This used to be my dental office, but after the experience I had today with the receptionist, I will not be returning. She was very rude and unprofessional. I called prior to my appt to verify my insurance and to complete my needed forms, I was told everything was confirmed and verified. Day of my appointment, I called because I was coming in a few minutes late and wanted to confirm I can still be seen. I was told there was a 15 minute grace period by the call center. The call center transfers me to the office as he said they wanted to verify information with me. The lady on the phone (receptionist) was immediately rude. Did not greet me, just yelled my name and asked when did i want to reschedule. After confirming I was still able to come in, I drove 40 minutes to the office and as I am pulling into the parking lot, I get a call from the receptionist and the first thing she tells me is "We cannot see you today, you havent filled out your forms and your insurance isnt verified." This upset me because I already did this days prior. I let her know I was outside and still came in to the office. As I enter she does not greet me and is giving me a dirty look. She says shes been trying to call my insurance to verify but hasnt gotten ahold of a representative and that my forms did not save. So I recomplete the forms and am waiting for her to verify my insurance. While she is on hold waiting for a rep to answer, she is banging on the table and grunting from frustration. Finally, she tells me again I cannot be seen that I will have to come back. Since I can only come in after work during the week, I request 4pm on Thursday, which was available, and she says she'll schedule me for this day but cant promise shes not gonna call me to cancel because she cant keep the office open for just me. This entire experience was super unprofessional and honestly, just plain rude. Its unfortunate because I really liked my dentist, but after this experience, I wouldnt recommend anyone to this office if they have to deal with this lady.

This used to be my dental services but it became so expensive that my insurance doesn't cover. My best friend used to go here as well and she stopped going for the outrageous prices. The dental company ruined my credit score for something I did not apply for a credit insurance that I never used. Until this day, I'm paying for the credit card that I have not used because I stopped going to the dental services which they should have stopped it. The dental credit never been used which I am trying to explain and investigate by the 3 credit bureu agency. The lady over their lied about that I agree when I told her I cannot afford it and still applied me for the credit optum dental. All they care is money, they don't care if you have financial struggles and all they do is keep adding major procedure on your teeth when it was okay. I went to other dental services and my teeth were fine.

I spent the last couple weeks super scared and anxious to get my wisdom teeth removed… I went in and everyone was super kind and was reassuring me that everything was going to be okay and go well. I had Dr. Schlesinger as my surgeon as recommended by a very close friend of mine and the experience was great. I’m on day two and no pain no swelling! I knocked right out and it was over before I knew it. 10/10 experience and will be recommending everyone else to have any work done here at the blue diamond and or eastern location !

My first time at Absolute Dental. I was looking for a new dentist and this one is close by. They got me in within days. The staff was friendly and professional. The dentist and hygienist were very thorough. We started with xrays and a cleaning, with a plan to put a crown on a cracked tooth next week. My last dental office took forever to get me an appointment for a cleaning. This is going to be my new dentist office. 5 stars!

Unfortunately, the office manager that has been there over the last year is absolutely rude and lacks compassion. The atmosphere of this office has completely changed and if she is still at there, I will most likely be moving on. Consider your options before going to the Absolute Dental group.

I absolutely enjoy this office. I’ve been coming to this office for a decade now. Same fabulous hardworking staff and dentist. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the new girl that put fluoride in my teeth today was unprofessional and lacked experience. I never got her name, but it was clear she was new. She rushed the treatment and was sloppy with applying the fluoride on. She kept yanking my mouth from side to side despite saying ouch. Her response was “oh yeah, turn your head”. Not once did she ask for me to turn my head. She just kept yanking on my mouth when she was ready to switch sides. She then kept spraying my face and got my top wet. She also left fluoride over and around my lips and on my gums. The whole experience was bad. Never experienced anything like this.

Stopped by here this past week while on vacation to have a tooth looked at. Place wasn't even packed, waited over five hours just to have them tell me they couldn't see me and to come back tomorrow. Worst receptionist and dental techs I've ever spoke too. Nothing but rude, made sligh remarks about others. Wouldn't go back here if they even offered me free dental. Place needs to close business, doesn't seem like they know what they're doing.

STAY AWAY. I know the rating seems high, but they beg and offer free things for good reviews. I wouldn't go here if it was THE last dentist office in all of LV. Like most dentists around here, they upsell hard, but are rude about it. Also, scheduled a normal cleaning weeks out as a new patient. Went in as scheduled...no hygienist that day. huh? All I did for 3 hours that day was wait for the next round of x-rays, how many does one need? Some x-rays they did aren't even covered by insurance, go figure! Revolving door, hard upsells, and a really dirty grimy place to boot. The lobby alone should turn most folks away.

I had a very concerning experience with Absolute Dental regarding my four children. At separate visits, I was told that each of my children needed extensive dental work ranging from $300 to $600 per child. When I asked about a payment plan, I was told that Absolute Dental does not offer payment plans and that all balances had to be paid upfront.
At another visit, I was informed I had a $150 balance, but when I asked what the charge was for, the receptionist said she could not see the reason for the balance only that it existed and needed to be paid immediately. I had already paid everything in full previously for his previous appointments, but I paid it again because I didn’t want my child’s care delayed. What truly raised concern for me was what happened next. My children were later seen by a separate dental practice that visited their school, and I received written confirmation that none of my children had cavities and no dental work was needed. Everything was documented as normal and healthy. This was before their upcoming appointments that needed $300-$600 in dental care.
As a parent, this left me feeling shocked and extremely uncomfortable. Being told that four children needed hundreds of dollars’ worth of dental work only to later be told by another licensed dental provider that no cavities existed caused me to lose trust in Absolute Dental’s assessments.
I am sharing this so other parents can make informed decisions and consider getting a second opinion before proceeding with costly treatment plans.

They incorrectly put a crown in twice on the same tooth, I spent thousands of dollars and still need to go to another dentist to have them fix the tooth and a new crown on the same tooth a THIRD time. And of course it's completely out of pocket. Dr. Nguyen should not be practicing. Complete negligence and lack of transparency with patients. Find literally anyone else.

