Elite and Rapid both are perfect words for this facility. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half and that included me getting an IV treatment.

The entire staff from start to finish were extremely kind. Everyone worked quickly and diligently. I’m sure they had more patients receiving care while I was there, but somehow I felt like I was the only one there (kinda like royalty 😊).

Hopefully I don't have to get urgent treatment again anytime soon, but in the event I do, I am coming right back to Elite Rapid Care!

Taylor was personable, professional, caring and listening, while also training a very competent new NP. I came into the appointment feeling confused regarding my symptoms and left with a feeling of calm and being on track to healing. On another note the facility is beautiful. Elite Rapid Care provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. I wasn’t feeling well and decided to come in for IV hydration, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked through the door, the receptionist was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.

Emily and the entire staff were professional, attentive, and compassionate throughout my visit. They took the time to run the appropriate tests to better understand what was causing my symptoms, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way.

My experience went very smooth, right from the check-in. All the way to getting my prescription and setting an appointment for my next visit. The staff was extremely nice, and I actually enjoyed my time there. I recently had a visit with an Elite Rapid Care. Specifically, I was seen by Dr. Lyle and he is wonderful. He cares deeply about his patients physical and emotional well being. He takes his time and he’s just not rushing you out of the office. Dr. Lyle addressed my immediate needs, and he’s helping me reduce the amount of pills and medication I have to take daily. As a HS Coach approaching my 60s, I’m pretty critical of the healthcare profession but elite rapid care is a place I strongly believe in.

Great first time experience from this out of town visitor! Clinic was highly suggested by my niece who is studying to become a nurse herself. Despite the convenience of it being close to her house I’ve always trusted her judgement. She has been there a couple of times and believe me, if the clinic weren’t up to her standards she wouldn’t have gone back.
Upon entry the place was very clean & bright. It didn’t have an aura that sick people were there. More of a waiting room for job applicants applying to a reality show or something like that.
The staff are very knowledgeable and very compassionate. They were very kind and helped put this scaredy cat at ease.
I would definitely go back again if I needed more medical assistance in future visits.

My Hanai sista (adopted) Taylor help me to heal my right twisted ankle correctly.
1: she calm me down, I felt more relaxed and comfortable.
2:Taylor did throughout examination.
3: to make the best solution she ordered a X-ray exam.
4: came back to report No Fractures. Some ligaments pulled. I felt more confidence in myself and her.
5:we discussed a plan to heal my injury correctly.
6: a combination of Ace bandage and ankle boot slipper and rotating a cold press every few hours.
7:and a week off to give my right ankle a chance to heal properly.

I had an amazing experience at Elite Rapid Care yesterday! I was grateful that they have very accommodating hours of service. When I entered the clinic the office staff gave me a very warm welcome. The young Lady at the front desk kindly helped me fill out my forms. I was taken into

I found this urgent care on Yelp after moving to the area, and the great reviews are definitely deserved. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was kind and welcoming. She even asked if I needed water, which honestly never seems to happen anymore.

The nurse was also incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Larson was wonderful very friendly, great bedside manner, and he took his time answering all of my questions. I never once felt rushed or made to feel silly for asking questions. He even looked up pricing for my prescription since I’m paying out of pocket, which I really appreciated.

The whole experience was just genuinely kind and positive, which feels rare these days. I actually texted my husband on the way home because I was so excited that we found an urgent care we can trust for our family.

I'm so glad we found a PCP who listens and cares. Dr. Amal balances patient autonomy and medical knowledge. Most providers will just write a scrip and move on to the next patient. She encourages lifestyle change- diet and exercise than a cocktail of pills. We're so impressed that we'll move our children's primary care to Elite. The front desk staff is one of the nicest, friendliest people ever.

Bonus point is that they're open even on weekends. I also appreciate that they have their in-house phlebotomist. Saves me a trip to a Quest or LabCorp. Overall, I'm happy with their care and service.

My first experience at this facility was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. As soon as I finished my paperwork, I was called back in less than 5 minutes. It took about 30 minutes to get vitals, X-rays and seen by the practitioner. I will be back for all my urgent care needs!

Honestly the experience here couldn’t have been better. I needed multiple things done and paperwork filled out for upcoming competition. Our experience with Elite Rapid Care has been excellent. Prior to our appointment, I needed to make several calls to confirm insurance, and everyone I spoke with was patient, helpful, and reassuring.

After the appointment, we received a prompt stat referral to the appropriate provider, along with a follow-up call from Tawnya. When I spoke with her, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She answered all of my questions and encouraged me to reach out if anything else came up.

Everyone who works here is absolutely amazing! This is my favorite urgent care to visit. Everyone is kind and they are extremely thorough. Every time I’ve come for a health concern they always take extra initiative to find the cause of my illness. The word Rapid is true as well! I was able to take a 2 hour lunch break and come to the doctor. I was seen within 20 minutes as a walk in, had some quick tests ran, hot medicine, and scheduled a new appointment within that timeframe. It was amazing! I love this doctors office

I visted Elite Rapid Care for a pre-surgical clearance medical evaluation prior to some surgery I will undergo. Standard vitals, urine, blood, EKG, X-Rays, etc. Each of the staff was polite, very knowledgeable, and worked with care in a professional matter. Emily Green is a consummate professional, didn't even know she was a nurse as she had skills like a doc. If you choose them for your pre-operated clearance, you won't be sorry. Didn't take long either, and the blood person was great, I hate needles and she did a super job.

I cut my finger open on Christmas Day, and Elite Rapid Care was the only urgent care open. Imagine my surprise when the front desk was incredibly friendly and I was able to see the doctor fairly quickly.

Dr. Amal Obaid-Schmid was—no exaggeration—the best medical care I’ve ever received. She was kind, unrushed, and did an excellent job stitching my finger. Her bedside manner was truly outstanding. I felt like she genuinely cared about me as a person, and we even had a fun conversation while she sewed me up.

The facility itself was impressive—the waiting room felt more like a hotel lobby than a medical office, and every staff member I interacted with was helpful, friendly, and professional.

The second part of my review is about payment and insurance. While my wife was in the waiting room, she heard other patients making cash payments, which prompted us to ask a few questions. Between the front desk staff, the care I received, and the quick, clear responses to my questions about cash pay versus insurance, the entire experience left a very positive impression. The cash rate ended up saving at least $100, so make sure you ask before your insurance its billed.

I should also say that I almost never write reviews, which makes this one especially meaningful. I’ll absolutely use Elite again in the future and will happily recommend them to others.

Dr Amal is amazing! Very thorough with exam and listens intently on symptoms and issues at hand . She takes time to explain, never rushing thru results of tests ,to ensure clear understanding and options . She is a “breath of fresh air” and what physicians used to be years ago.
