option.

There was no pressure to select frames and when I asked if they could put lenses in an existing frame that I loved there was no hesitation to say yes.

There was also no pressure or incentive to leave any sort of review. This office is just *this good*.

Came in on Tues for an exam and to pick out some goggles 😂 and was professionally greeted and welcomed in the exam was handled very well and the Dr concern about if you have any is what will make this location my go to for my eyes I was told my glasses would be ready in a week or so That Thursday morning they was ready for pick up and man what can I say I can see clearly again

I visited this Optometrist's office for the first time based on their stellar reviews. I have had cataract surgery and I was dealing with some issues so I was looking for a really good eye doctor. Boy, did I find one. He was so informative and helpful and I felt like he really cared about my issues. The office is a bit nondescript but the staff is quite nice and they have a nice selection of glasses. I would recommend this business highly.

I really like this office. Incredibly friendly staff, thorough doctor during exam. There was once a miscommunication about billing where I had to be charged extra, and was profusely apologized to. I didnt feel like they were hiding fees or trying to get one over on me. They were very open about what lenses my ins would cover, what options I had, costs, whether or not something would work, etc. I've been going to eye doctors for more than 30 years, so I know when I find a decent place. And it's right down the street from my house. I would recommend to anyone looking for an eye doc who knows their stuff.

Vivid Vision Care was efficient, barely any wait time. Beto was amazing at helping explain benefits and even did a price comparison for me. They were comparable to Costco prices! Nadeane did a great job with screening me with certain tests, patient and explained what she was doing. The place is clean and there is lots of parking.
Dr. Doyle was awesome, didn’t rush me when asking questions & directed me during the eye exams. I didn’t feel rushed, in and out jn no time & didn’t try to sell me on extra tests I didn’t need, overall a great experience.

I’m very happy that I chose to come to vision. Initially, I was going to go to eyeglass world, however, simply making an Appointment was super frustrating and they didn’t have any availability for several weeks and I kept getting put on like 25 minute holds, several times. With vivid vision, everything was quick convenient And easy they Answer the phone directly no calling center and they immediately told me if they take my insurance And I had an appointment scheduled like two days later. So I’m thankful for their office staff and the doctor himself was professional and had a good experience there too and I ended up getting contacts and I’m happy with that and when if I do get my glasses I’ll be here. They have been good with me and my schedule, whereas most places close early. They also gave me straight up information and options for pricing for both glasses and contacts and didn’t try to upsell me, Or say this is the cost and then have the final price different for whatever different coatings and all that other stuff. They said it would cost and that’s it and so come here if you’re gonna get classes or contacts.