Most inefficient dental office I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Oral surgeon appointment scheduled a month in advance, received a 9 page packet a few days prior, completed the packet promptly, yet was required to fill out the same exact pages again at arrival. Only to be instructed that I have to make a "quick 5 minute" call to insurance to change the oral surgeon referral to a different doctor. Phone # provided by the office resulted in a 20 minute hold before choosing the option to hold my place in line and get a call-back. Decided to call the # on the back of the insurance card instead and was able to resolve the issue in less than 20 minutes. Didn't get a call-back from the number provided by the office until an hour later.. Appointment at 9, and still didn't called into the back by 10:30. Ask about wait time to be seen at 10:36, only to be told there are 4 people ahead of me. Decided to reschedule with a different dentist.
Also, if you smoke weed they won't tell you it's a problem until you show up for your appointment and answer "yes" to have you smoked MJ in the last 4 days. At which point they will tell you that they cannot see you and will have to reschedule your appointment. Watched it happen to multiple people while waiting.
Notice the jam packed waiting room... Doesn't seem to be an isolated experience.

I only came to this location because the specialist I was seeing was going to be here on a specific day. But I came in, waited 30 mins and still was not seen. I also had to work, and a lot of other people seemed really impatient. There were only 3 people waiting.. not sure why the wait time was terrible on a closed day (Monday).
One of the ladies at the desk seemed friendly.

So now I will have to look for a different specialist on my own, I always feel skeptical about referrals and having my time wasted.

My experience here is always so wonderful! They truly have a great team here. Stephanie up front was super helpful in accommodating my tight schedule and prepared me with all of the links for info that I needed to fill out prior to my appointment. Porshe who greeted me and brought me into the room is so sweet and truly cares helping patients with their oral care. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly and recommended great products. Kayla is an amazing dental hygienist who made me feel comfortable, quick and efficient, and was very transparent with what she shared with her findings. It’s clear that everyone at the blue diamond location is looking for my best interest and believe their team and level of care is superior to any I’ve experienced in my life. Can’t say I’ve ever looked forward to a dentist appointment, but now I can confidently say that I will. Definitely recommending this location to others!

Absolutely loved my visit to this locatIon! I was recommended by a family member to go to this specific location. The receptionist was very polite and informative of what was going on. The assistant was so funny, kind and helped with my nerves. As well as the doctor, he walked me through everything they needed to do for my visit. I had good experience with the dentist, but the staff (front desk ) not so much- First I was told I had no coverage, I had to call the insurance myself to tell them I had benefits. Then after seeing dentist I was promised a call back same day to discuss coverage as only exam was done for that day and I needed cleaning and other work, its been 5 days and no call. I called their office and was told manager would be informed . Please keep your word to your clients!!! Not good customer service

They never even sent my medication In to the pharmacy I was in pain for days after 4 wisdom teeth removal surgery and still have yet to hear from the Office In regards to my medication. They even had me pay an additional amount for medication and I still haven’t received anything. It’s been over a week since I had my wisdom teeth removed. I never recommend anybody go here. Straight up FRAUD! It was my yearly cleaning and exam. At arrival they tried to collect $68 copay and stated my insurance has changed and now yearly exam isn’t covered. It’s the law she said! They have to charge!!!!! Then the 2 front office people became rude. I said it’s covered by my insurance. They canceled my appointment and I called my insurance company from my car.. My yearly visit Is 100% covered for exam and X-rays. My insurance rep had me walk in my phone and he spoke to the office manager. He told her it’s covered and she claimed by law they have to charge. Conversation was on speaker so I heard entire conversation. He stated that if it’s an issue send over a prior authorization and they would cover the yearly visit!!!! She said she needed to speak to her upper management. Anyways it’s FRAUD if they are getting paid for yearly visits and billing people for copays when there are none! I will be filing complaints with all state licensing and insurance! I’ve gone through and read all of the reviews and this has been going on for years. They tried to do this to me last year, but I told them absolutely not and had them call my insurance company while I was there. My visit was 100% covered. Avoid Absolute Dental!

Was overcharged for my visit. They charged me for services that were 100% covered by my insurance. Tried to up sell me in fluoride when it is covered by my insurance. Completely inconsiderate and inefficient staff. At any other doctor office they will call you ahead of time to inform you of ANY CHANGES. I booked my appointment here twice wasn’t seen either time. The first time I waited for 2 hrs before they told me it was a problem with my insurance I got that sorted out they did my exam. Mind you when I came in the office was packed and the concierge asked me to reschedule because it was no where to wait. Of course I denied the offer, I had my driver there and I already requested the days off for recovery because they told me everything was same day Consultation and Service. They ended up sending me home instead of same day now they had to wait. Although they explained in detailed how process worked before I booked my appointment……… I book here again cause I didn’t want to worry about the consultation again. They booked my appointment a MONTH OUT…. Once again I get all my ducks in order, request the days off for recovery, got off work EARLY, had my ride there, paid for a Lyft and didn’t eat or drink anything all day. Just to get the this appointment for them to say they couldn’t see me again. I express to them the inconvenience they’ve put me in twice now. She tells me, “you have to understand from a business side, if we see you it would be for free if we can’t verify coverage.”

Calling MONDAY to inform me of any changes to appointment would’ve been a decent way of handling appointments.
Considering I let them know everything upfront. I explained my Gov assistance was going to be discontinued because of my job my services are post to end in May. I’d like to use this insurance to cover my treatment because copay with work insurance to get three wisdom teeth pulled is 1200+. They expressed to me they understood and went on to explain with Liberty they do consultations and service.

If you want to get ripped off, overcharged, damage control quality dental, then go here. you'll need additional dental work done because of Absolute Dental.

This is not a dental practice, this is a business. They are trying to get as much money from you as possible, telling patients that they need to do X in order to do Y (which is covered by your insurance).
I've gotten EVERYTHING done 1/5 of the cost from somewhere else. Root canal, crown, custom crown, cleaning.
Yet, they still charged me for crown that I'm not putting it on. I'm on the phone with them waiting for 10 minutes now, which I have plenty of time to write review about this dental practice that doesn't align with "HEALTH" practices.
More like "DAMAGE CONTROL" than "PREVENTATIVE"
Even with damage control, they grind the crap out of your teeth, making your teeth pretty much gone.

I was an American at a different country and the dentist brought his students to my station, showing them exactly what NOT to do.

Why the hell am I on hold for 15 minutes now. I'm about to post this because this is not a dentist, it's a dental practice for people who wants to make money. they are not giving my money back for the crown.

