I have been a patient of Dr. Valera for two years now, and the service has consistently been excellent. He is truly attentive to all my needs as a patient; even on occasions when I needed medical attention without a prior appointment, he has made sure to see me. Hailey the office manager is highly unprofessional wasted my time here for over an hour. Told me to wait an hour to be seen and guaranteed that I would be seen just so they can reschedule me last minute and over the phone. I called off work today just so I can be seen. Absolutely no respect for my time!
Would have been more professional if they said the appointment was a phone appointment in the first place! Better yet DONT schedule people if you can’t fulfill a service. It’s that simple!

Hailey made a Horrible first impression on my first appointment and unacceptable service! Trash communication skills and highly incompetent managing skills! I can tell she’s highly incompetent in a demanding environment. This is the type of person that should NEVER be in healthcare environment as she is completely unapologetic in her demeanor.
Hailey had full acknowledgment that the schedule would be BUSY today and Nobody’s time would be wasted and a client wouldn’t be lost if she had delegated the matter assertively and made a call to reschedule the appointment BEFORE I came to the office! Doing YOUR JOB is simple!

Update: they’re trying to say I’m not even a patient 🤣 I was literally just there and added the photo of my confirmed appointment. This place is funny!

So unprofessional and cannot seem to get their scheduling figured out. They cancelled my appointment without notifying me on June 18th. Said they called me and left a voicemail 3 times. I showed them my call log and voicemail record and the email I received on June 20th letting me know my provider was no longer there but not to worry. The front desk woman was snotty and talked down to me, kept accusing me of not filling out my paperwork, which I did online when they emailed the link. My husband is a physician and I know how this works. This appointment was to establish care with a PCP and I also just so happened to be extremely sick. I will not be returning.

I had to change my primary care doctor at the beginning of this year (2024) because my insurance changed, and I started to see Dr. Valera and I have HONESTLY, never had a doctor be so kind and patient with listening to all of my needs before- usually I have been used to being treated as an in n out patient, go in and they try to get me out of there as quick as possible and don’t listen to all of my needs. I can say that Dr. Valera is nothing like any other doctor, of ANY KIND, that I have had before. I thank God that I found him and his doctors office, because when I found out that I had to start all over and find all new doctors for pcp and pain management, etc- I was soooo stressed out and worried. But Dr. Valera eased my anxiety and nervous state right away, he has been so helpful and all I can say is that I really am blessed to have found him as a doctor. Thank you Dr. Valera!

I am very impressed with Dr. Valera’s office. The staff are very kind and helpful. I haven’t seen a PCP in awhile, and after my visit I felt so relieved to have found a Dr. who listened to my concerns. I am fairly new to this clinic (4 visits). Scheduling an appt is amazingly quick vs the 4-6 months out dates as the norm with most clinics. I am always greeted by front office-Haley with a smile and professionalism. Staff is friendly, thorough and fast to get you through. Dr. Valera not only familiarize himself with your health chart prior to visits (rare), he ask about you. Never thought I would say this about a health clinic, “I am very happy to be assigned to this clinic.”

Dr. Valera and his staff are amazing. I finally found a doctor who listens and actually cares for his patients. The staff is great and get things done quick. It's great that you can email or leave a message and they actually get back to you within 24 hours or sooner. I called needing my prescription called in and they were able to speak to the doctor and call in my script while I was on the phone. Made him my PCP and psychiatrist. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Valera was my Hospitalist at San Martin multiple times in 2016 when I had multiple surgeries. I was so happy to find out he was in private practice so he could be my PCP! He is the best PCP I have EVER had and myself and family can all use him. He actually listens to my concerns and makes me feel like he really cares about my well-being. Dr Amit Valera at Nevada integrated healthcare is definitely five star.
The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful.
This is the first time that I have ever put a review or recommended any doctors but I highly recommend Dr Valera. Each office visit that I have had at Nevada integrated health I feel comfortable and never rushed with my time with Dr Valero. I have set up phone appointments with the doctor, each time he has called and we have spoke on the phone ,l never feel rushed, when I'm talking to him or he's asking me questions about my health and how I'm feeling. i arrived early and then waited 45 minutes AFTER my SCHEDULED appointment time before i had to leave (without being seen) to be able to make it to another appointment. if staffing is an issue it should be taken into consideration so the providers are not so incredibly overbooked to the point they can’t see scheduled patients in a reasonable timeframe. if i had been 45 minutes late to the appointment i would have been charged a fee and asked to reschedule- it is frustrating to see the double standard and disrespect.

Only visited once but the experience was worth writing a review.
The lady that answered the call was very kind & polite & she assisted me quickly to get an appointment.
On the day of my appointment I only had to wait approximately 10 min which is much better then any other doctor's office.
The ambience in the clinic is soothing & does not smell like typical medical facilities.
Dr. Amit Valera attended me & he gave me enough time to go over my medical needs, at no point I was made to feel that I am being rushed. Our interaction lasted around 20 min which is the most I have been attended by any doctor in my life.
Thankful to finally have found a good doctor for myself & my family.

This was my first time meeting with Dr Valera. I told him I've got an inherent fear of Dr's. I found him to be soft spoken, kind with a very easy bed side manner. My visit was for a yearly physical. I will see him in a month to review all lab results. Many Dr's just put the results in the mail or call if there is a problem, this feels like a more caring and thorough approach.
