I’ve never been treated with such blatant disrespect as I was by a woman named Trish over the phone. I was calling to reschedule because I was at the ER — clearly not a casual excuse — and I even let her know I might just be a few minutes late. Despite that, she spoke to me with an extremely rude, condescending tone, constantly interrupting and trying to prove me wrong as if I was lying or being irresponsible. There was zero compassion, zero professionalism. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and made an already stressful situation even worse. No one in customer service should be allowed to treat people this way .

Dr. Willoughby is great. I have no complaints with him. But I had a 10:45 am appointment and i was half an hour early. I sat and waited and at noon I was still waiting and the staff and doctor took their lunch break for an hour so I didn’t see the doctor until 1:00 pm. That’s just wrong. I was the only patient left in the room at noon and I spent all of five minutes with the doctor. That is totally unsatisfactory and I was late for my next appointment.

Started this whole fiasco on Oct 8. Tried to make an appointment but was told to get a referral per "office policy" despite my insurance not requiring it. Had to pay for a trip to a primary Dr. to get it. Tried making an appointment again and was told they didn't have the referral. Spent time getting it sent again from the primary. Next call I was told it had to go to Dr Willoughby for approval. Just got off the phone with the office. He denied the referral and won't see me. No reason, no explanation, and no way to talk to the Dr, can't leave a message, can't email... just, sorry about your luck. Absolutely insane. And looking at the reviews, he's done this to others. What a waste of time. Why not tell me on the first call that I have to go through all this and still may not be seen?!? I would have just gone somewhere else to begin with.

My initial visit with Dr Willoughby was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a medical Dr. Dr. Willoughby and his staff took an incredible amount of care and time to perform breathing tests/blood draws prior to meeting with Dr. Willoughby. He (Dr. Willoughby) went above and beyond to explain the test results and further explain a recent CAT Scan that I had. He then explained my Pulmonary Lung Disease and a pathway to future treatment. In addition, he took the time to set me up with a pharmacy that accepts the Department of Labor Insurance and delivers the prescribed medications for my treatment. He further prescribed more tests (high resolution CAT Scan) to take a better look at my respiratory system. I can't express my appreciation enough for his thoroughness and the time spent with Dr. Willoughby.