I should’ve read all the bad reviews before making an appointment. Was recommended this place and I wouldn’t let them touch my teeth with a ten foot pole. My appointment was made for august 27, already a month out from when I called. They rescheduled my appointment to September 24th without my consent. No phone call, no email, just changed my appointment by another whole month. The woman who took my call was condescending and didn’t see an issue with what they did. Incredibly unprofessional. (My name is Taniesha Williams) I was VERY disappointed in the service that was given at this facility. We were packed in that place like a can of sardines. My appointment was at 11:30AM PST and I wasn't called to the back until AFTER 7 pm. I had been fasting the entire day, my body was aching and still wasn't finished until close to 8 pm. This facility owes it to their patients to not over book in that fashion. It was people in their with young children, people with diabetes and others like myself who took another day off of work (cause they messed my appointment up on Monday as well) to get treated like another number. This is NOT customer service and at no point in time should a person have to spend longest than maybe 4 hours (at the dentist that's a very long time) but when we're talking 6-8 hours it makes no sense. People who came after me were getting called before me... and EVERY TIME I went to the counter to ask how long I still had 3 charts ahead of me... this service was just unacceptable and I have to say I will not be coming back. It's myself and my 3 children and we will be finding another facility to use. Very sad case :-(

One of the better experiences of my day, first time appointment... Everybody was super cool, even those that had nothing to do with my visit lol Staff seemed very positive and upbeat. Everyone seemed to love their job. Candace, in particular who did my X Rays... Very professional, and knowledgeable. Really made me feel comfortable, inspite my self conscious/nervous mood. Came here on recommended from your sister office! The lady made the appointment for me at 9am! I got a reminder text 2 weeks ago the appointment was at 9:30? I was at work so I didn't respond, got a call as well, but couldn't respond. 1 week ago I got the same thing! But I responded yes to the 9:30, still got a call after to confirm as well? Why??? Then on Monday, a day before the appointment! The reminder said the appointment was 10!! I responded no, and got someone that said we can move you to 9:30?! I said that was my appointment time!! I didn't get a response back. I go in the day of, at 9:20! For a 9:30 appointment!! Didn't get called until 10!?! For real!?! Like people don't have jobs!!! My experience with everyone in the Blue Diamond office was exceptional. The Doctors were kind and talked me through the procedure and process of getting my dentures and partials. The assistant that helped me with financing and paying for my procedures was informative and understanding. I didn’t like the dentist before this but now I don’t mind so much coming to visit.

One of the best dental places I've ever been to in a very long time. Remind you the first thing I feel when I hear the dentist is dread I can't stand the dentist I haven't been able to stand the dentist for 25 years. But going here has completely turned that around I fell in love with this place the service the staff everything is great. The place is ran wonderfully. Now to get a little bit more personal I've been having quite a little bit of problems with my teeth these people have been able to work with me every step of the way. Through my wisdom teeth and everything because I never had them removed so they've caused quite a bit of problems. Easily five stars highly recommend.

Definitely need new management...0 stars if I could!! In 63 years of life this was the most unorganized & incompetent business I have ever dealt with! No call from them prior to surgical procedure (I called every day for 3 days before & actually spoke to someone the day before procedure), filled out a 9 page online intake but still had to fill out forms on arrival (2 said do not sign until speaking to dentist/tech but they had me sign them anyway), watched them turn away appts when asked if they had smoked weed in the last 4 days (this could have been avoided if parties were called prior to procedure & given instruction), I was handed a paper to call my insurance for an authorization # & I was on hold for 20 mins! I chose to call the member services # on my card & got the authorization (should have been done prior to my procedure by them), insurance informed me that although my procedure had been scheduled a mo prior, the office had only called the day before!! Appt at 9am, 1040am inquired about my wait status & was informed there were 4 people in front of me which meant I would not be done by 1230 (I had a handicapped child to pick up) so I left!! Worst run office ever and I highly suggest going elsewhere! This place should not even be in business!!

But from the time I walked in the receptionist and then the young lady that took the pictures of my teeth was so kind and patient. The dentist and Mr. Dylan took their time explaining too me everything that needed to be done, and made sure I understood. I have never been so comfortable in a dentist office before. I love the whole staff and highly recommend you bring your children there. And if you are an adult who is afraid of the dentist but you need to go these are the people you want to take care of you. Long wait even with an appointment. Poor information management regarding coverage issues. Once they get through to you, they start telling you that the insurance does not cover everything and that you have to pay at the time. making you feel obligated to pay once you're inside after 3 hours of waiting..
You make the payment they request and after 30 minutes they inform you that you have to make another payment not covered by the insurance. Once you make the payment, they do not give you a receipt for your payments made.

Absolute dental quoted me an amount for a crown and root canal.
When I said I needed to wait in order to afford it they got really mean and started telling me I was just causing me more damage by waiting and tried to push a credit card on me. I felt like I was in a used car lot. The way I was treated had me leave and search for a different dentist.
When I went to a different office for the same root canal and crown. I was charged a 3rd of what absolute dental wanted.
My father had a similar experience this week.
We will not be going back. It seems like they over charge, and get mad when you can’t afford it and try to pressure you into it by trying to scare you. They don’t want you to leave because they know you’ll find a better and affordable option.

The ortho department’s communication skills are not the best. I scheduled an appointment to get my little brother’s braces removed. I had to switch shifts at my job to meet this appointment since they can only be seen on Mondays. Within the hour of his scheduled appointment, they called me saying their machine was broken and so I rescheduled a month later. I had to call out of work again so I can go with him and their machine IS STILL BROKEN. They called me within 2 hours of his appointment and said they have to reschedule. Atleast tell me a day before so I can better prepare. SMH

The quality of care the doctors, staff, and oral surgeon took to go over and beyond to make me comfortable with the surgery. This is the BEST absolute dental location that I have ever been to! The entire staff was so nice and patient with me. The dental assistant Jesse was super awesome! He made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole procedure. Which was very comforting because like the rest of the world I don’t like going to the dentist. I called April 18th as I was referred by another absolute dental to do an extraction and bone graft. I talked to a rude lady named Kelly that I had to ask her to be compassionate as I’m in really bad tooth pain. They act as if I was a bother asking a question and I wouldn’t recommend this location. This office is the best. I hated going to the dentist for several reasons I no longer have. The group in the blue diamond office are fantastic people, and I honestly look forward to my appointments, and the ladies up front make what can be scary moment an enjoyable experience. The doctors and hygienist are incredibly aware of how I felt the entire time making sure I was doing good.

