This doctor need to come up with a better system. Every time you call it is a voicemail you have to leave a message. 48 hours later someone will call you. they get the resolved for your scan, they don't bother to call you and discuss the result or ask you to make an appointment

My appointment was at 2:45 pm. I had filled my paperwork online a week prior. Sat for 2 hours waiting in the lobby. One patient left after waiting to long. Hearing other patients complain about 3 hours waiting to be seen by nurse practitioner. I finally was called to a room. To sit in there for another hour. Just to have someone put me in a video chat on a laptop. By this time it was 5:30 pm. When I finally left the lobby was empty and lights were off. No there to check me out. Give my referral or prescription and follow up visit date. But they were quick to take my co pay.

This place is like the rest, tteat the patient like a number. The people who scheduling don't know what their doing they schedule a 1015 when the Dr don't come until 1045 they tell you. Your Dr is never available and they sign you up without your knowledge to join trails and get calls non stop to join. If you have a serious condition I don't recommend this place . Patient advocate is highly needed . Stand up.for yourself and find another Dr

Summerlin location: ,Check in was fast , new patient paperwork took about 5 minutes.total wait to get in not even 10 minutes.
NP Arlene Roberts was fabulous, very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and I understood what she was explaining to me , she was really caring. I brought in about 10-15 pages
From prior scans and it helps them out from scanning through you medical records on-line, she was really appreciative even though she had my files. Checking out was also great they have it down there.

I was very impressed with Dr. Sayal in my first appointment with her. She was very positive with me. She took the time to review my history with me and explain/educate me on my condition past and present. She made me very comfortable, she was patient, a good listener, and very compassionate. She was concerned about my overall well being along with my lung difficulties. She explained the necessary tests she was ordering, and answered my questions. She familiarized herself with my current medications, and ordered my necessary refills. I found Dr. Sayal to be a professional Doctor who seems to really care about her patients. I look forward to her ongoing care as my Pulmonary Doctor

arrived for a 3 pm appointment at 2:30-no one was there to greet me-waited until 4:15 when finally was told to do paperwork for my 3pm appointment:( when brought back to the room waited again because didn't have my CT results available (which is why my appointment was cancelled prior, mind you in 10 min they were available) the doctor came in for 5 min and left THAT WAS THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT. The front office is rude and dismissive! The doctor was nice enough but definitely lacked any concern for me! Will be looking for a new doctor

This Doctor really needs to replace his whole entire staff. They’re very lazy and rude. I had to call his Henderson location to schedule an appointment because his Summerlin location refused to make the appointment. I don’t even know if I want to continue to do business with this doctor, even though he’s really nice because of his staff.

I have never experienced a doctor appointment like this before one the doctor was very late and then he was in a rush with my results I wasn't able to ask any questions he made me feel like I was dumb he had no patience everything was in a rush that is the scariest doctor I like to have I don't like to have when they're in a rush they're not going to details when you tell me certain things what's wrong with me you supposed to tell me details especially when you telling me I have COPD you never want to cross if there was a prescription I can take to prolong my life then you mentioned I really don't need any Oxygen was a lie because when I got there my oxygen kept going down it went down to 79 was startled the intake nurse which she bought out your company's oxygen for me to put on because I couldn't put mines at full level cuz I was almost out and then on top of that Medicaid approved another year for my oxygen so this doctor really confuse me he really confused me he made me feel less than a patient okay it wasn't my fault that he was behind but when you going to go over new results with me you should allow me you going to tell me I have a nodule but you don't break stuff down to me you're going to tell me I have COPD severe to moderate but you don't break it down to me come on we're talking about my life here and that really hurted me as a patient
