My wife had an appointment to determine a diagnosis for ongoing pain issues she is experiencing. After seeing the nurse practitioner and getting an MRI done weeks later, she had a follow up appointment to review the MRI results, but the praxis canceled a day before, and offered a new appointment in a month!! We understand that things can come up, but its not acceptable to have to wait another month for an issue that is causing daily pain and discomfort.

Her request to get a referral for a chiropractor was also denied by this office.

My wife previously saw Dr. Tinapay, who was good, but he no longer works there. No communication was sent out about the change in doctors.

Would not recommend this praxis.

First of all, it started when I called the office and spoke to Ben. He's just as amazing. He answered all of my questions and made sure I had everything before coming to my appointment. His customer service is top tier and more than appreciated. This is my first time seeing Dr. Guiang and I didn't go in there with expectations but if I did, she's exceeded them. First impression matters and she's left her mark. Dr. Guiang really took her time to get to know me and my medical history. I didn't feel rushed and got the chance to address all of my concerns. It's so rare to come across physicians, especially in Vegas that truly care about their patients and what they do, I'm so happy I found her! Dr. Guiang really is amazing.

My insurance company switched me to Dr Tinapay without my knowledge. I was upset at first, having to leave my great doctor due to insurance.
I was pleasantly surprised by the courteousness of his staff (Emily) and Dr (Jeff) was amazing. He went through my entire history and figured out my meds and was genuinely engaged in our conversation. Hard to find that in a Dr. anymore.
Usually, it's wait, wait, wait, then when you get in to see the Dr. it rush, rush, rush and they never listen.
Dr. Jeff listened and we discussed our plan of action for my health. I am so HAPPY that my insurance company chose Everlast Wellness for me.

Dr. Jeff is the best doctor I’ve ever had, he listens to everything you have to say and genuinely cares. Compared to other doctors I’ve had he has taken the time to listen to what my issues are rather than just dismissing me as others have. He has made me feel like I’m actually a patient that should be helped rather than passing me off to someone else or making it seem like my issues aren’t valid. This review is specifically for Jeoffrey Tinapay, DNP, NP-C. Over the years, I have had some difficulty in finding the right PCP for me, as I have a plethora of comorbidities. I can finally say that I have found the best PCP in the state of Nevada. I feel that he actually listens to my concerns, and together we formulate a shared treatment plan. This is how primary care should be.
Most doctors/PA’s/NP’s are extremely rushed during encounters, however, I can tell Dr. Tinapay actually listens to his patients.

The most important thing to me is that Dr. Tinapay has the knowledge to manage complex problems without needing tons of referrals to specialists. This guy knows what he’s doing.

As long as he is practicing medicine, he will always have my business.

I don't know the right words to say how much I absolutely LOVE Elaine! I Started seeing Elaine four weeks ago because I wasn't happy with the care I was receiving from my former physician.

Before I even had my first visit with Elaine I was sent the most thorough new patient medical history packet I have ever filled out. There were questions about my medical history I had never been asked before. I was already impressed before I even met her.

On the day of my visit I was by the nice gentleman (Ben) and he got me checked in. I was immediate taken into the exam room and within minutes Elaine walked in. She introduced herself I I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. She sat down next to me with her laptop and began to go over all the questions from the new patient medical history packet. With ach question she asked additional information and entered it into her computer. At one point she asked me if I had any time issues because she likes to spend a lot of time during a new patient's first visit to get a thorough history.

After our length review of my medical history she asked me to get up on the exam table. She did the most gentle, yet thorough exam I've ever had. She checked my ears, my eyes, my mouth, and my entire body. She even checked my feet which I've never had a doctor check my feet during an exam. I'm not diabetic so I thought it was a bit strange, but I appreciated her for doing so. She covered every inch pf my body from head to toe.

After the exam we sat back down and discussed all my current medications and if I needed refills. She also gave me three referrals for specialists I need to see. You sent in a full panel of labs and even ones I've never had addressed before.

I was in disbelief at how much time and attention she spent with me. She didn't rush me at all. She answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and the entire time she treated me with respect and compassion.

Two hours later we wrapped up our visit with her scheduling a three week follow-up to got over me lab results.

Today was my follow-up appointment and when I arrived at the office I was quickly greeted by Emily whom checked me in and took me into the exam room. Within minute Elaine came in and sat down next to me with her laptop and took an hour going over my lab results, questions I had, and recapped things we discussed at my first exam.

Elaine is ABSOLUTELY FABOULOUS!!! I honestly can not say enough at how impressed I am with her. I unfortunately see a lot of specialists for numerous health issues and I have to say "Elaine is my favorite"!

If you're looking for a primary physician that listens, doesn't rush you, is compassionate and kind while addressing your health issues, you HAVE to go to Elaine. I can 100% guarantee you will LOVE her as much as I do. My daughter even went to her after I raved about her and my daughter thought she was awesome.

You WILL NOT find care like Elaine provides!

I can't say enough good thing about Elaine and this place. Elaine is extremely thorough and an expert in her field, yet she has a heart of gold that connects with her clients. She's caring, she takes her time to listen, and her response is always encouraging.

Elaine answers calls promptly, schedule you in and his mindful of your time and not making you wait an hour like others when you are already there.

I have been seeing Elaine for years an I was really happy the day I found she had a new clinic an this time it was her clinic. That said I am always at peace about my medical needs an know that a appointment with Elaine will help me to understand what is going on with me an then she an I talk about it. I never leave a appointment with Elaine confused on things because she trys to address an explain all. If your ever told to get blood work an given script to go do it. Don't worry she always explains that to. An if your a bit funny like I am about being on meds no worries Elaine will hear you out about it. If there is another resource to help she will try to help. It's very hard to find good care in the vegas valley. When thinking about primary care, it's important to find a provider that actually cares about your health, and treats you with respect. I can't say enough about Elaine Guiang with Everlast Wellness Group. She has been treating my grandmother for a few years now. She has always taken the time to ask questions and really understand my grandmothers health. Both my grandmother and I are very grateful that our paths crossed.