Let's face it; no one likes going to the dentist. The staff were kind but the wait was ridiculous. I was in the office for 4 1/2 hours before I even went back. Then another 20 minutes of waiting before a doctor spoke with me. These people removed my wisdom tooth, sent me home, then never sent my medications to the pharmacy.
I spent the whole night in pain with no meds, then I spent all morning on the phone trying to get a hold of someone to send my medicine to the pharmacy.
When I finally got a hold of someone there was no appologies, no sense of urgency, no care in the world.
I was told the dentist was a different team and I needed to be transfered and placed on hold yet again.

I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years now and let me tell you, some of the best customer experience ever. The girls in the front always great me with a big smile, and quickly check me in. LET ME TELL YOU I was a huge skeptic about dentist, and doctors ( my wife can attest of my doubts with people in the medical field), but doctor Nguyen single handily changed my way of think. This god amongst doctors step, by step explained to me how many cavities I had, showed me pictures of all the years of damage I had done to my mouth, and painstakingly filled them all in without any issues.
Kayla (hygienist also know as wonder women of hygienist) gave a quick and painless deep clean. She thoroughly explained how I developed a gum disease, which was all of my fault caused by not flossing. Made my life 100 times easier I am very simple minded man, she explained everything I was charged for, showed me the full bill itemized. I walked out know I had just be delivered a great service at a great price.

I recently moved to the area and was in the market for a new Dental agency. In my search I came across Absolute Dental. The Yelp bad reviews of this place do not tell the full story. Absolute Dental -Blue Diamond, as a whole, are a well trained family atmosphere business that may not be to the taste of some stuffy folks. With that said, I enjoyed my experience of the professional and thorough breakdown of my tailored dental status and plan. Pricing was satisfactory at competitive rates. Insurance coverage verification was quick and seamless. Oral Hygienist wait time was minimal with doctors and practitioners aplenty. cleanings are thorough and facilitated with care. The staff laughs, jokes, and some patrons may not like or appreciate that from the bad reviews. I enjoy the appointment, my 10yr old son enjoyed the appointment, and we will continue with Absolute Dental - Blue Dental permanently

This place is absolutely unprofessional I had a consult months before to have my wisdom teeth removed because they were causing me really bad pain, they told me that I can get them extracted; I got the pre-approval from my insurance and I scheduled an appointment and today I get there check in, and fill out all the paper work(side note: when we walked in there the place was filled with people and we had to wait in our car) after 2+ hours after my scheduled appt. time of waiting we are finally called back to the room. They get me hooked up to the monitors and set me up to get put under. The surgeon comes in and before I get to even know his name he asks me if I chew gum which I thought was very odd, but I answered and said no not for a year or more. He then proceed to tell me that my pain was not my wisdom and said that it was my muscles, which didn't make sense cause they told me at my consult that my wisdom's were why I had pain. They then asked me if I still wanted to do it and I didn't get a second to talk it over with my mom before the surgeon walked out and didn't take any time to have us ask questions, and they unhooked me as well; and I would have to pay for the anesthetic if I wanted it done, we walked out with me and my wisdom teeth still in, extraordinarily mad, and wasted my time and my parents time and gas along with me missing the day of schooling and my mom missing work which we shouldn't have missed. But they charge you a no show fee if you don't give them a heads up on canceling, but can cancel on you like its nothing, very sad and will not be coming back to this office or any office of there's again.

Word of advice,stay away from this place!!!if If I could truly rate would be -minus 10 stars. I brought my 7 y old child and they don’t want parents in room. When I made decision to inquire, they were already working on my child without telling me. The “dentist” who I thought was the janitor does not introduce herself and when I asked why they were working on my child without notifying me -“it’s the policy”this people lie to your face and have staff that lack basic information. The dentist misses a problem in X-rays. I doubt that this inexperienced people know what they are doing. The good reviews are fake.
I have never been to a more disorganized and unprofessional “dental clinic”.

The atmosphere when you walk in seems disorganized and very noisy. I waited 30 mins for check in, even with my filled out new patient paperwork that I printed before along with my ID and insurance card in hand. They took me back to get an exam without ever giving me back my ID or insurance card. They gave me a treatment plan that was $420 for just a cleaning. I expressed I had a medicaid dental plan because I was recently laid off from my job and couldn't afford that. I don't know why they would even ask someone on medicaid to pay that much. The total treatment plan reached $1350 including the other things I needed. I told them I only wanted a cleaning my insurance covers and that I didn't have money for anything more than that. They denied me any type of cleaning and said when I had money to pay then to schedule for one. How is anyone on Medicaid supposed to even get their teeth cleaned? So I had to leave without any cleaning at all. It seems like they only wanted money from me and didn't care about the situation I was in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I don't intend on returning. It was a waste of time and gas.

if u wanna wait 3+ hours for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT then yes please go to absolute dental. Also just know insurance doesn’t cover the medication that u need in your IV during the wisdom teeth removal process. Absolute dental knew that and decided to wait until I was called ( mind you I’ve been in the waiting room for 3 hours PASSED my scheduled appointment) to inform me that I will be in excruciating pain and that it sucks that insurance doesn’t cover. I asked how much it is cause this is a pretty big procedure if u ask me and she told me the price. It’s not too much but if I knew about it prior or in the 3 hours I was sitting there waiting I could have gotten the money some how I was not allowed to call somebody to give me the money because they were ready at that moment and they weren’t gonna wait for me to figure out who can send me money for the medication. Would rate a zero if I was able to. The service all and all was good everyone was nice. But I went in for three extractions and they took off a tooth that wasn’t supposed to be extracted. Ive been calling and calling and the representatives say they don't have an actual number for the office. I also paid $41 for some medicine which they did not provide. Grateful they took the two painful teeth but also pissed they took off a tooth that wasn’t supposed to get taken out and no way to contact them to tell them. Went in the office with pain came back out with a wrong tooth missing and $41 short for no reason as they didnt even give me the medicine.

