Jessica did an outstanding job with my sleep study. She was extremely thorough and also made me feel very welcome and at ease. She is by far the best technician I have had.

In addition, when I went to my follow up appointment, I was treated very kindly and the gentleman who went over my sleep study results was very thorough and helpful. He adjusted the settings on my CPAP machine and reiterated the importance of using it every night.

my tech was excellent. the bed was comfortable and the only downside I had was the blanket wasn't enough for me. I was so cold, I couldn't fall asleep for quit some time.....finally I asked for 2 more blankets and all was well.
before I knew it, 7 hours had passed and time to leave!!
My comfort level is just me. You might like a chilled room and if that is the case you'd give this experience 5 stars!

Today I say the nurse practitioner in this clinic. I was prepared to be dismissed so I had printed out a plan of discussion with hopes it would keep me on point and get everything addressed. My worries dissipated immediately when I was walked into the room to get my vitals I began explaining what I needed. The assistant asked for all my printed out papers because she wanted to scan them in my file. Wow, gave me hope cause now I have a paper trail. No need. The NP came in asked questions and then...she LISTENED! I had to stop talking and look at her. I'm terrible with names, but i had to let her know I appreciated her listening to me. I was sure she was going understand my concerns because she said what I already knew...i.have a combination of things playing off one another and things need to be peeled like an onion before I will get some real relief! I wish I could remember her name! Just saw her picture her name is Samantha P. I cant even remember all those vowels and consonants in her last name! Lol@

UPDATE (still awful):

After I walked out of my first (new patient) appointment I was called by their office. They said they heard I had a negative experience and said Dr. Sayal would schedule a telehealth appointment at my earliest convenience. I had the call with him 15 minuntes later. He was great! HOWEVER, he told me his office would call to schedule follow up testing. After two weeks of not hearing from ANYONE, I called and was unable to speak to a human being. I received an automated text from their office. I responded with my request. They sent a response saying a lab order was sent to Quest Diagnostics and my imaging order was sent to Steinberg Diagnostic.

So...I make an appointment for my lab work today. I am called back and told they do not have an order for me. I call the office and the only person I can get to is their overseas reception group. I tell them the issue, as I am sitting with the phlebotomist. The man tells me he will send an urgent message and I give him the email address instead of the fax. 25 minutes later, still no lab order. It took me NINE phone calls to attempt to speak to someone actually in the office. I end up leaving a message. Some girl (no name given in the introduction) calls me back. I tell her the situation. She asks me what number I was texting and states she doesn't know that number. Then tells me (repeated three times) the lab order is usually hand carried in. I repeat the text message I received and then she asks me for a fax number. I told her it needed to be emailed to the specific location I was sitting in front of (for 30 minutes now). She repeated herself like a robot and I finally asked for the office manager to call me back. It is clear the United States office has no clue what is going on with the 'overseas' office. I will never understand why a doctor's office (where people usually go because they need medical attention) would hire someone NOT in the actual office. I am sad that Dr. Sayal cannot be my doctor but I do not have the time, nor the energy, to deal with his office staff, or lack thereof!!!!!

Find somewhere else to go! I called Yesterday to schedule a new patient appointment with the Dr. Sayal and was told he had availability today at 2 PM. I thought it was strange, but I went ahead and filled out the paperwork and showed up. It took an hour for me to get into a room and 30 minutes later I was still waiting. The gentleman in the room next to me had been waiting for two hours and needed to be seen before me. When I Went to reception and asked how much longer it would be there was a lady standing there, I’m assuming a PA, who said she had one person in front of me. I expressed that I had ansked for an appointment with the doctor and they told me the doctor does not see patients there on Thursdays. I asked them to return my new patient paperwork and confirmed they would not bill my insurance and I left. What a complete waste of time!!!!

It was our first visit with Dr. Sayal and his staff and I was very impressed. Everyone was wonderful and there was not a lot of time spent in the waiting room. Dr. Pham did intake and was thorough as well as patient. Dr. Sayal confirmed all of our suspicions and again was thorough with my mother assessments. I could not have asked for anything more from a town that medically often disappoints. Thank you Dr. Sayal and team.

However I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Vikas Sayal and instead was seen by his PA who happened to be very thorough and efficient. I feel however I should have been informed I wasn't seeing Doctor Sayal. I wanted to have the doctor and no one informed me.
At least for the first visit. I was disappointed.
The office was very nice along with the staff.

I had my breathing test with Arlene and she was wonderful. Patient and explained each step. I stressed for days over this and she made it comfortable and her professionalism reassured me and helped me relax.

This doctor need to come up with a better system. Every time you call it is a voicemail you have to leave a message. 48 hours later someone will call you. they get the resolved for your scan, they don't bother to call you and discuss the result or ask you to make an appointment

My appointment was at 2:45 pm. I had filled my paperwork online a week prior. Sat for 2 hours waiting in the lobby. One patient left after waiting to long. Hearing other patients complain about 3 hours waiting to be seen by nurse practitioner. I finally was called to a room. To sit in there for another hour. Just to have someone put me in a video chat on a laptop. By this time it was 5:30 pm. When I finally left the lobby was empty and lights were off. No there to check me out. Give my referral or prescription and follow up visit date. But they were quick to take my co pay.

This place is like the rest, tteat the patient like a number. The people who scheduling don't know what their doing they schedule a 1015 when the Dr don't come until 1045 they tell you. Your Dr is never available and they sign you up without your knowledge to join trails and get calls non stop to join. If you have a serious condition I don't recommend this place . Patient advocate is highly needed . Stand up.for yourself and find another Dr

Summerlin location: ,Check in was fast , new patient paperwork took about 5 minutes.total wait to get in not even 10 minutes.
NP Arlene Roberts was fabulous, very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and I understood what she was explaining to me , she was really caring. I brought in about 10-15 pages
From prior scans and it helps them out from scanning through you medical records on-line, she was really appreciative even though she had my files. Checking out was also great they have it down there.

I was very impressed with Dr. Sayal in my first appointment with her. She was very positive with me. She took the time to review my history with me and explain/educate me on my condition past and present. She made me very comfortable, she was patient, a good listener, and very compassionate. She was concerned about my overall well being along with my lung difficulties. She explained the necessary tests she was ordering, and answered my questions. arrived for a 3 pm appointment at 2:30-no one was there to greet me-waited until 4:15 when finally was told to do paperwork for my 3pm appointment:( when brought back to the room waited again because didn't have my CT results available (which is why my appointment was cancelled prior, mind you in 10 min they were available) the doctor came in for 5 min and left THAT WAS THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT. I have never experienced a doctor appointment like this before one the doctor was very late and then he was in a rush with my results I wasn't able to ask any questions he made me feel like I was dumb he had no patience everything was in a rush that is the scariest doctor I like to have I don't like to have when they're in a rush they're not going to details when you tell me certain things what's wrong with me you supposed to tell me details especially when you telling me I have COPD you never want to cross if there was a prescription I can take to prolong my life then you mentioned I really don't need any Oxygen was a lie because when I got there my oxygen kept going down it went down to 79 was startled the intake nurse which she bought out your company's oxygen for me to put on because I couldn't put mines at full level cuz I was almost out and then on top of that Medicaid approved another year for my oxygen so this doctor really confuse me he really confused me he made me feel less than a patient okay it wasn't my fault that he was behind but when you going to go over new results with me you should allow me you going to tell me I have a nodule but you don't break stuff down to me you're going to tell me I have COPD severe to moderate but you don't break it down to me come on we're talking about my life here and that really hurted me as a patient
