Only other problem I have is that if the scheduling the apartment is very separate from the offices in the menu. When you call. They should say that the office is for the scheduling the apartment open up at eight A.M. because I’d be calling at 7:30 like it says to the time of closing and I just hangs up on me. I understand if it’s too completely different systems, but that should be updated because a lot of people be calling. And it’s very frustrating

If I could give 1,000,000 stars, I would!!! I’ve been seeing Dr. Danielle Mastin for more then a year. As my primary care physician. She goes out of her way to make sure all my questions are answered. She works with me to address my health concerns. Rather than just telling me what to do. She wants to make sure her and I are on the same page and comfortable.
The front desk receptionists were warm, welcoming, and made checking in effortless. I was greeted with a smile the moment I walked through the door.
The intake nurse was gentle, kind, and really took the time to listen to my concerns before the doctor came in.

This by far has been the BEST primary care office I ever been to, from start to end. Shout out to Danae front office, lead Kimberly, all nurses Christens, Faith, Ericka, and Ana at check out. I understand that the phone system might be difficult so keep in mind that the call center is there to assist the staff as they are VERY attentive in person with you rather then answering the phones. Dr. Mark Tan seems like a nice enough person, but the follow-through from this office is extremely poor.

I was prescribed a medication and the pre-authorization was denied. No one from the office contacted me about it. I had to call in myself just to find out. Even worse, there was no attempt to dispute or appeal the decision. It felt like they gave up immediately.

I made it very clear that I needed a call back. I asked for the doctor, his assistant, or even the office manager. Not a single person returned my call. That is unacceptable, especially when you are dealing with something as important as your health.

At the end of the day, if you are trying to be proactive and actually manage your healthcare, this office will not support you. You are just another co-pay to them.

If you are looking for a primary care doctor who communicates, follows through, and advocates for you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

These people don't care about you and made getting referrals so difficult and I had to switch because Danielle Maston is a joke. Never got test results back thank God my OBGYN did the first referral because I would not have known anything was abnormal for my annual checkup, it definitely wasn't because this office told me anything! She isn't even a doctor, so I'm actually seeing a Doctor now who knows what they are doing and genuinely cares about getting me treatment. They lie to your face and think you don't see through the BS. She also cancelled my appointment on me when I had an infection and had Emily call me and say oh we will call you in medication so you don't have to come in, guess what Danielle Maston left that day and never called in anything for me. This is unacceptable. So happy with my new primary care doctor. If you want to just be a number not a person then go here!

Inconsiderate staff, I was late for 4 minutes and did not get accomodation. 4 freakin minutes they have to send me home. I would not see this clinic anymore! I will cancel all the family members appointments with my wife my 4 kids and myself!

I’ve come into this location several times. Everyone is always friendly, efficient, and knows what they are doing. The personable ladies up front make check-in welcoming and a breeze. The NP Danielle Mastin was incredibly quick and thorough and kind. I highly recommend this office and its staff. Wonderful!

Very clean environment, good AC and plenty of room. Front desk is very nice and welcoming even though they were busy. Everyone had a smile on which surprised me. Furthermore I give my NP Danielle a 10 out of 10. She didnt make me wait long, she was warm and energetic me. She made me feel very welcome and asked all the correct questions. She is very understanding of my rare condition. She is Dr Daniell Mastin's NP. I am sticking with them as my pcp and will refer everyone. Thank you for all your help and kindness.

Socorro at the front desk is one of the most unprofessional unpleasant miserable humans I’ve ever encountered. She was arguing with the client signing in before me saying she couldn’t accomplish what her medical need was and after the client said specifically her insurance told her to go there for the specific medical need it turned out the client was correct. My experience was very similar but worse. Socorro has no business being in any capacity of health care, let alone any thing to do with basic common courtesy and treating humans with respect. If I could give Socorro zero stars it would be a more accurate representation of her despicable demeanor and over all lack of tact. Go to a different one of their locations.