This place is a mess! I don't have anything good to say about this branch. My first appointment was at 10am for emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I show up on time and the waiting room is packed with nowhere to sit and some people are sitting on the floor. I check in and do my paperwork, receptionist says we will be with you shortly. 2 and a half hours later I'm still waiting. While I wait I hear other patients complaining about their wait times and some of them are saying that this is the second or 3rd time this has happened to them. I decide to go find out how much longer my wait is going to be and I'm told that it would be atleast 2 more hours. I have to reschedule now because I can't wait 2 more hours. The next available appointment is almost a month in time and mind you this is supposed to be a emergency tooth extraction. So now here I am for my next appointment and same thing, waiting room is packed and people sitting on the floor. After a couple of hours I'm called back to speak with the oral surgeon and have consultation. Finish that and next appointment is almost another month. My next appointment was at 11am, Did not get seen until 145pm. Finish the surgery and go to pick up My prescription. Pharmacist tells me that they filled the prescription form out wrong and prescribed me a medication that doesn't exist. I'm unable to get this fixed because it's Saturday and Absolute Dental is closed until Tuesday. Now I'm in pain after 4 wisdom teeth removed with no antibiotics and only over the counter meds for pain. How does this place stay in business? I don't think Ive ever had such a terrible experience with any medical facility in my life.

I've been going to Absolute Dental on Blue Diamond and Decatur for over three years. Dr. Mann, is a great dentist. He is kind and caring. He is concerned about his patients and he's genuinely a great person.

The staff is amazing.
Aly, is the greatest. She calls to check how the patients are doing after their procedures. She's hands on with the patients. She is a beautiful, young lady and always ready to help you with any of your concerns. She makes sure to let you know what to expect when going in to see the dentist.
She personally calls your I'm insurance company to make sure you are approved for procedure that were denied. She helped me get my dental work approved.

The entire staff is friendly and the work atmosphere is great. They are like one big family. I recommend this location to any and everyone.

First off, if the dental office who referred you to this Absolute Dental location - be aware that you'll wait minimum 2-4 hours after your scheduled appointment time. Then once in, you'll need to wait almost another 30 min before being seeing by the assistant, then another 15 for the doctor. Don't bring kids, because they are not allowed to be with you. So make sure you plan on having a sitter or back up for picking up kids from school. The staff who run the front desk are very sweet so, one star goes to them. But this dental franchise sucks when it comes to your time. They pack so many appointments in a single day, that the poor doctor bounces from one patient to the next. He gets the other star for being a rockstar himself. They definitely need a better way of informing patients about the wait, so everyone can plan the day better for treatment. Sucks having to have oral surgery, sucks even more to have to wait so long without eating.

I had my last wisdom tooth removed here. It was the best tooth extraction I have even experienced. I had my first wisdom tooth removed 10 years ago after it broke through the gum and it was such a traumatic experience I did not want to have the other one removed. The oral surgeon did a fantastic job. I didn't feel anything, he also had me stay longer to make sure that I had no excessive bleeding due to my bleeding disorder. He also made sure that I knew which location he would be at the next day in case there were any problems. I felt like Absolute Dental cares about what is best for their patients.

First let me say that I haven’t been to the dentist in about three years because I had a TERRIBLE experience that left me traumatized BUT when I gained the courage to come to this office, I was greeted with the most kindest and friendliness staff. The gentleman that works front desk (I forgot his name) was so patient with me and broke down and explained everything. This is the worst dental office I’ve been to. Was trying to get braces for my kid. I signed a contract to get her braces only to find out later that they charged me 3k more then a normal orthodontics charge and then gave me a couple k discount. So point being you aren’t getting a discount.just a mark up for those using state insurance. That’s one. They put the brackets on before they did the cleaning so they didn’t put the wire in because they wanted to wait for the cleaning after the cleaning. They didn’t have an appointment for us to get in to put the wiring for a month all the little brackets fell off And I’ve contacted them dozens of times I would get hung up on no calls back and 20 minute hold times. This is not a good place for dental treatment.

Front desk people needs more training. One of them gave me an appointment card for my daughter and when we went there today they said that there is no appointment for her. What is the use of the appointment card if the said schedule was not going to be followed. Even their billing department was not even reliable. This location had/has a short older asian lady who I thought was sweet at first glance. She did the initial screening and X-rays. During the X-rays she decided it would be a good idea to wipe the items used in my mouth on the shirt I was wearing. When questioned she said “It’s your saliva and giggled”. They pulled a tooth that wasn't bothering me and the oral surgeon has absolutely insane requirements before they'll pull the one that is bothering me. My family was using this office prior to covid and were extremely attentive with our care even though they cracked my husbands tooth during a procedure. After however, they erased our files from the office, then whenever we asked for service, they claimed we owed them. When we requested a breakdown of services, so we can remedy the account they stopped responding. Not once, not twice, but multiple times. Absolute Nightmare is a better name.

I had to wait over 3hrs after my appointment time for my oral surgery. I can't get a hold of the oral surgeon to ask questions about the procedure after. They didn't prescribe any opiod pain killers after removing 7 teeth from my mouth, I thought I was going to be okay just with ibuprofen and Tylenol, and I was for the first few days but now one of the more complicated extraction sites is just excruciating pain and I am not sure what's going on with that and again I can't get a hold of the person who preformed the extraction or any information. I don't feel well after treatment and I have questions but no answers. As far as the pain goes my dentist said sometimes they don't prescribe pain killers and I know my dentist is terrified of prescribing them because of strict .control laws plus she isn't the one who did the extraction and likely doesn't want to have to write a prescription for that. But oral surgery is a common thing to prescribe pain meds for I'm probably stuck in ridiculous debilitating pain for a few days until this heals.i wish I could contact someone at this office who could answer my questions, maybe I shouldn't be in pain. Maybe something is wrong

I was the driver for one of their patients so I was pretty observant and the level of unprofessionalism is astounding but not surprising. No one called my sister the day prior to confirm appt, instead called her 4 hours before her surgery to tell her not to eat for 12 hours. No one explained after care, or anything really.
Upon checking in there was a surprise "consultation fee" that one else knew about as I heard them complaining at the counter. Even though my sister came in the week before for what she assumed was the consultation which she paid a fee for that too.
Every person that went up to the counter had an issue.
There were people bringing in their spouses into the room but I was told to leave the room.
Also at one point the techs were standing around talking bad about a patient after she had left then continued to talk bad about a coworker they had...Infront of patients.
I don't what their problem is but I'm honestly disgusted at how this place runs.

