Update: This is a very valid review and is specifically for Dr Rubin’s patient care or lack of. As stated by the office in response to my review, most people like this Dr. so that must mean my negative review/experience must be dismissed. That’s the attitude of this ‘doctor’. I was on file as a patient (Kismet is not my real name) and my attorney advised this office I would not be returning due to the HIPPA violation (bringing another patient into the operating suite virtually for their appointment while I was exposed on the operating table). No after care instructions were provided, I was just dismissed and the doctor never spoke to me after. A nice office lady helped me out because I was woozy after receiving neck injections. I had to sit in the parking lot in my car for 45 minutes until I felt safe driving. I was fortunately referred to a different pain management office were they treat people with the care and respect they deserve.

I had a traumatizing experience under Dr. Rubin’s care and HIPPA rights were violated. The staff of ladies are professional and kind.

I recently visited Dr. Rubin for a pain injection as I've had a bad back the majority of my life. He informed me about the process and benefits of the injection and what we were trying to achieve after reviewing my MRI results. He did the injection in office it was a very quick process I was on and off of the table in less than 5 minutes it was a very simple and low stress procedure it was easier than the dental office!

Dr. Rubin is an incredible doctor, I saw him after I was in a car accident. The office called me to schedule, the staff were very kind and quick to get me in asap. They also texted me to schedule my follow ups which I loved as an option for healthcare! They offered me TeleMed services which is very convenient as I am a busy working mom too! Dr. Rubin really educated me on what will happen with my case and walked me through every step.

I had a wonderful experience with Spine and Orthopedic Interventionalists. The doctor was incredibly compassionate and caring, taking the time to truly listen and make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Every aspect of the recommended services was clearly explained, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly and without any sense of judgment.

The office staff was equally impressive—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful with scheduling. The entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for knowledgeable, supportive, and patient-centered care.
