I have been going there for about 18 years! Unfortunately last week I was treated in the most disgusting manner. I came in, signed in, and sat down. I would see people walk in and out even people that came after me! When I stood up to complain, I told the receptionist, CARMEN that I was previously informed that they go by patient arrival time and they don’t jump patients, to where I was told “and if we do what?” “Y si lo hacemos que?” I felt so embarrassed, disgusted, and humiliated by that comment. I told her “Then there’s no convenience in me coming here” to which CARMEN responded “then don’t” “entonces ya no vengas”. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

Medical Reducing has made it a very simple and straight forward process to get the supplements needed to help me with my weight loss journey. The prices are reasonable. The staff is always nice. The medication has helped me eat extremely less and I feel like I have more energy. After 2 months I was down about 20lbs with no exercise. I'm sure if I was exercising and been more strict during this time I could of lost more pounds. So far, I am happy and will continue seeing them until I reach my goal.

I've been coming here for a long time and minus the old doctor because he doesn't matter, it's the front desk and the nurses. If you want to wait forever to see a provider then this place is perfect! I literally got to my appointment on time! Sat there for an hour and a half , only to be informed I was not next in line!!!! people's walking In after you , are still seen before you, absolutely no structure to this place , you ask a question about placement, your told yes to comfort you, 20 minutes later , your told no, nothing in this office should take an hour and a half !!!

I love this place the doc is hella cool, upfront no games, no bs. So your time is not wasted nor his. The staff too always welcoming friendly all smiles. Don't listen to the other reviews saying the doc is a perv he has never been unprofessional with me and I used to come way back in 2016 but I wasn't motivated as I am now to lose the weight. I have lost 20lbs since October with the help of the phentermine pills and injections plus I gave up coffee, soda and chocolate as well as the other garbage I was eating. So with the gym every day or every other day, dieting, vitamins, pills and injections I am losing the weight that I have been struggling to do. And I'm not a pill person so I forget to take them at least 2 maybe 3 times a week on those days I remind myself to not over eat just as I would if I had taken the pill. Thi time around has been the best experience thus far. Also an fyi the doc loves sports we got to talking about boxing and he has a passion for that and I was raised on it due to my dad, uncles and brothers! If you want the pills to work and will do your part then you will have the same results as I have this time around! I'm not done so I will continue to use them and yes they did change my pills after the 1st 2 months and I was a lil skeptical from the reviews but yet I was determined to lose the weight and no problems with the new batch thus far.

I really hate that this persons play with your time , I came yesterday and there was not inyecciones and pills services and this lady with a flat face say come back tomorrow, today same thing is close at 12 30 so everytime I have to lose at least one hour from work