Warning! Warning! Warning! When I booked my appointment as a new client about a month ago I scheduled a checkup and cleaning. The receptionist took my information, including my insurance info. She then told me everything would be covered except for the X-rays. I would owe $39 for that. I agreed. The earliest appointment they had was a month away. Yesterday I showed up for my appointment at 7:45. My appointment was for 8:00AM. It took me about 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork. I was taken back to a patient room about 20 minutes after that. They did all the X-rays and pictures. Then the Dentist went over them with me. Now is where it gets bad. I sat in that chair for almost an hour without anyone saying a word to me. I began to look around frustrated. Finally one of the hygienists saw me and said, “she’s just working on your dental plan. She’ll be right in to go over it with you. After that another 10-15 minutes passed. I started to look around again to get someone’s attention. Once I did, I asked what’s going on. She told me the same thing, at which time I said I didn’t understand why they couldn’t at least be cleaning my teeth while she worked on my dental plan. She said “oh she gotta do that first.” Finally the woman came back to go over my dental plan with me. I had been there 2 hours. There was a lot of work that needed to be done, which I had anticipated. She was going over pricing and letting me know what my insurance covered and what they didn’t. She said that a deep cleaning was recommended and cost $1179, and that my insurance didn’t cover that. I asked if they cover a basic cleaning. She said they do. I said that’s what I’m here for. That’s what I booked the appointment for. I would schedule the other work later when I looked at my budget and calendar. She proceeded to tell me that if a deep cleaning is recommended by the doctor, they will not do a basic cleaning. I thought I had heard her wrong. So I told her to please explain. Because what I was hearing is that I scheduled a basic cleaning, I’ve been sitting here for two hours, and she is telling me that they refuse to do a basic cleaning because the doctor recommended a deep cleaning that costs almost $1,200. She confirmed that I heard correctly. “So you are basically saying you are not going to clean my teeth today unless I pay $1,200?” She said that’s correct. I couldn’t believe it. I got up to walk over to reception area and asked them the same, because surely this lady is making a mistake. They said, yes, if a deep cleaning is recommended, they won’t do a basic cleaning. I’ve never in my life heard of a dentist that wouldn’t provide a basic cleaning. And the fact that I sat in a dentist chair for over an hour is so unprofessional, and unorganized. I would hate to see what they would do to my teeth if I had let them operate. Yesterday I decided to do some research. I looked online and a deep cleaning costs, on average $150-$300. I decided to call around. I called 4 dentists offices and confirmed the same. They were telling me it’s $1,200 at Absolute Dental. Beware of this place. Especially as a new client not knowing what to expect. They just want to get you in the door and try to swindle as much money as possible. I understand the cost of dental work, but to refuse to clean my teeth is unheard of. I think this speaks to the kind of place you’re dealing with. There are better options out there. Choose wisely.

This Absolute Dental is ONLY seeking more money. They do NOT stand behind the dentists work. I paid a total of approximately $5k for crowns on all my upper teeth. 3 months later one of them chipped. When I went back in to the dentist he only cared about bringing in more money for that office. Kathy, the previous manager promised me that they would replace or repair the crown. Then COVID-19 hit, so I waited even longer. When I finally got back in to the office, there was a different manager who wasn't willing to honor. They at that time informed me that the cavity under a different crown was back. Dr. Nguyen didn't tell me that. The assistant did. Dr Nguyen told me I need implants where teeth had been pulled. When I informed him that I didn't have implant money, his whole demeanor changed. DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT WHAT MONEY THEY CAN BRING IN. NOT THE PATIENT. I plan to report to the ADA as well.

My first appointment went pretty well I was running a little late and I like that they called to make sure I was coming, the wait was a little bit long but they seem busy, front desk ladies where nice and polite and I like the doctor I like how she explained everything to me so I was very pleased with the visit kids did a great job would of like it if the tv was on in the waiting room would of help with the wait and they don’t return calls when they do braces evaluations so if you need braces for ur kids I would recommend another dentist office

EVERYONE on staff seemed like they were in a hurry. I felt very rushed to be seen. I went for a consultation for adult braces. The medical assistant that "helped" me to get my x Ray done was of no help. She didn't even have time to make eye contact with me to make sure I understood her. I had a problem with a tooth, the dentist didn't have the proper tools so the extraction was more tedious and damaging to my gums than necessary, but the job got done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled an appointment to take out another tooth that was an issue, figuring that they'd find the right tools to do it before I came back. I was in the chair about to get prepped when they came in to talk financing on the expensive root canal on a completely different tooth that they were planning on doing, when I said that I had scheduled the appointment to remove another problem tooth, they said that the one who pulls teeth isn't in that day. Since I was planning on having the tooth looked at eventually, I asked about the root canal, but between the fact that they couldn't do the procedure in house the same day and the fact that it was fifteen hundred after insurance because they use a specialist that isn't covered, I walked out and never went back. There's incompetence in the back, starting a procedure without proper tools, and incompetence/malicious intent up front, either failing to properly communicate what they're scheduling you for or scheduling you for the more expensive procedure first so they get paid more. Do not go to them, you might get lucky and get good service, but if you're not lucky it will suck.

Appt was at 10am. Asked how long it was going to be at 10:20. Finally got in a chair at 10:25. Got the x-rays. Didn’t need, they could have gotten them from my previous dentist from 6 months ago (who I stopped going to for the same reasons I won’t go back to this place). Sat in chair for 15 mins after x-rays, no one said anything to me, I figured they weren’t going to clean my teeth and walked out. This been my experience at 4 different dentists in the Las Vegas area thus far. I got there at 9:50 to fill out paperwork, left at 11:20 with just x-rays done. Horrendous service. Editing to add: for the number of emails, texts, reminders they sent about my 10am appt, apparently they didn’t even realize my appt was for 10am.

Daughter had an appointment at 8am to fill cavities and have a bunch other work done, took a pto day for this and I get there and they say she isn’t on the schedule…. I told them they gave me this appointment, how is she not on the schedule? and the lady was like “I can reschedule her” and I said I took the day off for this and she offered to give us a note for work /class and I said “you don’t understand, I literally took a pto day for this” and she kept offering to reschedule and I just told her I would find a new dentist… this is just so unprofessional.. how are you going to give me an appointment and then not honor it? 1) i have hpn medicaid.
2) i know about insurance as previously worked in the field for over 6 years.
It was my first appointment along with a friend we made an appointment for a cleaning/exam. We get to are appointment 30 mins early, get taken to the back. To just get told we have cavities (which we have never had any in over 26 years) and that we could check out. I asked multiple times for a cleaning as thats what i made the call for and waited 3 weeks. I told them NO dentist doesnt do a cleaning on the first visit. Look up any dentist they all offer cleaning/xray/exam.
They said we needed to come back, and it would cost money, they also said its a $40 copay. Which i did not pay and explained why. If you have medicaid you are covered ONCE a year by insurance(which was also verified through insurance) this place is a scam, and i would do your research with what you have been charged and your insurance. You are welcome.

