Seeing the doctors was a great experience. However, appointment reminders are via text, require a lot of documentation to be filled out on your phone and if you miss an appointment they charge you a $175 fee. Luckily, since I had extenuating circumstances, they waived the fee for me this time. I really like the service they provide. I just think it should be a little less punishing for not remembering an appointment when being treated for ADHD.

Dr. Shreesh Prasad made me very comfortable talking about my issues. I was very impressed with his disposition and calmness throughout the half hour session. If any one of my friends need psychiatric help I will definitely recommend him.

The therapist, DeShawn Childs, was 10 min late to begin the initial assessment and no apology given other than his last appointment ran late. Not a "Pardon my delay or I am so sorry." Then 10 min before the hour session wss supposed to end, he said "I have to go so I'm not late with my next appointment." Click. He did not score well with my husband nor myself. So when the next appointment was supposed to take place, they indicated that my husband did not give 48 hrs notice of cancelation. They did not document it correctly. So we're stuck with $125 bill. When I called to discuss the incident, I got no where. I even told the person, about the non professionalism and preferred not to write any review. However, that changed since they are pursuing the bill. I would normally never write a derogatory review on anyone or personally call them out by name, I would just never return. But in this case, you need to know! The unprofessional therapist and the 'call center' was so horrible, I should have seen that coming BEFORE setting an appointment. I would beg you to find any other therapist or group that treats people like this. And they call themselves a therapy practice! They must be practicing the WRONG therapy. DO NOT go to this group!

Received a surprise $156 bill for a single visit after I was guaranteed my only cost was going to be a $10 copay, verified by the person I scheduled with AND the person at the front desk.

I didn't have one good interaction here, from the scheduling team messing up scheduling telehealth appointments vs in-person, to the therapists themselves not actually listening, and finally the billing department taking no responsibility for what they told me.

I highly recommend people stay away from this place and seek treatment elsewhere, there are so many better places around. My experience here was genuinely horrific.

CAUTION:
Please be aware when company states they are in-network with health insurance. LifeStance cost my family $233 for one session stating it went towards my deductible. Mental health does not reach my deductible. Cigna stated there was a billing error. LIfeStance refused to help. Now we are out $233 and still do not have a therapist. Large corporations with no heart.

My Therapist Amy W. is amazing. She takes the time to listen and helps me to mutually determine the best route(s) to my care. Her support gives me an environment of comfort. A place where I can be fully expressive and know that I havr been heard. I have seen so many therapists in this town, due to constant change overs. But, other than the Clinician who 1st diagnosed me, I have never had one better than Amy. I will follow her wherever she goes, if she will always let me. Do not trust these fraudsters with your time or money! I visited a therapist with LifeStance in late December 2023, and their front office confirmed (repeatedly) that my insurance was in-network and my session would be covered. LifeStance told me that I would (only) need to bring a $20 copay. Much to surprise, I now have a $335 bill for one session!

To make matters worse, the conversation/treatment was mediocre at best. The provider sat there drinking a soda, was (in my opinion) largely disinterested in me or my issues, and provided no meaningful guidance. I've tried numerous times to contact LifeStance to address my billing issue, waited on the phone for over 30 minutes; and when I finally spoke with someone, they only confirmed the amount due, and refused to provide any (other) meaningful support. I placed another phone call this afternoon and after 10 minutes, the phone auto disconnected.

Do yourself a favor, and don't go any where near these folks. You'll be disappointed, and only find out after it's too late you've wasted your time (and likely money) - as I was misguided into believing my insurance would cover a substandard and ultimately overcostly session. Stay away.

Would be a 1 star from my experience with Dustin Bui, but when I filed a report they took it seriously and heard me out and I really appreciate that. I bet there are good psychiatrists here, but Dustin Bui is definitely not one of them so please don't go with him! He honestly should have his license revoked.
