DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. The staff is friendly, that’s where the positives end. First, they require a referral, despite having a PPO, which does not require a referral. They NEVER call you despite saying they will and never return voicemails. Their IVR constantly asks you if you would rather leave a voicemail. NO, why would I? They make you come in twice, once to pick up the equipment and once to drop it off. If you don’t drop it off on time, they wil charge you. When I finally got my in home sleep study, the equipment failed. The “on-call” staff never responded. Despite the equipment not working, they were still not accommodating to allowing the equipment to be returned late. My wife had to take off of work to return it. They never contacted me about the results. When I called, they said they had the results, but would have to send them to my GP for me to get the results. That’s now 2 extra times I have had to pay my GP, for no reason. My GP faxed them yet another referral for an in lab study 3 times before they finally told me that they had received it. Then told me I would have to wait for another insurance approval. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks, I called yet again and the very same person that told me he had received the referral told me that they were still waiting for the referral. Unfortunately I still have to use this terrible place to get my in-lab study done and then will yet again have to pay my GP to get the results. They also charged me more than what my insurance allows.

Scheduling an appointment was fairly easy at this facility. When I arrived I had all the paperwork printed and filled out. I was met right away with no wait time. This was my first time getting a sleep study conducted and I was very nervous, especially with the idea of somehow goofing up on gathering the data (I'm a crazy sleeper lol).

But Leslie was very nice and reassuring. She went through each step very carefully and provided a safe space to ask questions. She was also very transparent on technology sometimes being finnicky and stated that they keep an eye out for recall orders. She said if I had issues, to call and they would assist. Just my luck, my device was being weird BUT I when I did call , Leslie did absolutely help!

At Home Sleep Studies was also very accommodating if I could not drop back off the device at the allotted time, which, as a medical student with strict scheduled, was very assuring.

I hope I do not have to do a sleep study again, but if I had to, I would not mind doing it again with At Home Sleep Studies and Leslie (:

The location of this facility is far from my home. I reside in Spring Valley. As I drove passed the casinos on the strip, I knew I was far from home :). Nevertheless, Leslie attended to me. She helped me fill out my forms. I could not fill them out in advance before getting to the office because my printer is not working. Leslie patiently explained each form to me, and then demonstrated the use of the home sleep study device. She was very professional yet extremely friendly. She was thorough, very assuring, good natured, and entertained all my questions. She made the visit pain-free. The office was very clean. My appt was at 11am and dealing with Leslie was a good start to my day :).

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!! Absolute worst customer service ever! I waited months for an appointment only to be disrespected and belittled by the Managing member/owner Frank Maillaro when calling to advise that my 2 yr old was congested and per their instructions test could not be completed with any kind of congestion. I wish I could submit the recording of the call, due to the severity of his inhumane treatment/choice of words. I began to record the call. If you have young children or elderly people, people who require any special care I would jot recommend this place. The communication is almost non existent. They don’t return voicemails. And most importantly the owner and culture of this location is just down right mean. It requires compassion and caring to be in the medical field and Frank and his associates just don’t have it!

Frank at At home sleep studies is extremely efficient and thorough. He helped my husband to understand the importance of his Cpap machine and explained the different masks. We had went over to Apria to try and help with the mask and hose and the lady at the front desk there was of zero assistance. Apria is the durable medical equipment provider and they gave us the run around with replacing the equipment. Apria never disclosed that we only had 30 days to exchange the mask if it was not helpful for him. They also could not help with regard to having too much airflow with the mask. All offices should have someone like Frank to help patients understand how to use the equipment. Thank you so much Frank for all of your help. I hope you see this message!!!

There is now a "home sleep study available. I had to have 1 & let me tell U, this was SO convenient & simple to use. She fitted me for the machine and made sure I knew how to work everything and what to expect through each night with the test and the machine. The lady was very nice when she initially checked me in and showed me how to operate all the machinery. From there, it’s been straight downhill. I've finally found the most helpful group for sleep apnea related issues in all of Vegas, and just in time. My cpap has nearly kicked the bucket after a 5-year run, and I have been in serious need of a new one for the past few months. I recently visited At Home Sleep Studies LLC, and while the instructions on how to use their equipment were clear, the experience was far from professional. One staff member in particular was incredibly cynical, smirking at me throughout the explanation. This dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and belittled, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting.

Patients deserve to be treated with respect and empathy, especially in situations involving medical concerns. Unfortunately, this establishment seems to lack both. I’ve already filed a complaint with my insurance company about this incident and would strongly caution others to reconsider choosing this provider

Leslie was amazing!! She went thru the paper work which I was grateful for since I circled the block many times looking for the address so I was already over it LOL. She explained all the instructions on how to put the stuff together. She put it together for me and then I tried it on and she measured the nose tube and she just had to make sure everything fit and the knew how to turn it on and off before I left.