I was visiting in Las Vegas when I had a root start hurting. I was able to find that Absolute Dental would be able to handle all of my potential dental needs. The staff were able to work me in immediately. Upon arrival, I was in severe pain. The staff did everything to help me. The front desk staff were especially helpful, they filled out all of the necessary paperwork, they got me into a room and stable within minutes. They also communicated to my wife, at home to update her on my condition. Afer the tooth was stablized, they were able to bring me back that Saturday to perform two root canals. The complete Absolute Dental staff and doctors were professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend this office to any and all that have dental needs.

I scheduled an emergency appointment for a tooth that had lost a filling and cracked down into the root. When I arrived they sat me down took a couple x-rays and told me theyd have to reschedule me with an oral surgeon.
So basically, they got nothing accomplished on my first "emergency" visit.

Then I had to wait a week and a half for my visit with an oral surgeon. He sat me down and told me what could be done and offered choices. I asked them what would be covered under my insurance plan... About ten minutes later they came back and told me that they were out of network for my insurance and gave me all the costs I would have to pay.
Of course it was way more than necessary since I have insurance so I decided to leave, now having wasted nearly 2 full weeks waiting for my emergency visit.

The information that they were out of network couldve been shared on my first visit before they wasted nearly two weeks rescheduling me for an oral surgeon, just to be able to charge me $132. for a ten minute chat with the oral surgeon to find out exactly the same information that they told me on the first visit.

Now I'm at square one all over again with the same emergency and have wasted 2 weeks and $132. for nothing but a total of 15 minutes combined sitting thru two visits for a shady and incompetent office only worried about my money.

Very disorganized and people had no clue of their clients records. Took my mom in for a consultation for some dental works from $7,000-$14,000 which we was getting prepared to have it done.. but it's a lot of $$$ so I wanted to consult with someone there so they could tell us what's exactly is being done. We waited a month for this consultation and then arrived 10mins before appointment to sign-in but then wasn't seen till 45mins after appointment time. There was another lady came in a couple minutes after us that also had an appointment at 10am, she wasn't as patience so left a couple mins before we was seen. First thing they ask is to do was to get another x-Ray not sure why they couldn't use the one from last time. Then we met the oral surgeon who had no clue what's the reason we came in for the consultation for, they kept asking for a referral when we're at the same office and none was asked when we setup this appointment. Then they brought in their manager to tell us looks like my mom need denture and there's two ways to do it.. one is to order the dentures first and do everything when they arrive or two remove her teeth and let them heal which will fit better but will be without teeth for 2 months. I was like dentures? 2 months with no teeth? Why is it $7,000-$14,000 for dentures? Then the manager said oh that might be for something else but this consultation is with the oral surgeon for dentures, you have have to speak with the dentist about the other work. I was like.. what? So I waited 1 month, requested off work, just so I could reschedule to speak with someone else and who knows if this person will know what's going on... I have never been to a dental office or any type of office that's this disorganize! Will never reccomend anyone going to this office and I hope their other office is not like this!

This one was the worse dentist experience My daugher ever had. They had to make a deep cleaning that lasted 1h. they put her the wrong amount of numb she felt the seringe going inside. they measured her blood pressure that was good but they put her in a room cold it feel it was 20 F ! she was shaking of cold during the whole time. I was really disguted by the high lack of hygien when i came in, restroom is old and some part broken. There was some numb product on their visit card where my daughter was laying . They made me pay + 2200 $ just for a deep cleaning of 1 h. Some staff insulted me laughing at daughter pointing me of the finger ' This is The ATM ? she was a big chinese - cambodian , I was shocked. I don't know if she was jealous but there was a huge lack of professionalism among those staffs. One of them took 20 min just to take a pic of my daughter tooth.. she still never got one of them. She had to say to a " superior she didn t want to be a EXPERIMENTAL client but wanted to have a efficient and professional with her not wasting her time and patience. i thought she is gonna have dc Nguyen as said but it was other worse than beginner students. people DO NOT GO THERE.

The hygienist has done trash maintenance to my wife , and the manager was vert rude ,they are running only behind your money . I asked for regular cleaning but the doctor insisted on maintenance as the price of the maintenance is double of the regular cleaning

The waiting here is terrible. Plan on waiting at least an hour past your appointment time just to be seen. They know how to take the appointment but always fail to keep the appointment. To them, your time is meaningless. The service after the wait is adequate but the waiting is worse than the DMV. I have made 5 appointments with the DMV in the past 12 months and was called within 15 minutes of the appointment time at the worst. How long will the overbooking translate to mistakes and poor treatment? It is too late for me but not for you. Save yourself and visit another place for your dental care.

Horrible! horrible experience I went through he'll with tthe treatment I got. they hurt me soo bad with painful shots they treated me like I was a horse they told me that I needed a bridge after I gave them $2,000 and since the first day I could not chew because it was too painful the prosses took about 2 months of total torture then they told me I needed implants or dentures. Why didn't they tell me that before I gave them the money then they were not going to credit me at all to fix the problem and they ruined my 2 good teeth. Also they had bad customer service the manager would never returned my calls. Now I'm going somewhere else to get my teeth fixed with a great dentis. Stay away from this place. I needed some dental work and was afraid of pain. There was no pain and my bite feels so much better. I recommend this place if you are leery about going to the dentist. They know what they're doing and they put your fears at ease by explaining what's going on. Also it is very clean. 👍

Dr. G made my check up feel fast and easy. He always makes me feel at ease when I'm back for an appointment. JJ and all the other dental assistants made me feel comfortable when I was feeling anxious.

