Dr. two has been my pulmonologist for many many years but unfortunately the Call center he’s currently using is very disappointing.
They had to reschedule my follow up appointment from a CT scan that was supposed to be done on January 12 however, since they have moved to Summerlin, things have been nothing but chaotic.
My follow up appointment was on January 23 as a telemedicine. I was informed at the last minute that the follow up appointment would be 315 for myself and 330 for my brother since it’s a winter months 330 was unacceptable because I don’t drive at night so they canceled that appointment and sent me out to March. My last CT scan was in 2024. I’m supposed to get one yearly..
I received a call today from the imaging center who informed me that even though they told me that I had an appointment in March for the CT scan and the follow up appointment the imaging center said they had no such appointment set up for me.
I’ve not been able to reach anyone in that office. I was Told to call daily for a cancellation of which I have called every day and there are no appointments available till March. But yet the imaging center said they have no appointment set up for March for me trying to get a hold of someone and straighten this out is next to impossible.

Dr Tu is wonderful as is his office--Appointments are fairly easy to secure, and once there, you are seen in a timely fashion..unlike other offices such as Desert Ortho where we waited 3 hours to see our doc--Dr Tu appreciates punctuality, and we are punctual!!
