I am shocked reading a couple of the poor reviews. This has never been the case when I am in the office and have been seen and cared for by Fakhouri. He has taken more time and didmore testing and helped me through some pretty difficult issues more than the doctors did at the Mayo clinic!!! The staff is always been friendly polite and the nurses get back with me very quickly when I leave a message. My husband and I were referred to him by a handful of others that feel the same way I do.

Very hard to get in touch with. They never answer the phone, and if you’re not one of their highest paying customers, they don’t seem interested in talking to you.just try calling their office and see for yourself.

Dr. Fakhouri rushes you through your appointment and, in my experience, does not adequately explain the potential risks and side effects of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) when natural levels are perfect. I had good natural testosterone levels and went to Dr. Fakhouri seeking professional advice on whether TRT was an appropriate treatment for me. He convinced me it was.

After a year on TRT, the side effects became miserable. I experienced hair loss, acne all over my back, mood swings, and even lost my libido and ability to have sex. Since then, it has been a life-changing process trying to get my hormones back to where they should be, and it has cost me thousands of dollars.

Dr. Fakhouri did not seem to care because, if he had, I believe he would have told me that I didn’t need TRT. Instead, I felt like profit was prioritized over my well-being. His greed has overshadowed the ethics and integrity that doctors are supposed to uphold and protect.

Because of my experience with Dr. Fakhouri, I have lost trust in the medical profession.