Pain and appointments mean absolutely nothing to this place is crazy.this is my second try with them. Had an appointment at 11:30am. And it is now past 1 and still here WAITING when the appointment was at 11:30AM. I work at a doctors office and can understand waiting but seriously 2 appointments in a row and it just gets worse. Very disappointed and will be making appointments else where. Never recommending this place

They put two of my kids in braces the same day that was almost 3 months ago they still haven’t got their bottom braces for my daughter and the top fell off my son so he has no braces at all but they’re taking the monthly amount out of my checking account and then if you try to reschedule they don’t have an opening for two months then I found out my doctor said the only question they asked her when she Was in the back of absolute dental on blue diamond was. Do you want braces she said yes and they told me that she needed them.
I got a second opinion I’m going to get my sons removed and give their office manager a piece of my mind hopefully I can find the orthodontist as well This is a scam if you are really worried about your kids orthodontics help please seek help elsewhere I had to for second opinions and the turn out is different for both of my kids my son is too young for braces and does not need them and my daughter does not need full braces.

Getting braces at absolute dental is an absolute nightmare, long wait times, switching of orthodontists last minute and lack of general care from their orthodontists. They don't care about fixing your teeth it's all a money grab to them. On top of that their office staff makes you jump through hoops to get anything orthodontist related scheduled.

Dr Golnazarian was phenomanal and his assistant J.J were amazing. Dr G was very personable and you can tell they really care about there patients. Got 5 teeth removed! Wisdoms and molar next to wisdom due to infection. Cant tell you enough how amazing they were. If need be would definitely come back. No problems. Quick and easy. Love the staff here. Thank you again guys. You were awesome!

After doing a consultation at two different offices, we decided on Absolute Dental for my daughters Orthodontics treatment. This review has nothing to do with the rest of their general dentistry work, as I take my kids elsewhere for cleanings and dental work.

Anyway, when we arrived on visit #1, they took molds of her teeth, applied the spacers and glued the brackets on to her teeth and told me to come back in two weeks to apply the rest of her braces (wires, appliances, etc). When I went to the front desk to schedule my appointment, they were booked out OVER A MONTH. To make matters worse, the next morning one of her brackets fell off. :/

Fast forward a month and we arrive at appointment #2 thinking the rest of the braces would be applied, but that wasn't the case. They applied the appliances and wire to her bottom teeth, but not her top. The dental assistant told me they'd need to remove her spacers and make another mold of her top teeth again, so they could order the equipment. Wasn't that the point of the mold during the first visit? Anyway, molds were done again and I was told to come back in two weeks. Again, I go to the front desk and they are fully booked and can not get her in for an appointment for 3 weeks.

Within an hour of leaving the office, the wire that they applied to her bottom teeth fell out of her appliances, so I had to take her back. They said the wire was too short and that it may fall out again and showed me how to reapply it if it happens. At this point, I am so confused. Why would we expect her wire to fall out again? And why is it my job to fix it? I cant think of a single time one of my wires fell out when I had braces. To make a long story short, my daughter went 3 weeks with a wire hanging loose and not attached to her appliance.

Fast forward to appointment #3. By this time, another bracket had fallen off. At this appointment, her top appliances and wires were supposed be applied but this was not the case. Apparently the dental assistant at the previous appointment forgot to put the spacers back in after taking her miolds, so her appliances wouldnt fit. They had to insert another set of spacers and told me to return in two weeks. Again, the office was booked out 3 weeks, so she'll have to wait a little longer to get the top braces applied.

Fast forward to today, appt #4. She's had her brackets on for two and a half months and is finally getting the appliances installed to her upper teeth. Her orthodontist is too busy with other patients and takes an hour and a half to even enter the room.

I have so many concerns and questions at this point. Why they are accepting new orthodontics patients if they are over booked and can not accommodate the proper timing of appointments. Wont this extend the length of time a person will have to wear their braces? Why isnt the orthodontist more involved with her patients? Why are Dental Assistants doing all of the work? Why am I waiting 30 mins to an hour and a half past my appointment time to be seen?

There is absolutely no communication at all. No one has told my daughter how to take care of her braces, showed her what orthodontics wax was, told her to buy the little brush that cleans in between each bracket, nothing!

Coming from someone who has had braces and comes from a family of people who have had/have braces, I am extremely disappointed at the lack of communication, organization professionalism and information I've received from this office. It has been a complete nightmare!! I was expecting so much more.

I left a voicemail for the manager three weeks ago and never got a returned call. I've just decided to contact the better business bureau.

I would absolutely go back for care! The staff is amazing and they truly care about you. Dr. G I can’t thank you enough for making me feel comfortable an at ease with the processes. I’d also like to Thank Catherine, Jackie and the rest of the staff. You all made me feel comfortable & I felt as though you really cared. I wish I could remember everyone in the office so I could thank you all personally. For a person who has extreme anxiety about the Dentist this was a wonderful experience. Dr. Luu, the General Surgeon is the best and always listens to your concerns. I was in constant pain after an extraction by another surgeon and Dr. Luu was the only one who really listened to me. Fixed me up and now he's the only one I trust there. Great bedside manner too!!

I would reccomend this dental place to ANYONE!! the place is clean and the people are wonderful. I feel so comfortable here and i always feel in good hands here. Everyone here is so friendly and caring, they make sure every concern or question you have is taken care of. I had my extractiom from Dr. Golnazarian and his assistance Rashonda and they were so caring and nice to me, i was nervous at first but after they calmed me down, all my nerves went away. Wow ! Absolute dental you guys impress me each time . I was recommended to come to this location for periodontist and it was one of my best choices I've made so far . Good dental service...but horrible customer service..I was trying to resolve a bill problem for months...I pay what I supose to pay when I get the dental service..(deductible,copay etc.)
Was a nightmare calling multiple representatives trying to resolve a $142 bill.
My insurance cover 80%...but instead of do a professional job billing my insurance (they believed my insurance only cover 60%)
They try to make me pay a balance of $142 due to a mistake they made.
I have to ask my dental insurance to call this absolute dental in blue diamond to speak directly with them...when my insurance call me back he inform me that they said they made a mistake....but that was not what a person who identify himself by michael (he denied to give me his last name) told me before my insurance call them...even the phone number he gave me (michael)..when my insurance call 4 times didnt answer...so he has to call straight to the blue diamond office.
U will step by tomorrow to make sure I dont owe anything ...because when I try to solve this problem a few months a go ..I was inform they will fix the problem but they didnt.
So now I dont trust them.

Very good Oral surgeon Doctor G and JJ was great as well. Quick service very helpful and hands on 😀 recommended to come here 😀 My son had four wisdom tooth pull out and healed real fast 🙂 oh yea and the number that the surgeon give u to contact him if any questions after your procedure he does respond very quickly 😀 satisfied client 😀
